Abstract

"SENSOR DE GáS TENDO UM LAMINADO COMPREENDENDO CAMADAS DE ELETRóLITO SóLIDO E SUBSTRATO DE ALUMINA". Um sensor de gás (1a) tendo um laminado incluindo um substrato de alumina (11) , tendo um resistor de aquecimento (115) embutido no substrato de alumina (11) ; uma primeira camada de eletrólito sólido condutora de íons de oxigênio (131) contendo zircónia e alumina e constituindo, parcialmente, uma célula de detecção de oxigênio (13), e a primeira camada de eletrólito sólido (131) sendo laminada com o substrato de alumina (11) ; uma segunda camada de eletrólito sólido condutora de íons de oxigênio (121) contendo zircónia e alumina e constituindo, parcialmente, uma célula de bombeamento de oxigênio (12); um espaçador cerâmico de impedimento de vazamento iónico (143), para impedir que os íons de oxigênio vazem da segunda camada de eletrólito sólido condutora de íons de oxigênio (121) para a primeira camada de eletrólito sólido condutora de íons de oxigênio (131), o espaçador (143) sendo laminado entre as primeira e segunda camadas de eletrólito sólido condutoras de íons de oxigênio (131, 121); e um espaço de difusão de gás (141), formado entre um eletrodo (133) da célula de detecção de oxigênio (13) e um eletrodo (126) da célula de bombeamento de oxigênio (12). Além do mais, o laminado (1a) é co-queimado. De preferência, a zircênia contida pelo menos na segunda camada de eletrólito sólido é feita de zircónia parcialmente estabilizada, a fase formada na zircónia consistindo, essencialmente, de fases tetragonal e cúbica. Adicionalmente, um eletrodo de impedimento de migração iónica (117) é opcionalmente embutido no substrato de alumina (11), para impedir a migração de íons metálicos.
