此外,本发明的特征在于,所述集中结算终端在受理针对多台洗衣设备的附带着延长的使用的情况下,以最迟结束运转的洗衣设备为基准,算出各洗衣设备的延长使用时间,并基于此来进行对于各洗衣设备的延长使用的计费以及上锁。
此外,本发明的特征在于,所述使用人识别信息包括预先注册的会员的相关注册信息,所述延长使用的选择、所述计费条件的提示或者所述结算的方法基于与所受理的使用人识别信息相对应的注册信息来进行。
发明效果
根据以上说明的本发明,能防止由于在洗衣设备的运转结束后顾客没有返回,因此下一位顾客无法使用所导致的经营者的损失。此外,能防止在洗衣设 备的运转结束后,由洗涤物被置之不理而导致的盗窃、他人随意接触洗涤物的情况。此外,还能防止由于通过多缴费来调整为长时间运转而造成洗涤物受损的情况。
此外,根据在延长使用时进行模拟运转的本发明,能向别的顾客呈现出正在运转的表象,同时使洗涤物处于不会受损的状态。
此外,根据对多台洗衣设备调整结束时间的本发明,能防止结束时间因不同的洗衣设备而各式各样的情况,能实现本发明的实际效果。
此外,根据基于注册信息来进行延长使用的选择等的本发明,通过为预先注册的会员自动适用延长使用功能,或者为特殊会员无偿提供保留功能的服务等,能实现与普通顾客的差异化。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是本发明的一个实施方式的洗衣系统中的洗衣店铺1内的概略构成图,图2是表示该系统整体的功能的框图。
该洗衣系统包含:设置于在街上等营业的洗衣店铺1的洗衣干衣机2a、干衣机2b等的多台洗衣设备2;以及按每个洗衣店铺1设置,并与设置在洗衣店铺1内的多台洗衣设备2可通信地连接的集中结算终端3。此外,在该洗衣系统中,经由公共线路网等的通信网4,洗衣店铺1的集中结算终端3与管理用的服务器5可通信地连接。
各洗衣店铺1采用以下系统:并用使用了洗衣设备2所具备的投币机21的本地结算、和集中结算终端3的集中结算,以结算完成为前提,开始洗衣设备2的运转。即,一种系统,无论是在集中结算终端3上完成了结算,还是在洗衣设备2上完成了本地结算,都开始运转。
当在打开门22并投入洗涤物之后,关闭门22并向投币机21投入所需枚数的硬币时,洗衣设备2设定与投入枚数相对应的运转时间并开始运转。
另一方面,在集中结算终端3中,通过在向所需的洗衣设备2投入洗涤物之后在该集中结算终端3上选择该洗衣设备2并进行结算,或者在集中结算终端3上选择了洗衣设备2之后向该洗衣设备2投入洗涤物再在集中结算终端3上进行结算,由此开始运转。
在采用这样的并用结算的情况下,在向洗衣设备2投入洗涤物之后,直到在集中结算终端3上完成结算的期间,或者,先在集中结算终端3上选择洗衣设备2之后,向该洗衣设备2投入洗涤物并在集中结算终端3上进行结算为止的期间,存在时滞。因此,在此期间别的顾客有可能会采取视为洗涤物在运转结束后被置之不理的处理。在这种情况下,不仅别的顾客可能会取出洗涤物,还有可能会被投入洗涤物并通过本地结算先进行运转,成为造成混乱的原因。
此外,由于要对位于远离集中结算终端3的位置的多台洗衣设备2进行操作,因此还有可能会因不能立刻在洗衣设备2上进行本地结算而产生弊端,例如无法确认是否忘了关门22、误选与投入了洗涤物的洗衣设备2相异的洗衣设备2。
为了消除这样的问题以提高便利性,需要使集中结算终端3和洗衣设备2连动,并进行针对包括上述时滞的远程操作的某种处理。
另一方面,洗涤物被取出的可能性实际上在运转结束后顾客未返回的情况 下尤其高。在洗衣设备运转结束后被置之不理的情况下,还存在洗涤物被他人接触的盗窃的可能性,洗衣设备2的工作效率下降,也造成店铺主人的损失。
