Claims (11)
- 駆動源としてのモータを備え、当該モータから出力される駆動力によって駆動される先端工具が装着される電動作業機であって、
外殻の少なくとも一部を形成する第1部材及び第2部材を有し、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とは、弾性体を介して相対移動可能に接続され、
前記弾性体は、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の上に二層成形によって成形され、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の表面を覆う一連の樹脂製カバーの一部である、電動作業機。 - 前記第1部材は、前記モータ及び前記モータから出力される駆動力を前記先端工具に伝達する伝達機構を収容する本体ハウジングであり、
前記第2部材は、作業者によって把持されるハンドルを形成するハンドルハウジングである、請求項1に記載の電動作業機。 - 前記弾性体としての前記樹脂製カバーの前記一部は、前記ハンドルハウジングと前記本体ハウジングとに跨る前記樹脂製カバーの端部である、請求項2に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記樹脂製カバーの前記端部には、対向する前記ハンドルハウジングの端面と前記本体ハウジングの端面との間に挟まれる介在部と、前記介在部よりも前記ハンドルハウジングの側に設けられ、当該ハンドルハウジングの表面に形成されている係合部に係合するハンドルハウジング側係合部と、前記介在部よりも前記本体ハウジングの側に設けられ、当該本体ハウジングの表面に形成されている係合部に係合する本体ハウジング側係合部と、が含まれる、請求項3に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に介在し、前記第1部材に対する前記第2部材の移動量を所定範囲内に規制する規制部材を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電動作業機。
- 駆動源としてのモータを備え、当該モータから出力される駆動力によって駆動される先端工具が装着される電動作業機であって、
外殻の少なくとも一部を形成する第1部材及び第2部材を有し、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とは、接続部及び弾性体を介して接続され、
前記接続部は、前記第1部材に連接する第1端部と、前記第2部材に連接する第2端部と、前記第1端部と前記第2端部とを繋ぐ中間部と、を含み、
前記第1端部,第2端部及び中間部は一体成形され、かつ、前記中間部は前記第1端部及び前記第2端部よりも脆弱であり、
前記弾性体は、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の上に二層成形によって成形され、前記接続部を跨いで前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の表面を覆う一連の樹脂製カバーの一部である、電動作業機。 - 前記第2部材に、当該第2部材を前記第1部材に近接させ、又は前記第1部材から離間させる方向に作用する所定以上の大きさ力が加えられると、前記中間部が破断される、請求項6に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記中間部の肉厚は、前記第1端部及び前記第2端部の肉厚よりも薄い、請求項6又は7に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記第2部材は、作業者によって把持されるハンドルの一部を形成する、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記樹脂製カバーの素材がエラストマーである、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記第1部材は、所定の方向に分割可能な一方側第1部材と他方側第1部材とが組み合わされて形成され、
前記第2部材は、前記所定の方向に分割可能な一方側第2部材と他方側第2部材とが組み合わされて形成され、
前記弾性体は、前記一方側第1部材及び前記一方側第2部材の上に二層成形によって成形される一方側弾性体と、前記他方側第1部材及び前記他方側第2部材の上に二層成形によって成形される他方側弾性体と、を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電動作業機。
