技术领域
本申请大体涉及重构装置(reconstitution devices)。更具体的说,本申请涉及一种用于将封闭的容器和例如注射器的储存器相连接的改进的重构装置。
背景技术
在药物包装领域,已知将药物制剂的组分(例如其活性成分)储存在接受器中,接受器由用相对非刚性的材料(例如弹性材料)制成的塞子封闭。液体可以在塞子穿孔后被引入该接受器以便溶解容纳在接受器中的组分或者将组分悬浮,目的是获得准备给予病人的液体形式的药物制剂。
传统的装置包括适合于盖住接受器的颈部并在一个法兰中延伸的基部,法兰形成内孔同时柱塞适合于在该孔中、在相对于塞子的分开位置和由柱塞产生的中空针穿过该塞子的接合位置之间滑动。柱塞从其分开位置朝向其接合位置的移动由操作者手动实现。
然而,传统的装置没有包括启动机构以防止该装置的不希望的使用并且有助于使用者配合。由于重构装置不打算被重复使用,所述装置的不希望启动将是浪费的并且产生不必要的花费。另外,传统的装置不能防止该装置被重复使用。
因此,需要开发一种通过增大使用者在重构过程中遵循合适的步骤的可能性而有助于使用者配合、也足够防止所述装置被无意中启动或者重复使用的重构装置。
发明内容
本发明涉及重构装置。根据本发明的一个示例性实施例,重构装置包括(1)容器,(2)帽,其包括固定到容器的第一端、第二端、以及具有中心孔的内孔,(3)位于容器和帽之间的塞子,塞子包括能够被穿透的部分,(4)固定到帽的第二端的柱塞,(5)位于帽中的锁定机构,以及(6)启动机构。
根据本发明的另一个示例性实施例,重构装置包括:(1)具有由颈部包围的开口的容器,(2)帽,其包括第一端、第二端、以及具有孔的内孔,第一端固定到容器,(3)位于颈部的开口中的塞子,塞子包括能够被穿透的部分,(4)固定到帽的第二端并且适合于沿着帽的内孔滑动的柱塞,柱塞具有轴,(5)位于帽和塞子之间以与塞子的轴接合的锁定机构,以及(6)位于柱塞和帽上的启动机构,其中当启动机构启动时,柱塞向下移动通过锁定机构以穿透塞子。

图1描绘了重构装置10。重构装置10可以包括容器12,该容器用于储存药物制剂(未示出)的第一组分,例如其活性成分。容器12可以包括由颈部14环绕或者部分环绕的开口16。颈部14也可以包括凸缘15。颈部14中的开口16允许第二组分(未示出),例如液体被引入容器12并与第一组分混合。塞子18可以位于颈部14的开口16中以阻挡容器12的进出口。塞子18可由相对非刚性的材料制成,例如弹性体。塞子18可以包括设置为与凸缘15相对的顶部20,以及定位在颈部14的开口中的底部22。顶部20可以被穿孔,从而允许进入容器12。

柱塞38可以包括位于第一部分39之下的第二部分40。柱塞38的第二部分40优选具有与第一部分39相同的形状(例如椭圆形,圆柱形,或者矩形)。

柱塞38可以进一步包括一个或者多个过滤机构。例如,液体过滤器45可以设置在柱塞的第一部分39以便过滤任何被引入到柱塞38中的液体。另外,空气过滤器46可以设置在柱塞38的第一部分39和柱塞38的第二部分40之间的腔49(在图3中示出)中以便过滤任何被引入容器12中的气体。气体过滤器46可以用多种材料中的任何一种制造,但是优选用聚醚砜(PES)制成。两个过滤器都可以设置为与柱塞38的轴42成一列。
柱塞38的第一部分39可以包括在与轴42相反的向上方向从顶面41延伸的凸形部件48。凸形部件48可以构造为容纳第二容器90,例如,注射器,如图8A和8B中所示。凸形部件48可以包括内孔50和外表面51。外表面51可以包括用于与第二容器90匹配的螺纹52。
圆顶或者有角度形状的顶面41的优点在于:凸形部件48明显延伸到顶面41之上。当凸形部件48容纳第二容器90时(例如,通过将螺纹注射器固定到凸形部件48的螺纹52),使用者可以清楚地看到何时第二容器90不与顶面41接触。这样,紧握第二容器90的使用者可以继续转动第二容器90并清楚地识别何时第二容器90与顶面41接触。因此,使用者获知何时第二容器90完全固定到凸形部件48。
