Abstract

Les sels d'addition cristallins des acides sulfurique, dinitrique, monochlorhydrate, dichlorhydrate et les di- et sesqui-orthosphosphate du 7-(alpha- (2-aminothiazol-4-yl) -alpha-(Z) -méthoxyiminoacétamidol)-3- ((1-méthyl-1-pyrrolidinio) méthyl)-3-céphem-4-carboxylate sont stables meme à des températures élevées. Ainsi, on prépare le sel d'addition cristallin de l'acide sulfurique en formant un mélange de (a) au moins un équivalent molaire d'acide sulfurique avec (b) un ion dipolaire en quantité telle qu'il soit présent dans le mélange à une concentration supérieure à 25 mg/ml, on provoque la cristallisation, on sépare les cristaux, on lave et on sèche.
