进一步地,所述操作模块包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件上的把手座、转动的嵌设于把手座的凹槽中的把手,把手与所述锁扣组件的驱动片之间通过钢索传动连接。
进一步地,所述把手连接有用于驱动其转动复位到所述凹槽中的第三弹性复位件。
作为另一个可选的方案,所述操作模块包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件上的操作按钮,所述锁定模块包括有设置在壳体上的电磁驱动器,电磁驱动器的输出端通过连杆和驱动片相连接,所述操作按钮用于控制电磁驱动器的工作。
本发明的有益效果是:通过四连杆组件对扶手组件和主框架之间进行连接,能够减少扶手组件开合运动时对按摩椅周边空间的占用,不容易和其他物体发生干涉,方便使用者上下按摩椅;通过阻尼定位组件还能够实现在扶手相对按摩椅开合运动后的定位,能够将扶手组件保持在不同的开合位置,使扶手不容易产生晃动,提高稳定性,使用更加方便;通过锁扣组件实现扶手组件相对主框架闭合之后的定位,避免扶手组件在按摩椅工作过程中被振动打开,提高使用时的安全性。

具体实施方式
本发明一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构的实施例如图1-9所示:包括有按摩椅的主框架1、设置在主框架1的一侧或两侧的扶手组件2,所述扶手组件2包括有支撑板21以及与支撑板21配合固定的扶手部22,扶手部22用于搁置使用者的手部,在一些特定类型的按摩椅产品上,扶手部22通常还具有能够对使用者的手部进行按摩的功能,支撑板21与扶手部22配合连接,支撑板21用于与扶手部22配合支撑固定,主框架1和扶手组件的支撑板21之间通过四连杆组件构成开合连接,使得扶手组件整体能够相对主框架1进行开合运动,所述四连杆组件3包括有固定在主框架1侧部的第一钢架31、固定在支撑板21内侧的第二钢架32以及两个连杆,两个连杆的两端分别与所述第一钢架31和第二钢架32构成转动连接。
通过四连杆组件实现主框架1和扶手组件2之间的开合连接,较传统枢轴转动连接结构而言,能够实现扶手组件2相对扶手组件的向后摆动打开,能够减少扶手组件开合运动时对按摩椅周边空间的占用,不容易和其他物体发生干涉,方便使用者上下按摩椅。
与四连杆组件3连接配合的还包括有阻尼定位组件4,所述阻尼定位组件4用于实现扶手组件和主框架1之间相对开合时的阻尼定位,能够在扶手组件相对主框架1开合运动时将其保持在不同的开合位置,减少扶手组件的晃动。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,两个连杆分别为长连杆33和短连杆34,短连杆34设置在长连杆33的后上方位置,长连杆33和短连杆34沿倾斜的方向分布设置,第一钢架31和第二钢架32上均设置有与连杆的端部配合枢轴连接的连接座30。采用前置长连杆34、后置短连杆33的四连杆结构设计,使扶手组件相对主框架1打开时其前侧能够呈现一定角度的张开,从而进一步的方便使用者上下按摩椅。将短连杆34设置在长连杆33的后上方位置 能够使短连杆34和长连杆33的摆动路径相互错开,使两者不会相互干扰,因而整体结构更为紧凑,通过短连杆34和长连杆33的连接结构除了能够实现支撑板21相对主框架1的张开运动之外,还能够使支撑板21能够相对主框架1向后运动,使扶手组件的前侧远离闭合位置,从而方便使用者上下按摩椅。
在其他实施例中,如图10-11所示,两个连杆也可以采用相同的长度,图10和11分别示出了采用相同长度尺寸的两个连杆35的四连杆组件的使用状态,图10对应扶手组件的闭合状态,图11对应扶手组件的打开状态,当扶手组件打开运动时,其能够相对主框架1后移运动,从而使扶手组件的前侧远离闭合位置,方便使用者上下按摩椅。
上述连杆除了能够实现支撑板21相对主框架1的开合连接之外,其还能够对扶手组件2整体进行支撑的作用,采用两个连杆能够为扶手组件提供可靠的支撑效果,减少扶手组件的晃动。
如图2-3所示,所述阻尼定位组件4包括有导轮支架41、调节臂42,导轮支架41设置在支撑板21的内侧,导轮支架41上设置有导轮43,所述调节臂42的一端转动的连接在长连杆33的中部位置,调节臂42的另一端沿其长度方向延伸设置有导槽421,所述导轮43活动的设置在所述导槽421中,所述导槽421沿其长度方向分布有多个用于与导轮43配合定位的阻尼槽422,阻尼槽422具有圆弧形的内凹壁,当导轮43滑动运动到不同的阻尼槽422并嵌入其中时,能够实现对导轮43位置的定位,从而能够对调节臂42一端和导轮43之间的间距进行调节,进而能够对长连杆33的摆动进行限制,将扶手组件保持在当前的开合角度,实现对扶手组件开合运动时的阻尼定位,采用这样结构设计能够实现扶手组件开合运动时的阻尼定位,避免其自行晃动。
