现有的磨床都是通过卧式的磨床,而且对与打磨平面的工件时,需要的人工手动打磨,因此需要消耗大量的人工,特别是对钢板的表面进行打磨抛光的时候,因为钢板的面积较大,且两面都需要进行抛光,如果采用人工进行打磨,比较耗时费力,而且抛光不均匀。
发明内容
本发明提供一种钢板切割用打磨抛光装置,用于解决背景技术中提出的问题。

本发明一种钢板切割用打磨抛光装置,包括箱体、支撑腿、输送辊和抛光机箱,所述箱体底端两侧固定安装有支撑腿,所述箱体的上表面设有输送辊,所述输送辊的一端连接有从动皮带轮,所述从动皮带轮通过皮带与主动皮带轮传动连接,所述主动皮带轮固定连接在输送电机的输出轴上,所述输送电机安装在箱体上,所述箱体的中部设有抛光机箱,所述抛光机箱的顶端设有风机,所述风机的一端连接有管道,且管道延伸至抛光机箱内部,所述抛光机箱的中部两侧均设有开口。
进一步的,为了使输送均匀,所述输送辊设有六组,且输送辊均匀分布在箱体顶部的两侧。
进一步的,为了使抛光机匀速移动,所述抛光机箱内壁一侧固定安装有升降电机,所述升降电机的输出轴固定连接有丝杆,所述丝杆远离升降电机的一端通过轴承与抛光机箱的内顶壁固定连接,所述丝杆上螺纹安装有螺纹块。

1、本发明结构简单,本发明改变传统的需要人工进行打磨抛光钢板表面的方式,而是将钢板放置在输送辊上,输送电机带动输送辊转动,把钢板送入抛光机箱内,抛光机箱一侧内壁的升降电机转动带动丝杆转动,从而带动丝杆上的螺纹孔在丝杆上上下升降,从而带动固定板上下升降,同时固定板另一端的滑块在滑槽上滑动,当固定板向下移动时,打开抛光电机,通过抛光电机工作转动带动抛光盘工作,从而可对进入到抛光机箱内支撑板上的钢板的表面进行抛光,节省了人力,提高了工作效率,使得对钢板表面的抛光更均匀。
2、本发明通过在抛光机箱的顶端设有风机,该风机可以将抛光机箱内的灰尘,从抛光机箱两侧的开口和抛光机箱底部的除尘口吹出,可以有效的防止灰尘堆积在抛光机箱的内部,对抛光机造成损坏,本发明通过丝杆带动固定板的上下移动,进而控制抛光盘的高度,在抛光时,可以通过固定板的高 度来控制抛光盘与钢板的接触面积,从而达到控制抛光度的效果,提高了抛光机的灵活性,也提高了生产效率以及生产质量。

工作原理:本发明结构简单,本发明改变传统的需要人工进行打磨抛光钢板表面的方式,而是将钢板放置在输送辊7上,输送电机3带动输送辊7转动,把钢板送入抛光机箱8内,抛光机箱8一侧内壁的升降电机12转动带动丝杆11转动,从而带动丝杆11上的螺纹孔13在丝杆11上上下升降,从而带动固定板14上下升降,同时固定板14另一端的滑块10在滑槽9上滑动,当固定板14向下移动时,打开抛光电机15,通过抛光电机15工作转动带动抛光盘16工作,从而可对进入到抛光机箱8内支撑板18上的钢板的表面进行抛光,节省了人力,提高了工作效率,使得对钢板表面的抛光更均匀,本发明通过在抛光机箱8的顶端设有风机17,该风机17可以将抛光机箱8内的 灰尘,从抛光机箱8两侧的开口19和抛光机箱8底部的除尘口20吹出,可以有效的防止灰尘堆积在抛光机箱8的内部,对抛光机造成损坏,本发明通过丝杆11带动固定板14的上下移动,进而控制抛光盘16的高度,在抛光时,可以通过固定板14的高度来控制抛光盘16与钢板的接触面积,从而达到控制抛光度的效果,提高了抛光机的灵活性,也提高了生产效率以及生产质量。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,解决了背景技术中“现有的磨床都是通过卧式的磨床,而且对与打磨平面的工件时,需要的人工手动打磨,因此需要消耗大量的人工,特别是对钢板的表面进行打磨抛光的时候,因为钢板的面积较大,且两面都需要进行抛光,如果采用人工进行打磨,比较耗时费力,而且抛光不均匀”的问题。
