本发明涉及家居领域,尤其涉及一种带锁接装置平衡椅。
背景技术
中国专利数据库在2018年05月11日公告了一种多功能平衡椅,其公告号为CN207341490U。它包括包括支撑部件、椅座部件和跪垫部件,该椅座部件能转动连接在支撑部件,该跪垫部件能转动连接在椅座部件,通过连接机构连接支撑部件和跪垫部件,该跪垫部件能在对齐椅座部件的坐椅位置及构成平衡椅跪垫的跪椅位置之间活动,该椅座部件的活动与跪垫部件的活动构成连动,从而使平衡椅能在座椅状态和跪椅状态间变化。该跪垫部件在对齐椅座部件的坐椅位置时,支撑强度有待进一步加强。
发明内容
本发明提供了带锁接装置平衡椅,其克服了背景技术中平衡椅所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:带锁接装置平衡椅,包括支撑部件、至少能相对支撑部件摆动的椅座部件、至少能相对椅座部件摆动的跪垫部件、连接支撑部件和跪垫部件的连接机构,通过上述摆动控制平衡椅在坐椅状态和跪椅状态间变化;还包括锁接装置,该锁接装置包括:
滑件(3),能相对椅座部件在第一位置和第二位置间滑动;
第一锁接机构,连接滑件(3)和跪垫部件,第一位置的第一锁接机构锁接位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件和椅座部件,第二位置的第一锁接机构松释第一锁接机构的上述锁接;及
第二锁接机构,包括锁接座(5),该滑件(3)和锁接座(5)联动且通过滑件(3)滑动带动锁接座(5)在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间活动,该第一锁接位和第二锁接位分别对应第一位置和第二位置,第一锁接位和第二锁接位的锁接座(5)分别锁接保持在坐椅状态和跪椅状态的平衡椅,活动在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间的锁接座(5)松释第二锁接机构的上述锁接。
一实施例之中:该第一锁接机构包括相对滑件(3)固定的第一锁槽和相对跪垫部件固定的第一锁销(14),该第一锁槽包括相接通的开口和锁止腔,该第一锁销(14) 和第一锁槽配合且第一锁销(14)通过开口进出第一锁槽,位于锁止腔的第一锁销(14)实现第一锁接机构的上述锁接。
一实施例之中:该第一锁接机构包括锁止钩(2A),该锁止钩(2A)和滑件(3)相对固装且设有上述第一锁槽,该开口和锁止腔配合呈L形结构。
一实施例之中:该该滑件(3)和椅座部件间设第一弹性体(3C),或/和,锁止钩(2A)和椅座部件间设第二弹性体(2C)。

一实施例之中:该支撑部件包括支撑杆(12)、底盘壳(8)、底盘(10)和弹性机构,该底盘(10)固装在支撑杆(12)顶部,该底盘壳(8)套接在底盘(10)外且该底盘壳(8)能转动连接在底盘(10),该弹性机构配合底盘壳(8)和底盘(10);该椅座部件、连接机构都连接在底盘壳(8)。
一实施例之中:该底盘壳(8)设活动孔,该支撑杆(12)穿过活动孔且底盘壳(8)能相对支撑杆(12)活动。
一实施例之中:该支撑杆(12)为气杆,该支撑部件还包括升降调节器,该升降调节器包括呈L形调节件(17)和驱动机构,该L形调节件(17)共端部摆动连接在底盘(10),该驱动机构连接L形调节件一端,另一端配合气杆且控制气杆升降。

该锁接装置包括滑件、第一锁接机构及第二锁接机构,其一,不仅能通过第一锁接结构锁接位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件和椅座部件,而且能锁接平衡椅保持在坐椅状态或跪椅状态,实现双锁接,提升平衡椅安全性;其二,通过滑件滑动控制两锁接同步锁接或松释,提升使用便利性。
该滑件和椅座部件间设第一弹性体,或/和,锁止钩和椅座部件间设第二弹性体,实现自动锁接,提升使用安全性。
该底盘固装在支撑杆顶部,底盘壳套接在底盘外且底盘壳能转动连接在底盘,弹性机构连接在底盘壳和底盘间,通过弹性机构不仅能使底盘壳前后弹性摇摆,带动座椅前后弹性摇摆,实现逍遥椅功能,而且能提升支撑强度。
该支撑杆为气杆,升降调节器包括呈L形调节件和驱动机构,调节件共端部摆动连接在底盘,驱动机构连接调节件一端,另一端配合气杆且控制气杆升降,则能通过调节件摆动控制升降,便于控制,控制稳定可靠。