进一步的,所述主框架1和扶手组件2之间还设置有锁扣组件,所述锁扣组件用于实现扶手组件相对主框架1闭合运动后的锁定和解锁,通过锁扣组件对转动闭合之后的扶手组件2进行锁定,能够避免在按摩椅工作运转时导致扶手组件2自行打开,提高按摩椅工作时的稳定性和安全性。
在本实施例中,如图4-9所示,所述锁扣组件包括有设置在主框架1上的锁舌5以及设置在扶手组件2上的锁定模块6、操作模块7,锁定模块6和锁舌5配合解锁,锁定模块6和操作模块7构成传动连接配合,操作模块7用于使用者的手部控制锁定模块6对锁舌5的解锁,操作模块7设置在与扶手部22相靠近的位置,方便手部操作。通过操作模块7驱动锁定模块6对所述锁舌5进行解锁,使扶手组件能够相对按摩椅的主体框架1打开,通过锁扣组件和锁舌5的锁定配合,保证主体框架1和扶手组件2之间位置的相对固定,避免在 按摩椅的使用过程中扶手组件被振动打开或误打开。
所述锁定模块6包括有壳体61、通过销轴62转动设置在壳体61内的旋转扣63、卡扣64、驱动片65,壳体61外侧设置有与锁舌5配合插接的插槽611,旋转扣63的局部对应设置在插槽611中,基于旋转扣63的转动能够与锁舌5配合进行锁定或解锁,所述卡扣64与旋转扣63配合卡接并转动限位,卡扣64能够限制旋转扣63的转动,因而能够将旋转扣63保持在对锁舌5进行锁定的状态,所述驱动片65与卡扣64同轴芯的固定连接,能够同步进行转动,驱动片65转动的同时能够驱动卡扣64转动,驱动片65伸出至壳体61外侧并用于与所述操作模块7传动配合,通过卡扣64的转动能够对旋转扣63的转动限位进行解除,从而能够使锁舌5从插槽611拔出进行解锁,使扶手组件2能够相对主体框架1被打开。
所述旋转扣63连接有用于使其转动并保持在锁定状态的第一弹性复位件,第一弹性复位件可以是扭簧,所述锁舌5如图9所示,呈U型结构,所述旋转扣63包括有如图6所示的U型的锁口631,锁口631一侧设置有锁钩632,在解锁状态时,所述锁口631处于与壳体61的插槽611相对齐的位置,当锁舌5沿插槽611的插入时,利用锁舌5和旋转扣63之间产生的驱动力能够推动旋转扣63朝锁定方向转动,锁定状态时锁钩632与锁舌5配合限位,防止锁舌5脱出,所述卡扣64连接有用于使其保持抵接在旋转扣63外缘的第二弹性复位件,第二弹性复位件可以是扭簧,所述旋转扣63外缘具有与卡扣64单向的限位配合的卡口633,当锁舌5插入并驱动旋转扣63转动时,卡扣64沿旋转扣63外缘运动并落入到卡口633中,此时旋转扣63被卡扣64限位,不能够朝解锁方向转动,当卡扣64转动并从旋转扣63的卡口633脱离时,旋转扣63能够正常的朝解锁方向转动,从而利用锁舌5和旋转扣63之间产生的驱动力能够推动旋转扣63朝解锁方向转动,进而使锁舌5脱出。
所述操作模块7包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件2上的扳手座71、转动的嵌设于扳手座71的凹槽711中的扳手72,扳手72与所述锁定模块6的驱动片65之间通过钢索传动连接,钢索可以采用刹车线,操作模块7和锁定模块6均设置在扶手组件的内侧。
扳手72连接有用于驱动其转动复位到所述凹槽711中的第三弹性复位件,第三弹性复位件可以是扭簧。
当扳手72被从凹槽711驱动转动而出时,钢索通过牵拉驱动片65转动而使锁定模块6对锁舌5进行解锁。当松开扳手72时,扳手72在第三弹性复位件的驱动下自行复位到所述凹槽711中。
上述实施例中,主要依靠弹性复位件实现扶手组件2闭合后的自动锁定,使用者仅 需要在打开扶手组件2时操作扳手72即可,而其他实施例中,所述锁扣组件也可以是带阻尼定位功能的锁扣组件,具体效果为:在使用者释加较大的推动力时能够驱动扶手组件2相对主框架1进行闭合并锁定,同样的在释加较大作用力时也能够驱动扶手组件2相对主框架1打开并解锁,也能够避免扶手组件2在按摩椅工作时自行打开,提高按摩椅工作时扶手组件2的稳定性。
