Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE ELASTÈMEROS TRANSPARENTES DE POLIURETANO/URéIA"<D>. é divulgado um processo para fabricar elastómeros transparentes. Primeiramente, um poliol tendo uma distribuição de peso molecular estreita (Mw / Mn < 1,5) reage com um diisocianato aromático em uma razão NCO / OH de cerca de 1,3 a cerca de 3,0 para fornecer um pré-polímero terminado em isocianato não viscoso. Uma mistura que contém este pré-polímero e um diisocianato alifático é então reagida com uma diamina aromática para fornecer um elastómero transparente. Os elastómeros possuem excelentes propriedades físicas e mecânicas como um todo, incluindo resiliência superior a 55 %. Os elastómeros são valiosos para patins"in-line" e outras aplicações para as quais a transparência é importante.
