Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una molécula de ARN bicatenario que comprende una hebra antisentido y una hebra sentido, donde la secuencia de nucleótidos de la hebra antisentido es complementaria respecto a una porción de la secuencia de nucleótidos del gen Hg-rps-23 de un nematodo que induce quistes en la soya, moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican las moléculas de ARN y composiciones que comprenden las moléculas de ácido nucleico y moléculas de ARN de esta invención, así como también sus métodos de empleo para mejorar la resistencia de una planta o célula vegetal frente a la infestación e infección por parte de nematodos.
