实施例1
请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,包括底框01,底框01上固定有固定架02,通过固定架02起到非常好的支撑和固定效果;所述底框01上还活动设有放置盒03,放置盒03内活动设有限位组件04,通过限位组件04能够起到对机械配件的限位作用,使得机械配件在加工过程中具有非常好的稳定性,进而提高打磨效果和打磨效率;所述放置盒03的上方设有一体机组件05,通过一体机组件05能够同时进行打磨和钻孔,既可以单独进行打磨或钻孔,又可使得打磨与钻孔同时进行,进而提高了打磨的效率,具有非常好的实用性;所述一体机组件05通过调节组件06活动设置在固定架02上,进而方便调节一体机组件05的水平位置和高度位置,具有非常好的调节能力。
进一步地,所述放置盒03内活动设有第一限位块31和第二限位块32,第一限位块31和第二限位块32滑动设置在放置盒03底部的滑移腔47内,进而方便第一限位块31和第二限位块32在水平方向上进行移动,通过第一限位块31和第二限位块32的移动来限制机械配件的位置,然后通过限位组件04进行固定,进而适用于不同的机械配件,非常简单;此外,放置盒03的底部设有第一液压缸33,通过第一液压缸33能够将放置盒03抬高,进而方便微调放置盒03的高度位置,方便后续的打磨和钻孔。
进一步地,所述第一限位块31和第二限位块32上均设有限位组件04,进而方便固定机械配件;所述限位组件04包括设置在第一限位块31和第二限位块32上的固定腔41,固定腔41内固定有第一导向杆42,第一导向杆42上滑动连接有第一连接块44,即第一连接块44能够在第一导向杆42的长度方向上进行移动,第一连接块44与固定腔41之间通过第一弹簧43连接,进而方便后续对机械配件压紧;所述第一连接块44上固定有固定杆45,固定杆45的底部设有第一压板46,通过第一压板46能够将机械配件压紧,而通过拉动固定杆45能够带动第一压板46向上移动,进而放置机械配件。
进一步地,所述限位组件04还包括设置在放置盒03上的螺纹套管48,螺纹套管48内螺纹连接有螺纹杆49,螺纹杆49的两端分别与垫板410和旋转块411固定连接,当转动旋转块411时能够带动螺纹杆49进行移动,进而驱动第一限位块31和第二限位块32在水平方向上移动,进而起到夹持的作用,进而适用于不同的机械配件。
进一步地,所述限位组件04还包括固定在第一限位块31上的第二导向杆412,第二导向杆412上滑动连接有滑块413,且第二导向杆412外套设有第二弹簧414,使得滑块413能够在第二导向杆412的长度方向上移动,进而方便调节滑块413的高度位置,滑块413与一侧的第二连接块415固定连接,第二连接块415通过固定轴416与转杆417转动连接,转杆417的底部固定有第二压块418,通过第二压块418能够进一步提高对机械配件的固定作用,使得在打磨和钻孔过程中的稳定性更好。
进一步地,所述一体机组件05包括放置盒51,放置盒51的底部固定有筒体52,筒体52上滑动连接有打磨块53,即打磨块53能够在竖直方向上移动,进而方便调节打磨块53与筒体52的位置,而通过打磨块53能够对机械配件进行打磨;所述筒体52内转动设有钻孔钉54,通过钻孔钉54能够对机械配件进行钻孔,钻孔钉54与设置在放置盒51内的第一驱动电机55的输出端固定连接,当第一驱动电机55工作时能够带动钻孔钉54进行旋转,进而方便进行钻孔,钻孔钉54的长度大于筒体52的长度,进而实现打孔的功能,当打磨块53向下移动直至打磨块53的最低端超过钻孔钉54的最低端时此时只能够单独进行打磨,而当钻孔钉54的最低端超过打磨块53的最低端时,此时既可进行单独钻孔,又可同时实现钻孔与打磨,具有非常好的实用性;所述放置盒51的底部与第二驱动电机56的输出端固定连接,当第二驱动电机56工作时能够带动打磨块53进行旋转,进而对机械配件进行打磨,第二驱动电机56固定在固定板57的底部,固定板57与活动设置在支撑箱64内的驱动板514通过连接件进行连接,当驱动板514移动时能够带动打磨块53和钻孔钉54在水平方向上移动,进而调节打磨和打孔的位置。
进一步地,所述连接件包括固定在固定板57上的第一固定管511和固定在驱动板514底部的第二固定杆512,第一固定管511与第二固定杆512之间滑动连接,且第二固定杆512与固定板57之间通过第三弹簧513连接,使得固定板57能够带动打磨块53和钻孔钉54上进行移动,方便后续的位置调节。
进一步地,所述打磨块53的上方固定有第三连接块58,第三连接块58与设置在筒体52上的第三导向杆510滑动连接,且第三连接块58与固定在筒体52外的第二液压缸59的输出端固定连接,当第二液压缸59工作时能够带动打磨块53向下移动,进而调节打磨块53的位置,非常简单实用。
进一步地,所述调节组件06包括设置在驱动板514上的齿条61,齿条61与上方的驱动轮62啮合,驱动轮62转动设置在支撑座63上,支撑座63设置在支撑箱64内,当驱动轮62旋转时能够带动驱动板514在水平方向上移动,同时支撑箱64上还设有移动槽65,进而方便第二固定杆512的移动,方便调节驱动板514的位置;所述支撑箱64的顶部与第三液压缸67的输出端固定连接,且支撑箱64与第四导向杆66滑动连接,使得支撑箱64能够在竖直方向上移动,方便进行打磨和钻孔。
通过设置限位组件04,能够对机械配件进行限位和固定,提高了机械配件在加工过程中的稳定性,同时机构简单、操作方便,简化了安装步骤;通过设置在放置盒03上的限位组件04,能够起到对机械配件的打磨和钻孔功能,即可单独进行钻孔和打磨,又可实现两者的同时进行,进而提高了机械配件的加工效率。
实施例2