参照图3,柱塞38的轴42可以包括第一纵向槽54。第一纵向槽54在容器12和凸形部件48的内孔50之间建立连通。第一槽54可以允许液体通过柱塞38的轴42并进入容器12。
柱塞38的轴42可以包括第二纵向槽56。定位为与轴42的尖端44相对的第二槽56的端部可以连接到气槽回路53。气槽回路53连接到腔49。腔49通过将柱塞38的第一部分39与柱塞38的第二部分40连接而形成。第二槽56起气体通道的作用以允许气体通过柱塞38的轴42流出容器12,通过过滤器46进入气槽回路53,并且随后通过位于柱塞38的顶面41上的出口47。离开出口47的气体排放到包围所述装置10的大气中。

锁定机构64可以使用St.Venant的原理,由于应力集中所导致的位置变形不能在从应力集中的三个主要直径的距离处观察到。根据这个原理,如果锁定机构64用薄材料制成,并且当轴42沿向下方向移动时该薄材料使得轴42变形的区域比该薄材料的厚度大,则由于锁定机构将落入轴42的变形区域,锁定机构64将防止轴42沿向上方向移动。
如图4中所示,锁定机构64可以包括薄的圆柱形材料。可选地,锁定机构64可以是另一种形状,例如椭圆形或者矩形。锁定机构64可以用任何可弯曲材料制成,例如金属或者塑料。
锁定机构64可以设置在所述装置10中的多个位置。例如,如图3中所示,锁定机构64可以位于环形板60之下。作为另一个例子,锁定机构64可以位于该环形板60之上。仍然作为另一个例子,锁定机构64可以并入帽24中(例如,锁定机构可以用与帽24相同的材料制成并且模制到帽24)。
锁定机构64可以包括从其延伸并且位于该锁定机构64的第一孔67中的舌部66。舌部66可以在接头69连接到第一孔67,并且因此舌部66能够沿竖直方向弯曲。舌部66可以包括与轴42同轴对准的第二孔68。第二孔68的直径可以稍微比轴42的直径大。舌部66可以向上弯曲,如图4中所示。
在操作中,锁定机构64起单一定向凸轮的作用。当柱塞38被向下推时,轴42向下压舌部66,从而打开第二孔68以足够允许轴42穿过第二孔68并穿透塞子18。当在柱塞38被向下推之后使用者试图向上拉柱塞38时,锁定机构64被启动。
当柱塞38被向上拉时,轴42在舌部66上向上拉,这引起舌部66沿向上方向垂直弯曲。弯曲引起第二孔68从第一形状(例如,当第二孔68基本垂直于轴42时的圆柱形)改变到第二形状(例如,当第二孔68不垂直于轴42的位置时的椭圆形)。这样,第二孔68的形状可以与轴42的形状不同。因为轴42部分由于它们的形状不同而不能自由穿过第二孔68,舌部66随后切入轴42,在轴42中产生应力集中,或者凹口(未示出)。舌部66中的第二孔68装入该凹口中并且防止柱塞38向上移动。因此,在不破坏所述装置10的情况下,柱塞38不能从塞子18中移除,或者沿向上方向移动。
锁定机构64确保柱塞38利用很低的启动力平滑地向下移动并通过较大的保持力(相对于启动力)将柱塞38保持在向下的位置而防止所述装置10重复使用。锁定机构64可以防止轴42向下移动过程中在任何点的返回移动。因此,在其他重构装置中使用固定夹时锁定机构64得到了改善,以仅仅在该柱塞到达柱塞的向下移动过程中的最向下的点之后固定柱塞。
所述装置10可以包括启动机构。启动机构可以包括位于第一部分39和第二部分40上的柱塞38的外圆周上的至少一个凹槽70,以及位于帽24的第二端28上的帽24的内孔58上的至少一个突起72。位于第二部分40上的凹槽70可以包括通道71和槽73。
当所述装置10处于分开位置时,至少一个凹槽70和至少一个突起72没有对准并且柱塞38被防止向下移动。因此,启动机构起防止意外向下推柱塞38并且穿透塞子18的作用。至少一个突起72的上端75可以是圆形的以便当所述装置10处于分开位置时至少一个突起72的上端75停留在槽73中。
为了使用所述装置10,使用者可以旋转柱塞38一定度数,直到至少一个凹槽70与至少一个突起72对准,如图5A和5B中所示。柱塞38的顶面41可以包括方向指示器74以为使用者指明向哪个方向转动柱塞,如最佳在图6中可以看出。顶面41可以进一步包括对准指示器76以便为使用者指明启动机构何时对准。
