Abstract

本发明涉及可通过一次操作而安装在被安装部件上的卡夹。本发明的卡夹至少包括头部、中央支柱、副支柱、弹性腿、卡定部及空处。头部成为能够卡定在板状件的一面上的形状。中央支柱成为从头部向下部伸出并且可插入到安装孔内的形状。副支柱与中央支柱同样,从头部向下部一体地伸出,以插入到安装孔内的基部与中央支柱相差大致90度的方式与头部及中央支柱成形为一体。V字状伸展的一对弹性腿与中央支柱及副支柱的前端相连地设置,并且被成形为朝向头部及副支柱方向折回的形状。与板状件卡定的卡定部成形在弹性腿的前端部并卡定在被安装部件的开孔部。另外,副支柱从弹性腿的基部开始与头部相连地设置,形成有当弹性腿变形时用于收容弹性腿的空处。

Description

卡夹
技术领域
本发明涉及可通过一次操作来安装被安装部件的卡夹。本发明是安装例如翼子板内护板(fender protector)及翼子板(fender)的卡夹,涉及安装时使安装作业性提高并且能够准确地安装在正确位置上而且容易安装的卡夹。
背景技术
图4是用于说明现有技术的一种卡夹的立体图。在图4中,卡夹41例如像日本实开昭62-156612号公报中所记载的那样,从未图示的头部开始一体垂下的第一支柱42及第二支柱43、和从上述第一支柱42及第二支柱43的前端部开始一体地向头部方向延伸的第一弹性腿44和第二弹性腿45被设置成V字状。另外,上述第一支柱42、第二支柱43、第一弹性腿44及第二弹性腿45被设置成相互点对称。
图5是用于说明现有技术的另一卡夹的图。在图5中,卡夹51例如像日本特开2002-276633号公报中所记载的那样,包括:在插入板状件安装孔内时与单面抵接的头部52;从上述头部52的中心部向下方伸出的支柱53;从上述支柱53的前端部54向上述头部52折回的一对V字状弹性腿55;以及设置在上述弹性腿55的外侧的卡定部56。

对于上述日本实开昭62-156612号公报中记载的卡夹41,由于第一支柱42、第二支柱43、第一弹性腿44以及第二弹性腿45被设置成相互点对称,所以例如在安装于如翼子板那样狭窄的场所或者用不自然的姿势安装的情况下,卡夹在一部分被削除后插入,卡夹41的插入变得生硬,而且,存在从与开口部卡合的爪46脱落的情况。
对于上述日本特开2002-276633号公报中记载的卡夹51,由于V字状弹性腿部55被设置成相对于支柱53的长度方向点对称,所以相对于上述支柱53的长度方向,变得容易转动。然而,上述卡夹51在以不自然的作业姿势安装于狭窄场所时,存在卡夹一部分被削除后插入或者无法以预定的姿势安装于固定位置的情况。另外,对于上述弹性腿44、45,由于不能熟练地定心,所以存在与安装部件的孔的嵌合脱离的问题。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种即便在安装时的作业性恶劣的场所下也能够安装于正确的中心位置的卡夹。另外,本发明的其他目的是提供一种在将卡夹安装在孔内时防止从孔弹性后退、提高定心功能、并防止爪脱落的卡夹。
(第一发明)
第一发明的卡夹安装在设置于板状件上的安装孔中,且至少包括:头部,卡定在上述板状件的一面上;中央支柱,从上述头部向下部伸出且插入到上述安装孔中;副支柱,从上述头部向下部伸出,且插入到上述安装孔中的基部被设置成与上述中央支柱相差大致90度;一对弹性腿,与上述中央支柱及副支柱的前端相连地设置,而且朝向上述头部及副支柱方向折回,并且扩展成V字状;卡定部,成形在上述弹性腿的前端部,并与板状件卡定;以及空处,形成在从上述弹性腿的基部开始与上述头部相连设置的上述副支柱上,用于当上述弹性腿变形时接入上述弹性腿。
(第二发明)
在第二发明的卡夹中,上述中央支柱及上述副支柱具备朝向前端倾斜的用于引导板状件的安装孔缘的引导面。
根据本发明,卡夹的中央支柱被配置成线对称,而且副支柱被配置成点对称,所以即便安装时倾斜也能够定心,安装位置不会偏移,能够迅速且准确地安装。
根据本发明,空处设置在当把上述弹性腿插入被安装部件的开孔中时能够容纳上述弹性腿的位置,且将副支柱设置在相对于中心点点对称的位置,所以即使安装倾斜,也能够定心安装。
根据本发明,由于中央支柱及副支柱的引导面被成形为大致正交,因而,在卡夹插入被安装部件的开孔部中时,自动地定心,安装容易,迅速且可靠地安装。
根据本发明,即便在安装作业姿势恶劣的状态下进行安装,也不需要削除一部分或者定心也不会偏移,能够安装在规定位置。

