Abstract
Uso de compuestos de piperazina de formula (1) o de las sales aceptables para uso agrícola de compuestos de piperazina de formula (1) como herbicidas. También medios, que además de los adyuvantes usuales para la formulacion de herbicidas, contienen compuestos de piperazina de formula (1) o las sales aceptables para uso agrícola de (1), así como un procedimiento para la preparacion de estos medios. Además determinados compuestos de piperazina de Formula (1), a un procedimiento para combatir el crecimiento indeseado de plantas, en el que se trata las plantas, sus semillas y/o su hábitat con al menos un compuesto de piperazina de formula (1) Reivindicacion 1: Uso de compuestos de piperazina de formula (1) o de las sales aceptables para uso agrícola de compuestos de piperazina de formula (1) como herbicidas, donde las variables en formula (1) presentan los siguientes significados: R1 y R2 significan independientemente entre sí: ciano, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6, fenilo, fenil-alquilo C1-6, heterociclilo, heterociclil-alquilo C1-6; fenil-[alcoxicarbonil-C1-6]-alquilo C1-6 o fenilheterociclil-alquilo C1-6; o COR21, donde R21 significa hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-6, alqueniloxi C3-6, alquiniloxi C3-6, amino, alquilamino C1-6, [di- alquilo (C1-6)]amino, alquenilamino C3-6, alquinilamino C3-6, alquilsulfonilamino C1-6, N-(alquenilo C2-6)-N-(alquil-C1-6)-amino, N(alquinilo C2-6)-N-(alquil-C1-6)-amino, N-(alcoxi C1-6)-N-(alquil-C1-C6)-amino, N-(alquenilo C2-6)-N-(alcoxi-C1-6)-amino, N-(alquinilo C2-6)-N-(alcoxi-C1-6)- amino, fenilo, fenilamino, fenoxi, naftilo o heterociclilo; o NR22R23, donde R22 y R23 independientemente entre sí significan hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6 o alquilcarbonilo C1-6; o OR24, donde R24 significa alquilo, C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C3-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6, fenilo o fenilalquilo C1-6); o SO2R25, donde R25 es alquilo C1-6 o fenilo; donde las partes alifáticas, cíclicas o aromáticas mencionadas de los sustituyentes de R1 y R2 pueden estar halogenadas en forma parcial o total y/o pueden portar uno a tres de los siguientes grupos: ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1- 4)]-amino, alquilcarbonilo C1-4, hidroxicarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]aminocarbonilo o alquilcarboniloxi C1-4; y donde R1 puede además ser hidrogeno; R3 es hidrogeno, halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1x-6x, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6, fenilo, fenilalquilo C1-6, heterociclilo, heterociclil-alquilo (C1-6); fenil-[alcoxicarbonil-C1- 6]-alquilo C1-6 o fenilheterociclil-alquilo C1-6; o un resto COR26, NR27R28, OR29, SO2R30 o N(OR31)R32, wobei, R26 significa hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, cicloalquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquinilo C3-6, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-6, alqueniloxi C3-6, alquiniloxi C3-6, amino, alquilamino C1-6, [di- alquilo (C1-6)]amino, alcoxiamino C1-6, [di-(C1-6)-alcoxi]amino, alquilsulfonilamino C1-6, alquilamino C1-6sulfonilamino, [di-alquilamino (C1-6)]sulfonilamino, alquenilamino C3-6, alquinilamino C3-6, N-(alquenilo C2-6)-N-(alquil-C1-6)-amino, N-(alquinilo C2-6)-N- (alquil-C1-6)-amino, N(alcoxi C1-6)-N-(alquil-C1-6)-amino, N(alquenilo C2-6)-N-(alcoxi-C1-6)-amino, N-(alquinil C2-6)-N-(alcoxi-C1- 6)-amino, fenilo, fenoxi, fenilamino, naftilo o heterociclilo; o R27 y R28 significan independientemente entre sí hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, arilo o heteroarilo; R29 significa alquilo C1-6, R30 significa alquilo C1-6 o fenilo; R31 significa hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, fenilo o fenil-alquilo (C1-6); R32 significa alquilo C1-6, fenilo o fenil-alquilo (C1-6); donde las partes alifáticas, cíclicas o aromáticas mencionadas de los sustituyentes de R3 o bien R26, R27, R28, R29, R30, R31 y R32 pueden estar halogenadas en forma parcial .o total y/o pueden portar uno a tres de los siguientes grupos: ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]-amino, alquilcarbonilo C1-4, hidroxicarbonilo; alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4]aminocarbonilo o alquilcarboniloxi C1-4; R4, R5, R6 independientemente entre sí pueden ser hidrogeno, hidroxi, alquilo C1x-6x, alcoxi C1-C6, donde las partes alifáticas mencionadas de los sustituyentes de R4, R5 o R6 pueden estar halogenadas en forma parcial o total y/o pueden portar uno a tres de los siguientes grupos: ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1- 4)]-amino, alquilcarbonilo C1-4, hidroxicarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]aminocarbonilo o alquilcarboniloxi C1-4; o Z7SO2R16, donde R16 significa alquilo C1-6 o fenilo; y donde Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 independientemente entre sí significan una union, -CH2-, -CH2-CH2, -O-CH(R17)-, -S-CH(R18)-, -S(O)-CH(R19)- o -SO2CH(R20)-, y donde R17, R18, R19 y R20 independientemente entre sí significan hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6 y donde las partes alifáticas, cíclicas o aromáticas mencionadas del sustituyente Ra pueden estar halogenadas en forma parcial o total y/o pueden portar uno a tres de los siguientes grupos: ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1- 4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1- 4)]-amino, alquilcarbonilo C1-4, hidroxicarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]aminocarbonilo o alquilcarboniloxi C1-4; y Rb, Rc, Rd, Re y Rf en cada caso independientemente entre sí equivalen a hidrogeno o tienen un significado indicado para Ra y donde dos restos Ra, Rb o Rc unidos a átomos cíclicos adyacentes A1 o dos restos Rd, Re o Rf unidos a átomos cíclicos adyacentes A2 también representan alquileno C3-6 lineal, que puede estar total o parcialmente halogenada y que pueden portar uno a tres de los siguientes grupos: ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]-amino, alquilcarbonilo C1-4, hidroxicarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1-4, [di-alquil-(C1-4)]aminocarbonilo o alquilcarboniloxi C1-4, donde un grupo CH2 en alquileno-C3-6 puede estar sustituido con un grupo carbonilo, grupo tiocarbonilo o grupo sulfonilo y donde uno o dos grupos CH2 no adyacentes en alquileno-C3-6 pueden estar sustituidos en cada caso con oxigeno, azufre o un grupo NR34, donde R34 presenta un significado indicado para R12.