为了消除这样的问题并应对顾客和店铺主人双方的需求,需要尽量避免洗衣设备2在运转结束后以收容有洗涤物的状态就此停止。
因此,本实施方式构建一种在通过集中结算终端3选择了洗衣设备2的阶段无法从本地侧使用该洗衣设备2的系统,此外,构建一种在通过集中结算终端3选择洗衣设备2时,在运转结束后也使该洗衣设备2呈规定时间延长使用状态并向别的顾客明示该洗衣设备正在使用中的系统。
以下,为此以所需的硬件构成以及软件构成为中心,对该系统进行说明。
如图2所示,洗衣设备2具备:操作受理部20、本地控制部23、显示装置24、语音装置25、本地结算部26、门检测部27、门上锁部28。
操作受理部20受理运转开始按钮、运转停止按钮等的操作。
本地控制部23具备控制程序,其用于在洗衣设备2不依靠集中结算终端3地被本地使用的情况下,以本地结算为前提,使洗衣设备2执行从运转开始到结束的一系列动作。在从集中结算终端3侧控制洗衣设备2的情况下,在集中结算终端3的支配下执行从运转开始到运转结束。该控制中包括:用于当从集中结算终端3输入了自动运转延长指令时,执行比通常运转时的转速低的模拟运转或者与运转时不同执行不送热的模拟运转的控制。
在显示装置24、语音装置25中,除了对洗衣设备2的使用进行导航的内容以外,在从集中结算终端3输入了后述的提示信息的情况下,则输出该内容。
当向投币机21投入硬币并完成了结算时,本地结算部26使本地控制部23开始运转。另一方面,当被输入了来自集中结算终端3的限制指令时,限制投币机21使其呈无法使用的状态。
门检测部27进行门22的开闭检测,并将检测状态向集中结算终端3输入。
门上锁部28对门22进行上锁,使其成为无法打开的状态。特别是在本实施方式中,具备以下功能:当在运转结束后从集中结算终端3输入了上锁指令时,则对门22进行上锁,使其成为无法打开的状态,使洗衣设备2成为延长使 用状态。该功能在本说明书中称为洗涤物保留功能。
另一方面,集中结算终端3具备:要求输入使用人识别信息的受理部31、查询部32、选择洗衣设备2的选择部33、进行结算的结算部34、根据选择或者结算来控制洗衣设备的集中控制部35。
受理部31除了预先发行的ID卡这样的信息记录卡7、预先记录在智能手机等的便携式信息终端6等中的使用人识别信息以外,还受理由数字键盘等按键输入器8输入的使用人识别信息。其中,在受理部31受理了按键输入器8以外的输入即预先记录的使用人识别信息的输入的情况下,存储该使用人识别信息的同时,查询部32向服务器5发起查询。
图3表示根据选择部33显示的选择画面。在这些图中,显示在操作中途示出的弹窗画面,图3的(a)的弹窗是关于按错的提示信息,图3的(b)的弹窗是表示洗衣设备2的门22的状态的提示信息。这些情况在以下进行说明。弹窗下面的画面是通常的选择画面。
选择部33显示的选择画面在显示店内地图的同时,按照每台洗衣设备2,以“选择”、“机号”、“设备”、“状态”的各栏为一组进行显示。工作中的洗衣设备2使对应栏的颜色反转并成为无法选择的状态。
集中结算部34在图3的选择画面上完成洗衣设备2的选择之后,显示图4所示的结算画面,计算合计金额并进行结算的执行。图4的(a)例示出选择了一台洗衣设备2并且选择了用于延长使用的门上锁功能的情况,图4的(b)例示出选择了一台洗衣设备2并且不仅选择门上锁而且选择在延长使用时使洗衣设备2模拟运转的自动运转延长功能的情况,图4的(c)例示出选择了三台洗衣设备2的情况,图4的(d)例示出选择了一台洗衣设备2且使用者为会员的情况。对于这些门上锁功能、自动运转延长功能等在以下进行说明。