当使用者旋转柱塞38时,至少一个突起72也向下移动以便至少一个突起72可以从槽73移动到通道71并且随后从通道71移动到至少一个凹槽70。从通道71到至少一个凹槽70的移动可以为使用者提供可触知反馈和/或可听见的反馈,以便使用者知道柱塞38何时被旋转到一定度数以及何时可以沿向下的方向推该柱塞38。
柱塞38的一定度数是根据多种因素旋转为将至少一个凹槽70与至少一个突起72对准的度数。例如,因素可以包括:(1)至少一个凹槽70的凹槽数目和至少一个突起72的突起数目,(2)每个突起之间的间隔(如果使用了多于一个突起的话),以及每个凹槽之间的间隔(如果使用了多于一个凹槽的话),(3)当所述装置10被装配时和/或当柱塞38被旋转时,至少一个凹槽70的位置相对于至少一个突起72的位置,以及(4)至少一个凹槽70的尺寸和至少一个突起72的尺寸(即,每个突起和凹槽可以分别是帽24的内孔58的圆周和柱塞38的外圆周的1/36,即10度)。
在一个示例性实施例中,至少一个突起72包括三个围绕帽的内孔58基本均等相隔的突起(例如,基本相隔一百二十度的间隔),并且至少一个凹槽70包括三个围绕柱塞38的外圆周基本均等相隔的凹槽(例如,基本相隔一百二十度的间隔)。根据这个示例性实施例,柱塞38旋转以将至少一个凹槽70与至少一个突起72对准的一定度数优选大约三十度。但是,根据上述一个或者多个因素,一定度数基本上可以在五度和一百二十度之间。
参照图5C,柱塞38可以随后被向下推入接合位置以便轴42可以穿过帽24中的孔62并穿透塞子18。一旦轴42穿透塞子18,锁定机构64防止柱塞38被向上拉回到分开的位置。
所述装置10可以包括反馈机构,为该装置10的使用者提供有关装置10的操作的反馈。例如,反馈可以指示出轴42移动入塞子18中的最佳距离。或者,互相结合,反馈可以指示出柱塞38在帽24中移动的最佳距离并且使用者不应当再推该柱塞38。由反馈机构提供的反馈的其他例子也是可以的。
反馈机构可以设置为多种结构。例如,如图2和3所示,反馈机构可以包括(1)位于柱塞38的第二部分40的表面上并延伸到凹槽70中的凸形泵55,和(2)位于突起72上的凸形泵57。
凸形泵55可以模制为第二部分40的一部分。凸形泵55可以延伸为与第二部分40的距离为0.2mm到1.0mm(优选0.3mm到0.6mm)。凸形泵55的最宽部分可以具有0.2mm至1.0mm的直径(优选0.3mm至0.6mm)。
凸形泵57可以模制为凹槽70的一部分。凸形泵57可以延伸为与凹槽70的距离为0.2mm到1.0mm(优选0.3mm到0.6mm)。凸形泵57的最宽部分的直径可以在0.2mm到1.0mm之间(优选0.3mm到0.6mm)。
在操作中,并且作为例子,当柱塞38沿着朝向塞子18的方向移动,凹槽70上的凸形泵55移动经过突起72上的凸形泵57时反馈机构提供可触知反馈。可触知反馈可以被使用者感觉到。另外,当凹槽70上的凸形泵55移动经过突起72上的凸形泵57时,可以发出声音以便反馈机构也提供听得见的反馈。
参照图7,所述装置10可以包括顶部80,该顶部位于帽24的第二端28和柱塞38上。顶部80保护柱塞38。顶部80还可以进一步包括用于辅助使用者抓握和移除顶部80的有纹理的表面82。另外,防干扰机构84可以设置在所述装置10之上以向使用者指示所述装置10是否被使用。防干扰机构84可以包括任何类型的指示器,例如密封,全息标志,或者片等。
在操作中,所述装置10处于分开位置,即,如图8A中所示,帽24的突起72和柱塞38的凹槽70没有对准的时候,以及柱塞38的轴42没有穿透塞子18的时候。一旦顶部80被使用者从所述装置10移除,防干扰机构84将被破坏。使用者可以随后将第二容器90,例如注射器,连接到容器12。为了启动所述装置10,使用者可以随后旋转柱塞38大约一定度数(例如,30度),以便柱塞38上的凹槽70与帽24上的突起72对准。柱塞38可以随后被沿着向下的方向朝向塞子18推入接合位置,如图8B所示。柱塞38的轴42可以穿透塞子18,允许进入容器12的开口16。第二容器90的内装物可以随后被引入容器12以与组分混合。所混合的内装物可以随后被拉回第二容器90中。随后可以将针(未示出)固定到第二容器90,并且给予病人完成的并且有效的药物。