具体实施方式
(第一发明)
第一发明的卡夹通过安装在设置于板状件上的安装孔中而安装被安装部件例如翼子板内护板及翼子板。上述卡夹至少具备头部、中央支柱、副支柱、弹性腿、卡定部以及空处。上述头部成为能够卡定在上述板状件的一面上的形状。上述中央支柱成为从上述头部向下部伸出并且插入到上述安装孔中的形状。
上述副支柱与上述中央支柱同样,从上述头部向下部一体地伸出,且以插入到上述安装孔内的基部与上述中央支柱相差大致90度的方式与上述头部及中央支柱成形为一体。以V字状扩展的一对弹性腿与上述中央支柱和副支柱的前端相连地设置,并且成形为朝向上述头部及副支柱方向折回的形状。
与板状件卡定的卡定部成形在上述弹性腿的前端部上,并卡定在例如翼子板内护板及翼子板的开孔部上。另外,上述副支柱从上述弹性腿的基部开始与上述头部相连地设置,且形成有当上述弹性腿变形时用于接入上述弹性腿的空处。就上述卡夹而言,中央支柱被配置成线对称,而副支柱被配置成对角状(点对称)。即便安装时倾斜,也能够进行定心,安装位置不会偏移,能够迅速地且准确地安装。另外,上述空处设置在当把上述弹性腿插入被安装部件的开孔中时能够容纳在副支柱的一部分上的位置。为此,上述副支柱被设在点对称位置,能够成形得紧凑。

[实施例]
图1是本发明实施例的卡夹的立体图。图2是用于说明将本发明实施例的卡夹被安装在设置于板状件上的开孔中的状态的图。在图1及图2中,卡夹11通过安装在设置于板状件21、22上的安装孔211中而安装在被安装部件例如翼子板内护板及翼子板上。上述卡夹11至少具备头部12、中央支柱13、副支柱14、V字状弹性腿15、卡定部152以及空处141。上述头部12成为通过例如衬垫23及板状件22卡定在上述板状件21的一面上的形状。上述中央支柱13成为从上述头部12向下部一体伸出并且插入到上述安装孔211中的形状。
上述副支柱14与上述中央支柱13同样,从上述头部12向下部一体地伸出,在插入到上述安装孔211中的基部以与上述中央支柱13相差大致90度的方式与上述头部12及中央支柱13成形为一体。上述V字状弹性腿15与上述中央支柱13及副支柱14的前端相连地设置,并且被一体成形为朝向上述头部12及副支柱14方向折回的形状。
与板状件21卡定的卡定部152成形在上述V字状弹性腿15的前端部,并卡定在例如翼子板内护板及翼子板的开孔部上。另外,上述副支柱14从上述V字状弹性腿15的基部开始与上述头部12相连地设置,形成有当上述V字状弹性腿15变形时用于接入的空处141。对于上述卡夹11,中央支柱13被配置成线对称,而副支柱14被配置成对角状(点对称)。
对于上述构造的卡夹11,即便安装时倾斜,也能够容易地定心、安装位置不偏移、迅速且准确地安装。另外,上述空处141设置在当把上述V字状弹性腿15插入被安装部件的开孔中时能够容纳在上述副支柱14的一部分的位置上。为此,上述副支柱14被设在点对称位置,能够成形得紧凑。
另外,对于上述卡夹11,中央支柱13及上述副支柱14具备朝向前端倾斜的用于引导板状件的安装孔缘的引导面131、151。上述引导面131、151可以为多个面。由于上述引导面131、151被成形为大致正交,因而在卡夹被插入例如翼子板内护板及翼子板的开孔部中时,自动地定心,安装容易,迅速且可靠地安装。另外,对于本发明的卡夹,由于采用上述构造,即便在安装作业姿势恶劣的状态下进行安装,也不需要削除一部分或者定心也不会偏移,能够容纳在规定范围内(例如,背板的5mm以内)。
图3表示本发明实施例,(a)是卡夹的剖视图,(b)是(a)的A-A剖视图,(c)是(a)的B-B剖视图。图3(b)中,可判定上述中央支柱13及13’被设置在靠近头部12的基部附近且设置成线对称。另外,上述副支柱14及14’被设置成相对于中心点对称。而且,上述中央支柱13、13’以及副支柱14、14’在头部12附近即基部形成为大致十字状。
在图3(c)中,可判断上述中央支柱13、13’设有剖面B-B逐渐接近前端部的引导面(图1的符号131)。另外,空处141和141’设在上述副支柱14、14’的一部分上。上述空处141、141’在V字状弹性腿15通过板状件21的开孔部211时容纳该V字状弹性腿15。也就是说,上述V字状弹性腿15在通过上述开孔部211后扩展而将上述板状件21与卡定部152卡合。
本发明的卡夹在安装例如翼子板内护板及翼子板的情况下,孔径必须为7mm,且必须被容纳在翼子板的板背5mm以内。本发明的卡夹具有满足上述V字状弹性腿的容纳、上述尺寸、以及利用两金属模制造等要素的构造。
上文详细描述了本发明的实施例,但本发明不限于上述实施例。因此,只要不脱离技术方案的保护范围所记载的事项,就可以对本发明进行各种设计变更。不言而喻,本发明的卡夹可以基于技术方案的保护范围所记载的范围变更各部的形状及尺寸。

Claims (2)

1.一种卡夹,安装在设置于板状件上的安装孔中,其特征在于,
至少包括:
头部,卡定在上述板状件的一面上;
中央支柱,从上述头部向下部伸出且插入到上述安装孔中;
副支柱,从上述头部向下部伸出,且设置成插入到上述安装孔中的基部与上述中央支柱相差大致90度;
一对弹性腿,与上述中央支柱及副支柱的前端相连地设置,而且朝向上述头部及副支柱方向折回,并且扩展成V字状;
卡定部,成形在上述弹性腿的前端部且与板状件卡定;以及
空处,形成在从上述弹性腿的基部开始与上述头部相连地设置的上述副支柱上,用于当上述弹性腿变形时接入该弹性腿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡夹,其特征在于,
上述中央支柱及上述副支柱具备朝向前端倾斜的用于引导板状件的安装孔缘的引导面。
