Abstract
La presente se relaciona en general con células vegetales y/o plantas con mayor tolerancia al estrés ambiental y/o mayor rendimiento en comparacion con, por ejemplo, una correspondiente célula vegetal de tipo silvestre no transformada, mediante el aumento o la generacion de una o más actividades de polipéptidos asociados con respuestas al estrés abiotico y tolerancia al estrés abiotico en plantas. En particular, la presente se relaciona con células vegetales y/o plantas adaptadas para crecer en condiciones de estrés ambiental y/o, con células vegetales y/o plantas que muestran mayor rendimiento en condiciones de estrés ambiental. La solicitud también se refiere a métodos para producir y controlar y cultivar dichas células vegetales y/o plantas. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para producir una planta con mayor rendimiento en comparacion con una correspondiente planta de tipo silvestre que comprende al menos la siguiente etapa: aumentar o generar en una planta o una de sus partes una o más actividades seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en proteína ribosomal S11 30S, proteína ribosomal 60S, homologo APM2 de la cadena media de adaptina, proteína B0252, proteína de tipo BRICK1, proteína Cav1, chaperonina de cloroplasto, ADN polimerasa, proteína flagelar, G2/ciclina específica mitotica, proteína GRE1 (Hidrofilina), proteína membranal, ORF YPL249c-a, subunidad de tipo ciclina de holoenzima de ARN polimerasa II, proteína serina/treonina quinasa, deshidrogenasa de cadena corta, esterol-C-metiltransferasa, regulador de la transcripcion (farR), proteína Ykr015c y proteína YPL167C_2.
