Abstract

Patente de invenção: "produto de confeitaria congelado com estrutura em camadas e aparelho para preparação do mesmo". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto de confeitaria congelado a um método de preparação do mesmo. Ele, além do mais, refere-se a um aparelho para preparar um produto de confeitaria congelado através de extrusão vertical giratória. O dito aparelho compreende um bico (14) pelo menos uma passagem de sorvete (20,22) com pelo menos uma porta de entrada (24,26) e uma porta de saída (28), e pelo menos uma passagem de chocolate (30,32) com respectivamente uma porta de entrada (34,36) e uma porta de ´aída (38,38'). As portas de saída são fornecidas no bico (14) e tem cortes transversos alongados, e cada porta saída de chocolate (38,38') se estende em paralelo a uma porta de saída de sorvete (28), de maneira a formar camadas de chocolate em forma de anel ou em forma de espiral mediante rotação do bico e recipiente em relação um ao outro.
