Abstract
"POLìMEROS DE POLIURETANO DE BAIXA EMISSãO FABRICADOS COM POLIóIS AUTOCATALìTICOS". A invenção presente divulga um processo para produzir um produto de poliuretano com polióis autocatalíticos. Estes polióis autocatalíticos são baseados num iniciador da fórmula (I): H~ m~A- (CH~ 2~)~ n~-N (R) - (CH~ 2~)~ p~-AH~ m~, onde n e p são independentemente números inteiros de 2 até 6, A em cada ocorrência é independentemente oxigênio, nitrogênio ou hidrogênio, com a ressalva que somente um A pode ser hidrogênio por vez, R é um grupo alquila de C~ 1~ até C~ 3~, m é igual a 0 quando A é hidrogênio, é 1 quando A é oxigênio e é 2 quando A é nitrogênio; ou são polióis que contêm uma amina de alquila dentro da cadeia de poliol ou um grupo dialquilamino pendente na cadeia de poliol sendo que a cadeia de poliol é obtida por copolimerização de pelo menos um monómero contendo uma alquilaziridina ou N,N-dialquil glicidilamina com pelo menos um óxido de alquileno. Estes polióis autocatalíticos reagem com um poliisocianato na presença de outros aditivos e/ou agentes auxiliares conhecidos por si para produzir produtos de poliuretano.
