Abstract
pó de pentóxido de tântalo de alta pureza e baixo carbono e método de preparação e uso do mesmo. a presente invenção está relacionada a um pó de pentóxido de tântalo de alta pureza e baixo carbono e método de preparação e uso do mesmo. o pó possui um teor de carbono não maior do que 15 ppm, preferencialmente de 10 ppm a 15 ppm, mais preferencialmente de 3 ppm a 10 ppm. o método de preparação compreende as seguintes etapas: (1) adicionar uma solução de ácido fluotantálico (h2taf7) em uma caldeira de reação, controlar a temperatura da caldeira de reação em 30 a 60 °c, adicionar um precipitador até que o ph da solução de reação seja = 8 a 10, então interromper a introdução de amônia e maturar para obter um pasta de hidróxido de tântalo; (2) filtrar e lavar a pasta de hidróxido de tântalo obtida na etapa (1) e, então, realizar a separação sólido-líquido para obter uma torta de filtro de hidróxido de tântalo; (3) secar a torta de filtro obtida na etapa (2) para obter pó de hidróxido de tântalo branco; (4) calcinar o pó de hidróxido de tântalo obtido na etapa (3), triturar e peneirar a amostra calcinada para obter o pó de pentóxido de tântalo; e (5) submeter o pó de pentóxido de tântalo obtido na etapa (4) ao tratamento térmico a uma temperatura de 1.000 a 1.500 °c para obter pó de pentóxido de tântalo de alta pureza.
