Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将药品引入输液容器的装置,输液容器设置有密封的可拆卸开口。
背景技术
在具有滴注器的输液装置被附接于输液容器以执行静脉注射之前,公知的是要向输注液添加药物,以使具有用来刺穿输液容器的密封的中空针头的转换盖被附接于输液容器的可拆卸开口,并具有药物容器的接收装置。在将输液容器与药物容器连通后,首先,通过重复地压缩弹性的输液容器将输注液移入药物容器。向输注液添加药物并使药物溶解后,旋转装置以使输液容器位于下方,而药物容器位上方,于是,通过再一次重复地压缩和释放输液容器,药物容器的内容物被吸力抽回到输液容器内。之后,将具有转换盖的药物容器从输液容器取下,接着将输液装置附接于输液容器,于是可以开始输液。
这个过程涉及输注液污染的风险,因为取下药物容器后,输液容器的可拆卸开口被暴露,从而污染的周围空气会进入输液容器。
发明内容
本发明是基于以下目的:形成这样的装置,使向输注液添加药品在没有污染的风险的情况下进行。
该目的通过根据本发明的权利要求1的特征来实现。由于在将药物添加到输注液之后,药物容器不从转换盖上释放并且在药物容器位于输液容器上的同时进行输液,所以系统保持在封闭状态,因此防止了输注液污染的风险。
由于不再必须从输液容器取下药物容器,所以得到的进一步的优点将易于理解。因此,参考药物容器,护工在任何时间都会明白药物已被添加到输注液。

具体实施方式
图1示出了瓶形的输液容器1,其通常包括透明合成材料和弹性壁部分,从而输液容器1可以被压缩以在容器内产生压力,于是在释放容器时,由于弹性侧壁返回到其原始位置而产生低压。用于悬挂输液容器的环用1.1表示。在操作的下侧,输液容器设有瓶颈1.2,转换盖2附接于瓶颈1.2。用3表示的药物容器通常是玻璃瓶,其被插到转换盖2内,药物容器的轴线相对于输液容器的轴线倾斜。输送装置的滴注器,用4表示,其连接于输液容器1。图1示出了装置的操作位置,在该位置进行输液,其中滴注器4设置成其轴线基本平行于输液容器1的轴线,或相对于输液容器1的轴线是竖直的、不倾斜的。