集中控制部35基于洗衣设备2的选择内容、或者来自服务器5的响应信息,向洗衣设备2输出运转开始、运转结束、门上锁、限制投币、提示信息等的控制信息。
服务器5具备:查询受理部51、使用人信息受理部52、会员信息管理部53、响应部54。
查询受理部51在受理了包括使用人识别信息的来自集中结算终端3的输入后,向会员信息管理53查询与使用人识别信息一致的会员信息。在没有一致的会员信息时,向会员注册受理部52移交处理。
会员注册受理部52通过与集中结算终端3之间的信息收发,执行用于进行新会员注册的流程,并在注册手续完成时,向会员信息管理部53登记使用人识别信息和必要的信息,通过集中结算终端3在信息记录卡7、便携式信息终端6中写入使用人识别信息和必要的信息。
会员信息管理部53将预先注册的会员的相关信息与使用人识别信息关联起来进行记录。在该会员的相关信息中,包括了选择始终使用门上锁功能、自动运转延长功能的信息、作为特殊会员的信息、卡结算的信息等。
在为始终使用门上锁功能的会员的情况下,响应部54以在图3所示的选择画面上自动开通所选择的洗衣设备2的门上锁功能、自动运转延长功能的方式,对集中结算终端3进行响应。此外,在为特殊会员的情况下,以在图4所示的结算画面上使一部分服务免费的方式进行响应。在图4的(d)中,处理为免费10分钟。此外,在包括了卡结算的信息的情况下,设为以不要求现金结算的方式完成结算。
图5是表示在受理部31受理了使用人识别信息之后,主要由选择部33、集中控制部35执行的一系列流程的流程图。以下,对其进行说明。
<步骤S1>
在步骤S1中,判断顾客是否选择了洗衣设备2。在“是”的情况下,移至步骤S1a,在“否”的情况下,再次返回步骤S1。在步骤S1a中限制投币机21,移至步骤S2。
<步骤S2>
在步骤S2中,判断所选择的洗衣设备2在此不久前是不是有门开闭。如上所述,门22的开闭信号从各洗衣设备2的门检测部27依次发送给集中结算终端3,在所选择的洗衣设备2与最近发生了门开闭的洗衣设备2一致的情况下,推测选择了已被投入洗涤物的洗衣设备2。另一方面,在不一致的情况下,有可能选择了与投入了洗涤物的洗衣设备相异的洗衣设备2。因此,在“是”的情况 下,移至步骤S5,在“否”的情况下,移至步骤S3、S4。
<步骤S3>
在步骤S3中,在图3的(a)的弹窗画面上显示出“按错了吧?”这一提示信息并移至步骤S4。因此,在进行使用了集中结算终端3的结算的情况下,防止错误地选择打算使用并投入了洗涤物的洗衣设备2之外的洗衣设备2的情况。
<步骤S4>
在步骤S4中,通过在图3的(a)的弹窗画面上的“回到设备的选择”或者“继续进行”的选择来询问顾客是否要重新选择设备。在“是”的情况下,返回至步骤S2,在“否”的情况下,前进至步骤S5。在选择“否”即“继续进行”的情况下,假定为先在集中结算终端3上选择洗衣设备2之后,再向该洗衣设备2投入洗涤物的情况。
<步骤S5>
在步骤S5中,根据门开闭信号来确认所选择的洗衣设备2的门22是否关闭着。然后,在“是”的情况下,移至步骤S7,在“否”的情况下,移至步骤S6。
<步骤S6>
在步骤S6中,如图3的(b)所示,显示出表示“所选择的设备的门敞开着。请确认”这一提示信息的弹窗画面,并返回至步骤S5的前面。因此,防止了在门22开着的状态下直接开始运转的情况。
<步骤S7>
