Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу выделения и утилизации цветных металлов из цинксодержащих отходов, в частности из остатков промышленного производства цинка. Способ включает стадии испарения остатка во взвешенном слое или в перемешиваемой ванне с получением Fe-содержащего шлака и Zn- и Pb-содержащих паров и экстракции Zn- и Pb-содержащих паров и утилизации Zn и Pb и отличается тем, что перед стадией испарения или во время его в качестве флюса добавляют CaO, SiOи MgO с таким расчетом, чтобы получить конечный состав шлака, соответствующий формуле (1), где все концентрации выражены в массовых процентах. Изобретение относится также к однокамерному реактору для испарения Zn, снабженному одним или несколькими погружными плазменными горелками в качестве источников тепла и газа.