请查阅图1至图26,带锁接装置平衡椅,包括支撑部件、能相对支撑部件摆动的椅座部件1、能相对椅座部件1摆动的跪垫部件15、连接支撑部件和跪垫部件15的连接机构、锁接装置、靠背部件和靠背连杆13,该椅座部件1摆动和跪垫部件15摆动构成联动,通过椅座部件1摆动带动跪垫部件15摆动,以通过上述摆动控制平衡椅在坐椅状态和跪椅状态间变化,位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件15处于相对椅座部件1对齐的坐椅位置,位于跪椅状态的跪垫部件15处于构成平衡椅跪垫的跪椅位置。根据需要,可不设靠背部件和靠背连杆(则构成无靠背椅)。
该锁接装置包括滑件3、第一锁接机构和第二锁接机构;该滑件3能相对椅座部件1在第一位置和第二位置间滑动;该第一锁接机构连接滑件3和跪垫部件,第一位置的第一锁接机构锁接位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件1和椅座部件15,第二位置的第一锁接机构松释第一锁接机构的上述锁接;该第二锁接机构包括锁接座5,该滑件3和锁接座5联动且通过滑件3滑动带动锁接座5在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间活动,该第一锁接位和第二锁接位分别对应第一位置和第二位置,第一锁接位和第二锁接位的锁接座5分别锁接保持在坐椅状态和跪椅状态的平衡椅,活动在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间的锁接座5松释第二锁接机构的上述锁接。该锁接装置,其一,不仅能通过第一锁接结构锁接位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件1和椅座部件15,而且能锁接平衡椅保持在坐椅状态或跪椅状态,实现双锁接,提升平衡椅安全性;其二,通过滑件3滑动控制两锁接同步锁接或松释,提升使用便利性。
该椅座部件1底部设安装槽1B,该滑件3能前后滑动连接在安装槽1B内,采用该结构能提升结构紧凑性。该椅座部件1包括椅座板和固接在椅座板下的支撑架4,该支撑架4设朝下凸伸的前后间隔布置的第一凸臂4A、第二凸臂4B和第三凸臂4C,该第一凸臂4A能转动连接在支撑部件以使椅座部件1能摆动连接支撑部件。该 滑件3至少部分能滑动连接在椅座板和支撑架4间。该滑件3设供用户操作的拉手部3A,以便于用户手动驱动滑件3前后滑动,该拉手部如凸起,则凸起和滑件间形成台阶以便于手拉。该滑件3和椅座部件1间设有第一弹性体3C,通过弹性体在压缩后能自动复位的性能以驱动滑件3复位至第一位置,该弹性体如压缩弹簧。
该第一锁接机构包括相对滑件3固定的第一锁槽和相对跪垫部件固定的第一锁销14,该第一锁槽包括相接通的朝下布置的开口和锁止腔,该第一锁销14和第一锁槽配合且第一锁销14通过开口进出第一锁槽,位于锁止腔的第一锁销14实现第一锁接机构的上述锁接,第一锁销14位于开口、脱离开口时锁接松释,采用该锁接结构针对“跪垫部件15和椅座部件1对齐”的锁接,锁接效果尤其佳。具体结构中:1、该第一锁接机构包括锁止钩2A,该锁止钩2A和滑件3相对固装且设有上述第一锁槽;2、该开口和锁止腔配合呈L形结构,且,该锁止钩2A的开口的一侧设导向面,如倾斜面,则由跪椅状态变化至坐椅状态时锁止钩2A导向面配合第一锁销14时能推动锁止钩2A先运动至第二位置以进入开口,进入后通过第一弹性体3C或第二弹性体2C驱动锁止钩2A复位至第一位置以进入锁止腔,实现锁接,实现自动锁接,提升使用便利性。进一步的,该第一锁接机构包括第一锁止件2,该第一锁止件2包括一固板和两分别固接在固板两侧的上述的锁止钩2A,该第一锁止件2固接在滑件3上且两锁止钩2A分别布置在滑件3两侧以配合两跪垫部件15;该滑件3设配合槽,该配合槽内设第二弹性体2C,该第二弹性体顶抵连接在锁止钩2A和椅座部件1间以能驱动滑件3复位至第一位置,最好配设压片2B固定盖接配合槽的槽口。