在另一个实施例中,所述操作模块包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件2上的操作按钮,所述锁定模块6除了包括上述实施例的这些部件之外,还包括有设置在壳体61上的电磁驱动器81,电磁驱动器81的输出端通过连杆82和驱动片65相连接,所述操作按钮用于控制电磁驱动器81的工作。锁定模块6对锁舌5的锁定过程与上述实施例相一致,当想要解锁时,通过按压操作按钮使电磁驱动器81通电,吸引连杆82向右运动,连杆82带动与其相连接的驱动片65逆时针转动,使卡扣64与旋转扣63分离,从而使锁舌5能够正常脱出。附图12-14分别示出了该工作过程。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例的一种,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,包括有按摩椅的主框架、设置在主框架的至少一侧的扶手组件,所述扶手组件包括有支撑板以及与支撑板配合固定的扶手部,其特征在于:主框架和扶手组件的支撑板之间通过四连杆组件构成开合连接,所述四连杆组件包括有固定在主框架侧部的第一钢架、固定在支撑板内侧的第二钢架以及两个连杆,两个连杆的两端分别与所述第一钢架和第二钢架构成转动连接,与四连杆组件连接配合的还包括有阻尼定位组件,所述阻尼定位组件用于实现扶手组件和主框架之间相对开合时的阻尼定位,所述主框架和扶手组件之间还设置有锁扣组件,所述锁扣组件用于实现扶手组件相对主框架闭合后的锁定或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:两个连杆分别为长连杆和短连杆,短连杆设置在长连杆的后上方,长连杆和短连杆沿倾斜的方向分布设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:两个连杆分别为长连杆和短连杆,短连杆设置在长连杆的后方,所述短连杆设置在长连杆的沿高度方向的上方,长连杆和短连杆沿倾斜的方向分布设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述阻尼定位组件包括有导轮支架、调节臂,导轮支架设置在支撑板的内侧,导轮支架上设置有导轮,所述调节臂的一端转动的连接在长连杆的中部位置,调节臂的另一端沿其长度方向延伸设置有导槽,所述导轮活动的设置在所述导槽中,所述导槽沿其长度方向分布有多个用于与导轮配合定位的阻尼槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述锁扣组件包括有设置在主框架上的锁舌以及设置在扶手组件上的锁定模块、操作模块,锁定模块和锁舌配合锁定或解锁,操作模块用于控制锁定模块对锁舌的锁定或解锁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述锁定模块包括有壳体、转动设置在壳体内的旋转扣、卡扣、驱动片,壳体外侧设置有与锁舌配合插接的插槽,旋转扣设置在插槽中并与锁舌配合锁定或解锁,所述卡扣与旋转扣配合卡接并转动限位,所述驱动片与卡扣同轴的固定连接,驱动片伸出至壳体外侧并用于与所述锁定模块传动配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述旋转扣连接有用于使其保持在锁定状态的第一弹性复位件,所述锁舌呈U型结构,所述旋转扣包括有U型的锁口,并且基于锁舌沿插槽的插入动作能够驱动旋转扣朝对锁舌进行锁定 的方向转动,所述卡扣连接有用于使其保持抵接在旋转扣外缘的第二弹性复位件,所述旋转扣外缘具有与卡扣单向的限位配合的卡口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述操作模块包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件上的把手座、转动的嵌设于把手座的凹槽中的把手,把手与所述锁扣组件的驱动片之间通过钢索传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述把手连接有用于驱动其转动复位到所述凹槽中的第三弹性复位件。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带锁扣的四连杆阻尼槽扶手开合机构,其特征在于:所述操作模块包括有设置在按摩椅的扶手组件上的操作按钮,所述锁定模块包括有设置在壳体上的电磁驱动器,电磁驱动器的输出端通过连杆和驱动片相连接,所述操作按钮用于控制电磁驱动器的工作。
