Abstract
processo para produzir uma espuma de poliuretano, em que o processo compreende combinar, em um índice de isocianato de, no máximo, 120: (a) um componente de poliol que compreende, por cem partes em peso: (i) de 10 a 70 partes em peso de um primeiro poliol que tem um peso molecular numérico médio na faixa de 2.000 a 12.000 g/mol (2.000 a 12.000 daltons) e uma funcionalidade na faixa de 2 a 6; e (ii) de 90 a 30 partes em peso de um segundo poliol que tem um peso molecular numérico médio na faixa de 300 a 1.500 g/mol (300 a 1.500 daltons), uma funcionalidade na faixa de 2 a 6 e um valor de hidroxila na faixa de 100 a 600 mg de koh/g; (b) um componente catalisador de amina que consiste em: (i) na faixa de 0,2 a 0,6 parte por cem partes em peso de componente de poliol (pphp) de trietilenodiamina ou uma forma de ação atrasada do mesmo e, opcionalmente, na faixa de 0,05 a 0,20 pphp bis(dimetilaminoetil)éter ou uma forma de ação atrasada das mesmas; ou (ii) uma quantidade de uma ou mais aminas terciárias ou formas de ação atrasada do mesmo que tem um gelificante catalisador e/ou uma atividade de expansão equivalente a (i); e (c) reagentes de formação de espuma que compreendem um poli-isocianato aromático, para obter a espuma de poliuretano.
