1415453 Treating aquarium water U BAENSCH 2 May 1973 [3 May 1972] 20953/73 Heading C1C Aquarium water is treated by adding thereto polyvinylpyrrolidone and ethylene-diaminetetracetic acid or its Na salt in a ratio of 1À5 : 1 to 3 : 1. Compositions, e.g. stock solutions, comprising aqueous solutions of the compounds and optionally, sodium or potassium thiosulphate and mono-potassium phthalate are described. Additional additives are vitamins B 1 , B 2 and B 6 .
