Abstract
Además, ácidos nucleicos que aumentan o mejoran uno o más rasgos de una planta y células, progenie, semillas y polen transgénico derivadas de tales plantas o partes, así como métodos para producir y métodos para usar tal/es célula vegetal o planta, progenie, semillas o polen. En particular dichos rasgos mejorados se manifiestan en un rendimiento aumentado, con preferencia, al mejorar uno o más rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento, por ejemplo tolerancia a bajas temperaturas. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para producir una planta con incremento del rendimiento comparado con una correspondiente planta de tipo silvestre caracterizado porque comprende al menos el siguiente paso; incrementar o generar, en una planta o una parte de la misma, una o más actividades seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de (DL)-glicerol-3-fosfatasa, 2-desoxiglucosa-6-fosfatofosfatasa, 3-metil-2-oxobutanoatohidroximetiltransferasa, alcoholacetiltransferasa, aminoácido permeasa, aminometiltransferasa, transportador de amonio, acuaporina, proteína fijadora de ATP del sistema de transporte de arabinosa, argininosuccinatosintetasa, aspartatiaminotransferasa, proteína B1906, proteína B3410, cardiolipinasintetasa, proteína símil CoA-transferasa (fijadora de NAD(P)), proteína transportadora de cobalto, proteína fijadora de ADN y proteína para controlar el proteoma en el nivel posterior a la transcripcion, enoil-CoA-hidratasa, enoil-CoA-hidratasa, enoil-CoA-isomerasa, etanolaminoquinasa, formiatoacetiltransferasa 1, proteína del componente de la enzima llA específico de glucitol/sorbitol, glutaminasintetasa, glutation-S-transferasa, gliceroldeshidrogenasa, proteína iniciadora de síntesis de glucogeno, proteína fijadora de GTP, proteína de shock de calor, transportador de hexosa, holo-[proteína portadora de acilo]-sintetasa, transportador de fosfato inorgánico, lanosterolsintetasa, subunidad fijadora de molibdeno de aldehidooxidasas y xantinadeshidrogenasas, proteína de resistencia a multifármacos, proteína de resistencia a multiples fármacos, NADH-deshidrogenasa/NAD(P)H-nitrorreductasa, oxidorreductasa, peptidil-prolil-cis-trans-isomerasa receptor 2 de senal dirigida a peroxisoma, fosfoadenosinafosfosulfatorreductasa, proteína portadora de fosforo, proteína símil pirina, precorrin-6y-metilasa, proteína requerida para la degradacion de glucoproteínas, pirimidinadesaminasa/reductasa, regulador de morfogénesis celular y senales NO, serinaacetiltransferasa, subunidad de complejo de signalosoma, proteína SLR1094, subunidad de TORC1, monooxigenasa específica de tiol, proteína reguladora de la transcripcion, transcetolasa, proteína de transporte de dos modulos, transportador de uridinadifosfato-N-acetilglucosamina, proteína yer175w-a, proteína yhr213w-a, proteína YML079W, proteína YMR157C, proteína YNL024C, y proteína YNR040W.