该第二锁接机构还包括固定在支撑部件的锁接架6,该锁接架6设第一凹槽6B和第二凹槽6A;该锁接座5能摆动连接在椅座部件1,如锁接座5中部通过第一枢轴转动连接在椅座部件1的支撑架4的第二凸臂4B,该锁接座5设第一限位销51和第二限位销52,该第一限位销和第二限位销分别布置在第一枢轴上下两侧;通过滑件3滑动带动锁接座5在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间摆动,第一锁接位的第一限位销插入锁接架6的第一凹槽6B内且限制座椅部件保持在对应坐椅状态的第一角度,第二锁接位的第二限位销插入锁接架6的第二凹槽6A内且限制座椅部件保持在对应跪椅状态的第二角度。具体结构中:1、该锁接架6具有两锁接壁,该两锁接壁左右间隔布置,该锁接壁后侧设上下间隔的上述的第二凹槽6A、第一凹槽6B,该锁接座5介于两锁接壁的间隔内,该第一限位销和第二限位销凸出锁接座5两侧且分 别配合设于两锁接壁的第一凹槽6B、第二凹槽6A,锁接座在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间活动时,两限位销都脱离凹槽,以能在两状态间变化;2、该滑件3后部底面凹设缺口3B,该锁接座5上部和缺口3B配合以能通过滑件3滑动带动锁接座5摆动,具体如:缺口呈弧形,锁接座上部呈球形,弧形和球形配合以实现联动,根据需要也可采用其它结构,如拨叉结构等;3、该限位销和凹槽的配合如卡接,该凹槽如卡槽。上述的第二锁接机构,其一,通过两限位销分别配合两凹槽以分别锁接两个状态,锁接牢固稳定可靠;其二,通过锁接座摆动实现两个位置锁接,切换方便,机构稳定可靠;其三,通过缺口和顶部配合实现联动,联动稳定可靠。
该锁接装置还包括第一拉索机构,它包括活动连接在椅座部件的第一操作件1C和第一拉索,该第一拉索一端连接第一操作件1C,另一端连接滑件3,则第一操作件活动能通过第一拉索拉动滑件滑动,该第一操作件如按钮结构或摆钮结构,其一,采用拉索结构方便整个零部件布局,方便将第一操作件设置在合适位置,其二,不但能手拉滑件实现滑动,而且能通过拉索机构驱动滑件滑动,双操作方式,提升使用便利性。该拉手部3A设于滑件3前部,该第一操作件1C设在椅座部件后部,则方便用户操作。
该靠背连杆13一端转动连接在支撑部件,另一端转动连接在靠背部件,该椅座部件1和靠背部件转动连接,该支撑部件、椅座部件1、靠背部件和靠背连杆13配合构成四连杆机构,则通过该四连杆机构使得靠背角度不因平衡椅在两状态间变化而改变,提升使用便利性。该靠背部件包括第二锁定件7、安装座9和固装在安装座9的靠背11间的第三锁定机构,该安装座9转动连接在第二锁定件7,使安装座9能相对第二锁定件7转动从而实现靠背角度调节,该第三锁定机构包括滑接在安装座9的滑销9A,该锁定件7设多个定位孔7B,多个定位孔7B以圆心位于安装座9转动轴线上的弧线间隔布置,通过滑销9A插入某一定位孔7B控制锁定件7和安装座9间的转动角度,实现靠背角度调节。具体结构中:该锁定件7和安装座9间设用于复位的第三弹性体7A,如扭簧;该滑销9A和安装座9间设用于复位的第四弹性体,如压缩弹簧,以提升锁接、松释的便利性,提升安全性能。进一步的,该椅座部件1和靠背部件13的转动连接,该靠背连杆13和靠背部件13的转动连接,具体如,该椅座部件1的第三凸臂4C和第二锁定件7间通过第三枢轴连接,该靠背连杆13和第二锁定件7间通过第四枢轴连接。
该支撑部件包括支撑杆12、底盘壳8、底盘10和弹性机构,该底盘10固装在 支撑杆12顶部,该底盘壳8套接在底盘10外且该底盘壳8能转动连接在底盘10,该弹性机构配合底盘壳8和底盘10,则通过弹性机构能使底盘壳8相对底盘10前后摆动实现逍遥椅功能。具体结构中:该底盘壳8设活动孔,该支撑杆12穿过活动孔且底盘壳8能相对支撑杆12活动,该活动为底盘壳8能相对底盘在预定角度内摆动。具体结构中:1、该支撑杆12为气杆,该支撑部件还包括升降调节器,该升降调节器包括呈L形调节件17和驱动机构,该调节件17共端部摆动连接在底盘10,该驱动机构连接L形调节件17一端,另一端配合气杆且控制气杆升降,该控制如控制气杆的升降开关;2、该驱动机构包括第二拉索机构,该第二拉索机构包括第二操作件1D和第二拉索,该第二操作件1D活动连接在椅座部件的后部,该第二拉索一端连接第二操作件1D,另一端连接L形调节件一端,该第二操作件如按钮结构或摆钮结构,采用拉索结构方便整个零部件布局,方便将第二操作件设置在合适位置;3、该底盘10内还固设导向座171,该第二拉索穿过导向座的导向孔连接L形调节件17一端,提升驱动稳定性;4、该弹性机构能限制底盘壳8和底盘10的最大张开角度且在可张开角度能实现弹性调节,它具体包括第五弹性体19、螺栓20和螺母19,该螺栓自下往上穿过底盘壳8、底盘10且螺接位于底盘10上的螺母,该第五弹性体19设在底盘10和螺母间,该第五弹性体如压缩弹簧,则一方面能使第五弹性体配合底盘壳和底盘,另一方面,通过螺母19和螺栓20能调节第五弹性体预紧力,调节底盘张紧力度。进一步,该椅座部件1的第一凸臂4A通过第五枢轴转动连接在底盘壳8,该靠背连杆13转动连接在底盘壳8,该锁接架6固装在底盘壳8内。
