Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE KOMPOZICIJA ANTIBIOTIKA ŠIROKOG SPEKTRA STABILNIH NA TEMPERATURU, koje razblaživanjem obezbedjuju injekcione koncentracije sa PH od oko 3.5 do oko 7 bez upotrebe puferskih sredstava ili baza, naznačen time, što se kompozicija suštinski sastoji od amorfnog čvrstog materijala dobijenog liofilizacijom ili taloženjem sa korastvaračem vodenog rastvora cviterjona 7-/alfa-(2-aminotiazol- 4-il)-alfa-(Z)-metoksiimino-acetamido/-3-/(1-metil-1-metil-1-pirolidinio)- metil/-3-cefem-4-karboksilata i jedne soli, ili smeše više soli u kojoj je katjon odabran iz grupe koja obuhvata natrijum, litijum, kalcijum i magnezijum, a anjon je odabran iz grupe koja obuhvata hlorid, bromid i jodid, pri čemu je molski odnos cviterjona prema soli u rastvoru od oko 0.5:1 do oko 2:1, ili njihovih solvata.
