Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ESTABILIZAçãO DE CATALISADORES DE RóDIO PARA A HIDROFORMILAçãO DE OLEFINAS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de aldeídos com 3 até 21 átomos de carbono por hidroformilação das respectivas olefinas com catalisadores de ródio, sendo que a descarga do reator de hidroformilação é separada em uma fase gasosa e uma fase líquida, b) a fase líquida é separada em uma fração de topo, contendo olefinas e aldeídos não-reagidos, e uma fração de fundo contendo o catalisador de ródio e c) a fração de fundo é resfriada abaixo da temperatura da solução do reator de hidroformilação e submetida a um gás contendo monóxido de carbono.
