Abstract
"TUBO DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE CALOR, MéTODO E FERRAMENTA PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A superfície interna de um tubo de transferência de calor é melhorada com uma pluralidade de protuberâncias (2) que criam caminhos adicionais para o fluxo de um fluido dentro do tubo e dessa forma melhora a turbulência do meio de transferência de calor que está fluindo dentro do tubo. Isso aumenta a mistura do fluido reduzindo o aparecimento da camada limite do meio fluido próximo à superfície interna do tubo, tal aparecimento aumenta a resistência e desse modo impede a transferência de calor. As protuberâncias (2) também fornecem uma área superficial extra para a transferência de calor. O método dessa invenção inclui a utilização de uma ferramenta, que pode ser facilmente adicionada aos equipamentos de fabricação existentes, possuindo uma extremidade cortante para cortar através de cristas na superfície interna do tubo, para criar camadas de cristas, e uma extremidade levantadora para levantar as camadas de cristas, para formar as protuberâncias (2). Desse modo, as protuberâncias (2) são formadas sem remoção de metal da superfície interna do tubo, eliminando assim os resíduos que podem danificar o equipamento no qual o tubo esteja sendo utilizado.
