Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A VALORIZAçãO DE VALORES DE METAL EM UM RESìDUO PORTANDO Zn, Fe E Pb E REATOR DE FUSãO E GASEIFICAçãO COM CáMARA úNICA PARA TRATAR RESìDUOS PORTANDO Zn". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a separação e recuperação de metais não ferrosos a partir de resíduos portando zinco, em particular a partir de resíduos produzidos pela indústria de produção de zinco. O processo compreende as etapas de: - sujeitar o resíduo a uma etapa de gaseificação relâmpago ou de leito agitado, desta maneira produzindo uma escória portando Fe e Gases portando Zn e Pb; e extrair os gases portando Zn e Pb e valorizar Zn e Pb; caracterizado pelo fato de que CaO, SiO~ 2~ e MgO são adicionados como um fundente antes ou durante a etapa de gaseificação de modo a obter uma composição final de escória com: todas concentrações sendo expressas em % em peso. A invenção também se refere a um reator de câmara única para gaseificação de Zn, equipado com uma ou mais tochas de plasma submersas como fontes de calor e gás.