该连接机构包括主联杆16,该主联杆16一端转动连接跪垫部件之下凸的第四悬臂,另一端转动连接在支撑部件的底盘壳8。该座椅部件1前中部凸设有凸伸部,该跪垫部件15设两个,两个跪垫部件15分别布置在凸伸部两侧,另配设第二枢轴21穿过两跪垫部件15和设于凸伸部前侧的枢孔1A;该第一锁槽对应凸伸部,第一锁销凸伸出跪垫部件15之侧壁。
实施例二
请查阅图27,它与实施例一不同之处在于:还包括扶手22,该扶手通过支撑管固接在靠背部件。
实施例三
请查阅图28,它与实施例二不同之处在于:还包括支腿部分23,该支撑杆固设在支腿部分之上。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内
工业实用性
本发明带锁接装置平衡椅包括滑件和两锁接机构,一锁接机构锁接平衡椅处坐椅状态,一锁接机构锁接平衡椅处坐椅状态和跪椅状态。它具有如下优点:通过滑件滑动控制两锁接同步锁接或松释,提升使用便利性。

Claims (19)

  1. 带锁接装置平衡椅,包括支撑部件、至少能相对支撑部件摆动的椅座部件、至少能相对椅座部件摆动的跪垫部件、连接支撑部件和跪垫部件的连接机构,通过上述摆动控制平衡椅在坐椅状态和跪椅状态间变化;其特征在于:还包括锁接装置,该锁接装置包括:
    滑件(3),能相对椅座部件在第一位置和第二位置间滑动;
    第一锁接机构,连接滑件(3)和跪垫部件,对应第一位置的第一锁接机构锁接位于坐椅状态的跪垫部件和椅座部件,对应第二位置的第一锁接机构松释第一锁接机构的上述锁接;及
    第二锁接机构,包括锁接座(5),该滑件(3)和锁接座(5)联动且通过滑件(3)滑动带动锁接座(5)在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间活动,该第一锁接位和第二锁接位分别对应第一位置和第二位置,第一锁接位和第二锁接位的锁接座(5)分别锁接保持在坐椅状态和跪椅状态的平衡椅,活动在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间的锁接座(5)松释第二锁接机构的上述锁接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该第一锁接机构包括相对滑件(3)固定的第一锁槽和相对跪垫部件固定的第一锁销(14),该第一锁槽包括相接通的开口和锁止腔,该第一锁销(14)和第一锁槽配合且第一锁销(14)通过开口进出第一锁槽,位于锁止腔的第一锁销(14)实现第一锁接机构的上述锁接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该第一锁接机构包括锁止钩(2A),该锁止钩(2A)和滑件(3)相对固装且设有上述第一锁槽,该开口和锁止腔配合呈L形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该该滑件(3)和椅座部件间设第一弹性体(3C),或/和,锁止钩(2A)和椅座部件间设第二弹性体(2C)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该锁止钩(2A)的开口的一侧设导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该第二锁接机构还包括固定在支撑部件的锁接架(6);该锁接座(5)能摆动连接在椅座部件,该锁接 