另一方面,在步骤S7中,对所选择的洗衣设备2的门22上锁,并且向这台洗衣设备2的显示装置22、语音装置23输出表示由于在集中结算终端3侧正在使用而无法操作的提示信息,并移至步骤S8。因此,能防止别的顾客在正要进行本地结算的阶段、正要打开门21的阶段、或者注意到表示正在使用的显示的阶段,先开始这台洗衣设备2的运转的情况。
<步骤S8>
在步骤S8中,判断是否完成了结算。结算通过计费子程序SUB1来进行, 计费子程序SUB1显示图4所示的结算画面。结算画面包括所选择的每台洗衣设备2的机号、设备、运转时间、金额,根据洗衣设备2的选择计算出支付总额,并显示合计支付的金额。如果选择“OK”,则移至步骤S9、S10,在取消的情况下,再次返回至图3所示的洗衣设备2的选择画面。
<步骤S9、S10>
在步骤S9中,向洗衣设备2发出运转指令并开始运转,在步骤S10中,向洗衣设备2发出运转停止指令并停止运转,结束流程。
此外,在本实施方式中,在洗衣设备2的选择时,能选择是否在运转结束后将门22锁定规定时间。在图5的选择画面中,按照每台洗衣设备2设置了门上锁功能/自动运转延长功能的栏,并设计成例如当点击了该栏时,切换使用/不使用门上锁功能、自动运转延长功能,并与合计支付金额相关联。
根据该门上锁功能的有无,由运转结束后的集中控制部35进行的控制变得不同。图6是表示在结算完成后集中控制部35所进行的控制的流程的流程图。能以如下方式构成系统:在不需要门22的上锁功能、投币机21的限制功能、针对洗衣设备2的误选择或门22的开状态的提示功能的情况下,在执行图5的步骤S1和与结算相关的步骤S8、子程序SUB1之后开始该流程。
<步骤T1>
在步骤T1中,判断是否选择使用了洗涤物的保留功能,在“否”的情况下,移至步骤T2、T3,在“是”的情况下,移至步骤T4、T5。
<步骤T2、T3>
在步骤T2中,开始洗衣设备2的运转,在步骤T3中,结束洗衣设备2的运转。这与图5所示的步骤S9、S10相同。
<步骤T4、T5>
在步骤T4、T5中,也开始洗衣设备2的运转,结束洗衣设备2的运转。这与步骤T2、T3相同。但是在该步骤T5之后,移至步骤T6。
<步骤T6、T7>
在步骤T6中,进行门22的上锁,在步骤T7中使计时器工作。计时器在图 4的(a)、(d)中为30分钟,在图4的(c)中准备了20分钟、30分钟、60分钟这三种。即,通常情况下在运转结束后门22的上锁被解除,成为使洗涤物取出的状态,但在本实施方式中,在该洗衣设备2的运转结束后继续将该洗衣设备2的门22锁定规定时间。因此,能防止由于在洗衣设备2的运转结束后顾客没有返回而使得下一位顾客无法使用并由此导致的经营者的损失。此外,能防止在洗衣设备2的运转结束后,因洗涤物被置之不理而导致的盗窃、他人随意地接触洗涤物的情况。此外,还能防止由于通过多缴费来调整为长时间运转而造成洗涤物受损的情况。在该步骤T6、T7之后,移至步骤T8,但在此前执行SUB2。
<子程序SUB2>
如图7的(a)所示,在子程序SUB2中,在步骤L1中判断是否选择了包括门上锁的自动运转延长功能,在“是”的情况下,在步骤L2中向洗衣设备2发出自动运转延长命令之后,移至步骤T8。在“否”的情况下,直接移至步骤T8。由此,通过自动运转延长功能,能向顾客呈现出正在运转的表象,同时使洗涤物处于不会受损的状态。
<步骤T8>
在步骤T8中,判断是否有由顾客发出的解锁指令。在解锁的情况下,省略了图示,但当通过集中结算终端3输入了使用人识别信息时,则显示出包括运转中的洗衣设备2的列表的解锁画面,并要求选择是否进行解锁。在选择了“是”的情况下,移至步骤T10,在选择了“否”的情况下,移至步骤T9。
<步骤T9>