参照图9,该图示出了本发明的重构装置的第二实施例110。所述装置110可以包括容器112以储存药物制剂(未示出)的第一组分,例如其活性成分。容器112可以包括被颈部114包围或者部分包围的开口116。颈部114也可以包括凸缘115。颈部114中的开口116允许第二组分,例如液体(未示出)被引入容器112并与第一组分混合。塞子118可以设置在颈部114的开口116中以阻塞容器112的出入口。塞子118可以用相对非刚性材料制成,例如弹性体。塞子118可以包括设置为与凸缘115相对的顶部部分120,以及设置在颈部114的开口116中的底部部分122。顶部部分120可以被穿孔以允许进入容器112。
所述装置110可以进一步包括固定到容器112的颈部114的帽124。帽124可以具有第一端126,其固定到容器112的颈部114;以及位于与第一端126相对的第二端128。帽124的第一端126可以包围塞子118的至少一部分。帽124的第一端126可以包括突起130,以将第一端126固定到容器112的凸缘115。
帽124的第一端126可以进一步通过压接环(crimp ring)132固定到容器112,其可以设置在帽124的第一端126中的凹槽125中。压接环132可以完全地或者仅仅在帽124的第一端126的圆周的一部分周围延伸。压接环132可以用具有低蠕变敏感度的金属或者聚合物制成。压接环132可以进一步包括用于连接到顶部180的上表面134,其将在下文中详细描述。
所述装置110可以包括位于帽124的第二端128的柱塞138。柱塞138可以包括沿朝向塞子118的方向延伸的轴142。轴142可以包括尖端144以穿透塞子118的顶部部分120,从而允许轴142进入容器112。轴142可以进一步包括过滤机构(未示出),其结构上和功能上类似于上面结合装置10公开的过滤机构(未示出)。
柱塞138也可以包括沿着与轴142相对的方向延伸的凸形部件148。凸形部件148可以构造成容纳第二容器(未示出),例如注射器。凸形部件148可以包括内孔150和外孔151。外表面151可以包括用于与第二容器接合的螺纹152。
柱塞138的轴142也可以包括第一和第二纵向槽(未示出),该槽建立容器112和凸形元件148的内孔150之间的连通。纵向槽结构上和功能上类似于上面结合装置10描述的纵向槽。柱塞138可以进一步被构造为沿着帽124的外圆周滑动,如图9中所示。
帽124可以进一步包括具有环形板160的内孔158,环形板160带有孔162。孔162与柱塞138的轴142同轴对准。当柱塞138向下朝向容器112移动时,轴142向下移动通过孔162以穿透塞子118的顶部部分120。
所述装置110可以包括在柱塞138朝向塞子118的向下移动发生之后防止该柱塞138向上移动的机构。作为一个例子,所述装置110可以包括锁定机构,例如上面所描述的锁定机构64。锁定机构可以被用于将柱塞138保持在所述装置110上。
作为另一个例子,所述装置110可以包括棘爪机构,该棘爪机构防止柱塞138朝向塞子118的向下移动发生之后该柱塞138的向上移动。棘爪机构可以被用于将柱塞保持到所述装置110上。
棘爪机构可以包括一个或者多个系列的肋和一个或者多个系列的齿。一个或者多个系列的肋的每一个对应于所述系列的齿中的一个。图10示出了所述装置110,其包括(1)设置在帽124的外表面上的一系列肋164,和(2)设置在柱塞138的内表面上的一系列齿166。所述系列的肋164对应于设置在柱塞138的内表面上的另一组齿(未示出)。所述系列的齿166对应于设置在帽124的外表面上的另一系列的肋(未示出)。
