Abstract
trata-se de catalisadores de amina terciária que têm grupos reativos a isocianato com capacidade para formar ligações covalentes termicamente estáveis que podem suportar temperaturas de 120 °c e mais altas e até 250 °c. esses catalisadores podem ser usados para produzir espuma de poliuretano que tem as seguintes características desejáveis: a) emissões químicas muito baixas ao longo de uma ampla faixa de condições ambientais e índices de isocianato (por exemplo, índices tão baixos quanto 65, mas mais altos que 60); b) estabilidade hidrolítica suficiente para manter o catalisador ligado de modo covalente à espuma sem a lixiviação de catalisador de amina terciária quando a espuma for exposta à água ou soluções aquosas mesmo em temperaturas mais altas que a temperatura ambiente (faixa de temperatura de 25 °c a 90 °c); e c) interface de contato estável entre o polímero de poliuretano e outros polímeros (por exemplo, policarbonato) com migração mínima de catalisador de amina terciária do polímero de poliuretano para outros polímeros, de modo a não render uma deterioração de polímero notável no ponto de contato mesmo sob condições de calor e umidade.

[002] CAMPO DA INVENÇÃO
[003] A presente invenção refere-se a catalisadores de amina terciária que têm grupos reativos a isocianato que têm capacidade para formar ligações covalentes termicamente estáveis e suportar temperaturas de cerca de 120 °C e superiores, e de até cerca de 250 °C. A presente invenção também se refere ao uso dos catalisadores da invenção para produzir espuma de poliuretano que tem as seguintes características desejáveis: a) emissões químicas muito baixas ao longo de uma ampla faixa de condições ambientais e índices de isocianato (por exemplo, índices tão baixos quanto cerca de 65, mas mais altos que cerca de 60); b) estabilidade hidrolítica suficiente para manter o catalisador ligado de modo covalente à espuma a sem a lixiviação do catalisador de amina terciária quando a espuma for exposta à água ou a soluções aquosas mesmo em temperaturas mais altas que a temperatura ambiente (por exemplo, faixa de temperatura de 25 °C a cerca de 90 °C); e c) interface de contato estável entre o polímero de poliuretano e outros polímeros (por exemplo, policarbonato) com migração mínima de catalisador de amina terciária do polímero de poliuretano para outros polímeros de modo a não render uma deterioração de polímero notável no ponto de contato, mesmo sob condições de calor e umidade.

Claims (6)
1. Composição de catalisador caracterizada porcompreender N,N-bis(dimetilaminopropil)-N-(3-aminopropil)-amina e éter N,N,N'-trimetil-N'-3- aminopropil-bis (aminoetil), para fazer uma espuma de poliuretano.
2. Composição de catalisador, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada porcompreender ainda aminas terciárias selecionadas do grupo que consiste em N,N-bis (3-dimetilamino-propil)-N-(2-hidroxipropil) amina; N,N-dimetil-N ', N'-bis (2-hidroxipropil)-1,3-propilenodiamina; dimetilaminopropilamina (DMAPA); N- metil-N-2-hidroxipropil-piperazina; bis-dimetilaminopropil amina; dimetilaminopropil ureia; N,N'-bis (3-dimetilaminopropil) ureia; 1,3-bis (dimetilamino)-2-propanol; 6- dimetilamino-1-hexanol; N-(3-aminopropil) imidazol; N-(2-hidroxipropil) imidazol; N, N'- bis (2-hidroxipropil) piperazina; N-(2-hidroxipropil)-morfolina; e N-(2- hidroxietilimidazole).
3. Método para fazer a espuma de poliuretano caracterizado por compreender colocar pelo menos um poliol em contato com pelo menos um poliisocianato na presença de uma composição de catalisador que compreende N,N-bis(dimetilaminopropil)-N-(3-aminopropil)-amina e éter N,N,N'trimetil-N'-3- aminopropil-bis (aminoetil).
4. Método, de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado poro poliisocianato ter um índice de NCO de 60 a 65.

Pré-mistura caracterizada porcompreender pelo menos um poliol, uma composição de catalisador que compreende N,N-bis(dimetilaminopropil)-N-(3- aminopropil)-amina e éter N,N,N'trimetil-N'-3-aminopropil-bis (aminoetil) , pelo menos um tensoativo de silicone, água edietanolaminapelo menos um reticulador.