在步骤T9中,判断是否经过了指定时间,在“是”的情况下,移至步骤T10,在“否”的情况下,返回至步骤T8。在移至步骤T10时,事先执行子程序SUB3。
<子程序SUB3>
在子程序SUB3中,在步骤L3中判断是否正在进行自动运转延长,在“是”的情况下,移至步骤L4,停止自动延长运转并移至步骤T10,在“否”的情况下,直接移至步骤T10。
<步骤T10>
在步骤T10中,解除门22的上锁,结束洗衣设备2的所有工序。
需要说明的是,在选择了多台洗衣设备2的情况下,按照每一洗衣设备2的选择来执行图5的步骤S1~S7,并移至计费子程序SUB1。在该情况下,如图4的(c)所示,构成为:结合最迟结束运转的洗衣设备2计算出各洗衣设备2的延长使用时间,并基于此来进行对于各洗衣设备2的延长使用的计费以及上锁。由此,能防止结束时间因不同的洗衣设备2而各式各样的情况,能实现本发明的实际效果。
此外,如上所述,使用人识别信息包括预先注册的会员的相关注册信息,延长使用的选择、计费条件的提示或者结算的方法基于与所受理的使用人识别信息相对应的注册信息来进行。因此,通过为预先注册的会员自动适用延长使用功能,或者为特殊会员无偿提供保留功能的服务等,能实现与一般顾客的差别化。
根据以上,本实施方式的洗衣系统能提高来店顾客的便利性的同时还能提高店铺主人的收益率,进一步,能适当地消除并用洗衣设备单机上的本地结算和使用了集中终端的集中结算方式的店铺所产生的问题。
以上,针对本发明的一个实施方式进行了说明,但各部的具体构成不限于上述实施方式,也可以在不脱离本发明的技术精神的范围内进行各种变形。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种洗衣系统,具备:配置在店铺内的多台洗衣设备、以及与这些洗衣设备连接的集中结算终端,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣设备具备:能在运转结束后对门进行上锁的上锁功能,
    所述集中结算终端具备:在画面上受理对所需的洗衣设备的选择的功能;受理使用人识别信息的同时受理在运转结束后的一定时间对这台洗衣设备的延长使用的功能;以及受理与延长使用受理时的信息一致的使用人识别信息的同时受理对所述延长使用的解除的功能,
    所述集中结算终端在受理对附带着延长使用的洗衣设备的使用时,提示与延长使用时间相对应的计费条件,并以对计费的结算被履行为前提,在相对应的洗衣设备运转结束后,维持规定时间门的上锁状态,另一方面,当所述集中结算终端在所述规定时间前受理了延长使用解除时,则解除所述门的上锁状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣系统,其特征在于,
    所述集中结算终端构成为:在所述规定时间期间,使洗衣设备实施比通常运转时转速低的模拟运转,或者与运转时不同使洗衣设备实施不送热的模拟运转。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣系统,其特征在于,
    所述集中结算终端在受理针对多台洗衣设备的附带着延长的使用的情况下,以最迟结束运转的洗衣设备为基准,算出各洗衣设备的延长使用时间,并基于此来进行对于各洗衣设备的延长使用的计费以及上锁。
  4. 一种洗衣系统,其特征在于,
    所述使用人识别信息包括预先注册的会员的相关注册信息,所述延长使用的选择、所述计费条件的提示或者所述结算的方法基于与所受理的使用人识别信息相对应的注册信息来进行。