这样,当柱塞138沿着向下方向朝向塞子118移动时,一系列齿(未示出)中的一个或者多个齿越过所述系列的肋164,因此如果柱塞138试图向上移动,所述系列的齿(未示出)中的一个或者多个齿遇到所述系列的肋164,以便防止一个或多个齿以及柱塞138向上移动。类似地,当柱塞138沿着向下方向朝向塞子118移动时,一系列齿166中的一个或多个齿越过一系列肋(未示出),因此如果柱塞138试图向上移动,所述系列的齿166中的一个或者多个齿遇到所述系列的肋(未示出),以便防止所述系列的齿166以及柱塞138向上移动。
所述装置110的帽124和柱塞138可以进一步包括启动机构,其结构和功能与上面相关于装置10所描述的启动机构类似。
所述装置110可以包括顶部180,如图11中所示,其套在帽124的第二端128和柱塞138上,并且连接到压接环132。顶部180保护装置110。
此外,顶部180和压接环132可以形成为一个单个部件(即,顶部和压接环相结合(未示出))。为了容纳顶部和压接环的结合体,帽124可以具有第一端和第二端,并且第一端直径可以比第二端大(类似于图1中所示的帽24的第一端26和帽24的第二端28)。这样,顶部和压接环结合体可以滑过柱塞138以便允许帽124固定到容器112。为了使用具有顶部和凸缘结合体的装置110,顶部可以被破坏(例如,通过扭曲顶部)并且压接环继续将帽124固定到容器112。
另外,防干扰机构(未示出)可以设置在所述装置110上以向使用者指明所述装置是否被使用。防干扰机构可以包括任何类型的指示器,例如密封、全息标志、或者标签。
在操作中,所述装置110处于分开的位置,即,柱塞138的轴142不穿透塞子。一旦顶部180被从装置110上移除,防干扰机构将被破环。使用者可以随后将第二容器,例如注射器,连接到容器112。柱塞138可以随后被沿着向下方向朝向塞子118推到接合位置。柱塞138的轴142可以穿透塞子118,允许进入容器112的开口116。第二容器的内装物可以随后被引入容器112以与组分混合。所混合的内装物可以随后被拉回到第二容器中。针(未示出)可以随后被固定到第二容器,并且完成的且有效的药物可以给予病人。
虽然本发明的特定特征和实施例已经在这里被详细描述,应当理解,本发明包含以下权利要求的范围和精神内的全部变更和改进。
Claims (27)
1.一种重构装置,包括:
容器;
帽,其包括第一端、第二端、以及具有中心孔的内孔,所述第一端固定到所述容器;
塞子,其位于所述容器和所述帽之间,所述塞子包括能够被穿透的部分;
柱塞,其固定到所述帽的第二端;
锁定机构,其位于所述帽中;和
启动机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述启动机构包括在所述帽上的至少一个突起和在所述柱塞上的至少一个凹槽,并且其中当所述帽旋转时,所述突起与所述凹槽对准以允许所述柱塞沿着向下方向移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,还包括反馈机构,该反馈机构用于为使用者指示何时所述柱塞穿透所述塞子。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其中所述反馈机构包括在所述帽的每个所述至少一个突起上的凸形泵,以及在所述柱塞上的每个所述至少一个凹槽上的凸形泵。
5.如权利要求2所述的装置,还包括反馈机构,该反馈机构用于为使用者指示何时所述柱塞旋转为使得所述突起与所述凹槽对准。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其中所述反馈机构提供可触知的反馈和可听见的反馈。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柱塞还包括用于穿透所述塞子的轴。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述锁定机构包括薄材料,该薄材料包括能够沿着竖直方向弯曲的舌部。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述锁定机构的舌部还包括与所述柱塞的轴同轴对准的孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述容器包括由连接到所述帽的第一端上的颈部包围的开口,所述塞子位于所述颈部的开口中。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其中帽的第一端通过压接环固定到容器的颈部。