座(5)设第一限位销和第二限位销,通过滑件(3)滑动带动锁接座(5)在第一锁接位和第二锁接位间摆动,第一锁接位的第一限位销插入锁接架(6)内且限制座椅部件保持在对应坐椅状态的第一角度,第二锁接位的第二限位销插入锁接架(6)内且限制座椅部件保持在对应跪椅状态的第二角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该锁接架(6)设第一凹槽(6B)和第二凹槽(6A),第一锁接位的该锁接座(5)的第一限位销插入锁接架(6)的第一凹槽(6B)内,第二锁接位的该锁接座(5)的第二限位销插入锁接架(6)的第二凹槽(6A)内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该滑件(3)凹设有缺口(3B),该锁接座(5)上部和缺口(3B)配合以能通过滑件(3)滑动带动锁接座(5)摆动;该锁接座(5)中部通过第一枢轴转动连接在椅座部件,该第一限位销和第二限位销分别布置在第一枢轴两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该椅座部件底部设安装槽(1B),该滑件(3)能前后滑动连接在在安装槽(1B)内,该滑件(3)设供用户操作的拉手部(3A)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该锁接装置还包括:
    第一拉索机构,包括活动连接在椅座部件的第一操作件(1C)和第一拉索,该第一拉索一端连接第一操作件(1C),另一端连接滑件(3)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该滑件(3)设供用户操作的拉手部(3A),该拉手部(3A)设于滑件(3)前部,该第一操作件(1C)设在椅座部件后部。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括靠背部件和靠背连杆(13),该靠背连杆(13)一端转动连接在支撑部件,另一端转动连接在靠背连杆(13),该椅座部件和靠背部件转动连接,该支撑部件、椅座部件、靠背部件和靠背连杆(13)配合构成四连杆机构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该靠背部件包括锁定件(7)、安装座(9)、固装在安装座(9)的靠背(11)和装接在安装座(9)的锁定件(7)间的第三锁定机构,该安装座(9)转动连接在锁定件(7),该第三锁定机构包括滑接在安装座(9)的滑销(9A),该锁定件(7)设多个定位孔(7B),多个定位孔(7B)以圆心位于安装座(9)转动轴线上的弧线间隔布置,通过滑销(9A) 插入某一定位孔(7B)控制锁定件(7)和安装座(9)间的转动角度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该锁定件(7)和安装座(9)间设用于复位的第三弹性体(7A);该滑销(9A)和安装座(9)间设用于复位的第四弹性体。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该支撑部件包括支撑杆(12)、底盘壳(8)、底盘(10)和弹性机构,该底盘(10)固装在支撑杆(12)顶部,该底盘壳(8)套接在底盘(10)外且该底盘壳(8)能转动连接在底盘(10),该弹性机构配合底盘壳(8)和底盘(10);该椅座部件、连接机构都连接在底盘壳(8)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该底盘壳(8)设活动孔,该支撑杆(12)穿过活动孔且底盘壳(8)能相对支撑杆(12)活动。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该支撑杆(12)为气杆,该支撑部件还包括升降调节器,该升降调节器包括呈L形调节件(17)和驱动机构,该L形调节件(17)共端部摆动连接在底盘(10),该驱动机构连接L形调节件一端,另一端配合气杆且控制气杆升降。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该驱动机构包括第二拉索机构,该第二拉索机构包括第二操作件(1D)和第二拉索,该第二操作件(1D)活动连接在椅座部件,该第二拉索一端连接第二操作件(1D),另一端连接L形调节件一端。
  19. 根据权利要求2所述的带锁接装置平衡椅,其特征在于:该连接机构包括主联杆(16),该主联杆(16)一端转动连接跪垫部件,另一端转动连接在支撑部件;该座椅部件前中部凸设有凸伸部,该跪垫部件设两个,两个跪垫部件前侧通过第二枢轴连接在凸伸部前侧且分别布置在凸伸部两侧;该第一锁槽对应凸伸部。