在根据图2的第一实施例中,阀形成为弹性阀盘5,阀盘5在其中部区域具有三个径向狭缝5.1。该阀盘5被夹在环形肩部之间的圆周上,其中一个环形肩部形成在转换盖2的隔壁2.7上,中空针头2.4模制在隔壁2.7上;而相对的环形肩部形成在设置有中空针头2.5的部件的凸缘上,在此实施例中,其作为独立的构件部分被插入转换盖2或隔壁2.7的区域内。
横向地与偏心的、倾斜的管状插口2.3邻近,转换盖2设置有凹口2.6(图1),密封盖1.3的密封区域1.4通过凹口2.6被暴露,以使在滴注器4上具有中空针头4.1的输液装置能通过该凹口2.6利用刺穿而被竖直地插入密封区域1.4。
在图2所示的操作位置,来自输液容器1的输注液可以通过中空针头4.1流入滴注器4,而阀盘5将输液容器1和药物容器3之间的连通保持关闭状态。
为了向输注液中添加药物,首先,具有管状插口2.3的转换盖2被附接到药物容器3的颈部,以使中空针头2.5刺穿密封3.2。由此,转换盖2被以这样的方式连接到药物容器3:在不使用工具的情况下,药物容器不能被从转换盖2拆开。因此,带有药物容器3的转换盖2被附接于密封的输液容器1,以使中空针头2.4刺穿密封区域1.4,如图2a所示。藉此,输液容器1能被设置成瓶颈向上定位,以使转换盖2和药物容器3从上面附接于输液容器1。由此,关闭的阀5防止由药物容器3的泄露。
因此,装置被旋转180°进入图2a所示的装置,由此,通过重复地压缩输液容器1的弹性壁,输注液被排到药物容器3内。由于施加在输液容器1上的压力,通过位于狭缝5.1之间的阀缘弯曲使阀盘5打开,并允许输注液体通过到达药物容器3。在将药物容器3中的药物混合和溶解后,装置再被旋转180°进入图2b所示的位置,由此,通过重复地压缩输液容器1,添加了输注液的药物通过吸力被从药物容器3吸入输液容器1。在这种情况下,由于释放受压的输液容器1的侧壁后在输液容器1中产生的低压,使阀盘5打开。
药物容器3的内容物已被转移进输液容器1后,滴注器4的中空针头4.1通过转换盖2上的凹口2.6利用刺穿被插入输液容器1的密封区域1.4,由此可以在图1所示的位置开始输液。由此,因为没有力作用在阀盘5上,所以药物容器3和输液容器1之间的连通被阀盘5阻断。因此,输注液体不能流回进入位于下面的药物容器3。药物容器3不能释放地连接于转换盖2并保持在图1和图2所示的转换盖2内的位置,同时输液正在进行。
通过保持在输液容器上的药物容器3,对于操作人员可以立即意识到药物已被添加到输注液。由于在混合过程后,药物容器3不从输液容器1或转换盖2释放,因此在药物容器3和输液容器1之间的连接区域不会发生污染。附接药物容器3后,系统被保持在封闭状态。
使药物容器3没有必要拆下的阀被设置在转换盖2内,并位于相互倾斜并相互分开的两个中空针头2.4和2.5之间,并且该阀可以体现为多种方式。
图3示出了具有可以通过转动被致动的阀的第二实施例,其中阀盘6被模制在中空针头2.5上,并可扭转地保持在转换盖2的隔壁2.7上的爪之间,并偏心地设置有通孔6.1,通孔6.1可以与中空针头2.4的口孔对准。图3示出了阀盘6的关闭位置,在该关闭位置阀盘6的封闭区域与中空针头2.4的口孔相对定位。图3a示出了阀盘6的连通位置,在该连通位置通孔6.1与中空针头2.4对准。
为了使具有模制其上的中空针头2.5的阀盘6能被扭转,有利地,利用具有例如椭圆形横截面的中空针头2.5,在密封3.2和中空针头2.5之间形成有成形接头。此处,通过扭转管状插口2.3中的药物容器3,阀盘6也能被扭转进入打开或关闭位置。
图4示出了具有阀部件7的第三实施例,该阀部件7可沿管状插口2.3的轴向方向移位。在此实施例中,凸起部2.51模制于中空针头2.5上并具有通孔2.52(图4a),该通孔2.52可以通过可移位的阀部件7被密封或接通。图4示出了关闭位置,而图4a示出了接通位置,在接通位置,套形的阀部件7被朝向药物容器移位,以使通孔2.52被接通。
图5示出了位于转换盖2内相互倾斜设置的中空针头2.4和2.5之间的阀的第四实施例,其具有可扭转的阀体8,阀体8具有从转换盖2突出的调节手柄8.1。杆状阀体8可在中空针头2.5内的凸起部的横向孔内被扭转并设置有通孔8.2,当调节手柄8.1被旋进由标记8.11表示的接通位置时,通孔8.2可与中空针头2.5对准从而形成通向中空针头2.4的连通开口。图5a示出该接通位置。
在所述实施例中,在操作位置,药物容器3被设置成在转换盖2内相对于竖直方向倾斜,以使两个中空针头2.4和2.5之间的流动路径保持得尽可能地短。但是,也可以将在药物容器3一侧的转换盖2设计得更宽,以使药物容器3同样能被大致竖直地设置,即,其轴线B大致平行于输液容器1的轴线A。虽然这导致了具有插入的阀的两个中空针头2.4和2.5之间更长的流动路径,但是流动路径可以构造成:由此在药物混合期间不会发生中断。

阀(5;6;7;8)在转换盖(2)内设置在两个中空针头(2.4,2.5)之间,