12.如权利要求10所述的装置,其中所述帽的第一端通过C形夹固定到所述容器。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柱塞还包括用于容纳第二容器的凸形部件。
14.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述凸形部件包括内孔和具有螺纹的外表面。
15.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述第二容器是注射器。
16.如权利要求14所述的装置,其中所述柱塞的轴包括同轴过滤机构和用于建立所述容器的内部和所述凸形部件的内孔之间的连通的槽。
17.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括防干扰机构。
18.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括包围所述柱塞和所述帽的顶部。
19.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柱塞适合于沿着所述帽的内孔滑动。
20.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柱塞适合于沿着所述帽的外表面滑动。
21.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柱塞具有包括方向指示器和对准指示器的顶面。
22.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述顶面包括圆顶形。
23.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述顶面是有角度的。
24.一种重构装置,包括:
容器,其具有由颈部包围的开口;
帽,其包括第一端、第二端、以及具有孔的内孔,所述第一端固定到所述容器;
塞子,其位于所述颈部的开口中,所述塞子包括能够被穿透的部分;
柱塞,其固定到所述帽的第二端并且适合于沿着所述帽的内孔滑动,所述柱塞具有轴;
锁定机构,其位于所述帽和所述塞子之间以用于与所述柱塞的轴接合;和
启动机构,其位于所述柱塞和所述帽上;
其中当所述启动机构启动时,所述柱塞向下移动通过所述锁定机构以穿透所述塞子。
25.如权利要求24所述的装置,其中所述启动机构包括至少一个在所述帽上的突起和至少一个在所述柱塞上的凹槽,其中当所述帽旋转时,所述突起与所述凹槽对准以允许所述柱塞沿着向下方向移动。
26.一种重构装置,包括:
容器;
帽,其包括第一端、第二端、和具有中心孔的内孔,所述第一端固定到所述容器;
塞子,其位于所述容器和所述帽之间,所述塞子包括能够被穿透的部分;
柱塞,其固定到所述帽的第二端,所述柱塞包括用于穿透所述塞子的轴;
锁定机构,其位于所述柱塞上,所述柱塞包括薄材料,该薄材料包括能够沿着竖直方向弯曲的舌部和与所述柱塞的轴同轴对准的孔;和
反馈机构,其用于为使用者指示何时所述柱塞穿透所述塞子。
27.一种装配重构装置的方法,包括:
提供具有包围开口的凸缘的容器;
将塞子插入所述容器的开口中;
提供具有第一端并包括可弯曲腿的帽,以及与所述第一端相对的第二端;
将C形夹在所述帽的第一端插入凹槽中;
将所述帽的第一端滑过所述塞子和所述容器的凸缘,其中所述C形夹在所述可弯曲腿经过所述凸缘时允许所述可弯曲腿张大,并且在经过所述凸缘后允许所述可弯曲腿收缩以将所述帽固定到所述容器。
