[Also in Division A5] A composition which may be used as a bactericide &c. in water comprises a mixture of solid dichlorophene, sodium carbonate and sodium silicate in granular form. The proportions of dichlorophene and sodium carbonate may vary between 10 and 60% and 10 and 50% by weight, respectively. Sodium silicate solution may be used in the preparation of the granules.