所述固定架02上还设有冲水组件07,通过冲水组件07能够对打磨后的放置盒03进行冲洗;所述冲水组件07包括设置在底框01内的水箱71,水箱71通过第一软管72与喷头73连通,通过喷头73将水喷淋到放置盒03中,第一软管72上固定有限位管74,限位管74通过支撑杆75固定在放置盒03上,当放置盒03向上移动时,能够带动第一软管72也向上移动;所述冲水组件07还包括设置在放置盒03内的出液口76,出液口76通过第二软管77与底框01内的集污箱78连通,进而收集清洗后的污水。
本发明的工作原理是:将机械配件放置在放置盒03内,并通过限位组件04进行限位和固定;当需要单独进行打磨时,第二液压缸59带动打磨块53向下移动,直至打磨块53的最低端超过钻孔钉54的最低端,此时通过第二驱动电机56带动打磨块53进行打磨;当需要单独进行钻孔时,直接通过第一驱动电机55带动钻孔钉54旋转即可对机械配件进行打磨,此时第二驱动电机56不工作;当同时进行打磨和钻孔时,打开第二驱动电机56和第一驱动电机55即可;当在打磨和钻孔的过程中突然不需要钻孔时,通过第二液压缸59带动打磨块53向下移动,此时又与打磨块53位于最低点无法向下移动,但是第二液压缸59依然会伸出,此时放置盒51带动筒体52向上移动,进而带动钻孔钉54向上移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,包括底框(01),底框(01)上固定有固定架(02),底框(01)上还活动设有放置盒(03),其特征在于,所述放置盒(03)内活动设有限位组件(04);放置盒(03)的上方设有一体机组件(05),一体机组件(05)通过调节组件(06)活动设置在固定架(02)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述放置盒(03)内活动设有第一限位块(31)和第二限位块(32),第一限位块(31)和第二限位块(32)滑动设置在放置盒(03)底部的滑移腔(47)内;放置盒(03)的底部设有第一液压缸(33)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述第一限位块(31)和第二限位块(32)上均设有限位组件(04),限位组件(04)包括设置在第一限位块(31)和第二限位块(32)上的固定腔(41),固定腔(41)内固定有第一导向杆(42),第一导向杆(42)上滑动连接有第一连接块(44),第一连接块(44)与固定腔(41)之间通过第一弹簧(43)连接,第一连接块(44)上固定有固定杆(45),固定杆(45)的底部设有第一压板(46)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述限位组件(04)还包括设置在放置盒(03)上的螺纹套管(48),螺纹套管(48)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆(49),螺纹杆(49)的两端分别与垫板(410)和旋转块(411)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述限位组件(04)还包括固定在第一限位块(31)上的第二导向杆(412),第二导向杆(412)上滑动连接有滑块(413),且第二导向杆(412)外套设有第二弹簧(414),滑块(413)与一侧的第二连接块(415)固定连接,第二连接块(415)通过固定轴(416)与转杆(417)转动连接,转杆(417)的底部固定有第二压块(418)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述一体机组件(05)包括放置盒(51),放置盒(51)的底部固定有筒体(52),筒体(52)上滑动连接有打磨块(53),筒体(52)内转动设有钻孔钉(54),钻孔钉(54)与设置在放置盒(51)内的第一驱动电机(55)的输出端固定连接,放置盒(51)的底部与第二驱动电机(56)的输出端固定连接,第二驱动电机(56)固定在固定板(57)的底部,固定板(57)与活动设置在支撑箱(64)内的驱动板(514)通过连接件进行连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述连接件包括固定在固定板(57)上的第一固定管(511)和固定在驱动板(514)底部的第二固定杆(512),第一固定管(511)与第二固定杆(512)之间滑动连接,且第二固定杆(512)与固定板(57)之间通过第三弹簧(513)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述打磨块(53)的上方固定有第三连接块(58),第三连接块(58)与设置在筒体(52)上的第三导向杆(510)滑动连接,且第三连接块(58)与固定在筒体(52)外的第二液压缸(59)的输出端固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述调节组件(06)包括设置在驱动板(514)上的齿条(61),齿条(61)与上方的驱动轮(62)啮合,驱动轮(62)转动设置在支撑座(63)上,支撑座(63)设置在支撑箱(64)内,支撑箱(64)上还设有移动槽(65);支撑箱(64)的顶部与第三液压缸(67)的输出端固定连接,且支撑箱(64)与第四导向杆(66)滑动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件打磨与钻孔一体化设备,其特征在于,所述固定架(02)上还设有冲水组件(07),冲水组件(07)包括设置在底框(01)内的水箱(71),水箱(71)通过第一软管(72)与喷头(73)连通,第一软管(72)上固定有限位管(74),限位管(74)通过支撑杆(75)固定在放置盒(03)上;冲水组件(07)还包括设置在放置盒(03)内的出液口(76),出液口(76)通过第二软管(77)与底框(01)内的集污箱(78)连通。
