Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA ESTENDER MASSA ALIMENTìCIA". é fornecido um aparelho para estender massa alimentícia que é compacto e que possui uma passagem de transporte relativamente longa para a massa alimentícia e que estende a mesma. Também, o aparelho pode ser facilmente limpo e sofrer manutenção. Ele inclui uma estrutura inferior (3) possuindo um elemento de transporte de alimentos para transportar a massa alimentícia em uma direção, uma estrutura superior (5) localizada acima da estrutura inferior e um grupo de vários roletes extensores que estão localizados dentro da estrutura superior. Para estender a massa alimentícia, os roletes extensores são dispostos para ser sem fim e giráveis. A estrutura superior (5) pode ser movida a montante e a jusante em relação à estrutura inferior (3) de modo que o grupo de vários roletes extensores pode ser completamente separado do elemento de transporte de alimentos. Assim, o elemento de transporte de alimentos pode ser facilmente limpo.
