Abstract

amino opcionalmente substituido donde el substituyente opcional está seleccionado desde alquilo C1-4,alquilcarbonilo C1-3 y alcoxicarbonilo C1-3; imidazolilo opcionalmente substituido, imidazolinilo opcionalmente substituido, oxazolinilo opcionalmente substituido, oxazolilo opcionalmente substituido, oxadiazolilo opcionalmente substituido, tiazolilo opcionalmente substituido, pirazolilo opcionalmente substituido, triazolilo opcionalmente substituido, furanilo opcionalmente substituido, tetrahidrofuranilo opcionalmente substituido, dioxolanilo opcionalmente substituido, dioxanilo opcionalmente substituido, -C(=E)-G, y -C(R10)-Q-R11, donde E está seleccionada desde O, S, NR12, y NOR12, donde R12 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, arilo y arilalquilo C1- 4; G está seleccionada desde hidrógeno, alquilo C1-3, haloalquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alquilamino C1-3 y dialquilamino C1-3; J está seleccionada desde O, S, y NR12, donde R12 es como se describiera previamente;
