- 방향족 디아민(aromatic diamine), 방향족 디안하이드라이드(aromatic dianhydride), 제1방향족 디카르보닐 화합물(first aromatic dicarbonyl compound) 및 제2방향족 디카르보닐 화합물(second aromatic dicarbonyl compound)의 공중합체이고,상기 제1방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 하기의 화학식 3으로 표시되고,상기 제2방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 하기의 화학식 4로 표시되고,상기 제2방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 상기 제1방향족 디카르보닐 화합물보다 더 많은 수의 방향족 고리를 포함하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.[화학식 3]여기서, 상기 X, X'는 서로 같거나 다른 할로겐 이온이고, 상기 Cy은 치환 또는 비치환된 1 내지 4환의 방향족 고리이다.[화학식 4]여기서, 상기 X, X'는 서로 같거나 다른 할로겐 이온이고, 상기 Cy1 및 상기 Cy2는 서로 같거나 다르고, 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 1 내지 4환의 방향족 고리이고, m은 0 내지 5의 정수이며, n은 0 내지 5의 정수이고, m+n은 1이상이다.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공중합체는 상기 방향족 디아민과 상기 방향족 디안하이드라이드로부터 유래하는 이미드(imide) 단위구조와,상기 방향족 디아민과 상기 제1방향족 디카르보닐 화합물로부터 유래되거나, 상기 방향족 디아민과 제2방향족 디카르보닐 화합물로부터 유래되는 아마이드(amide) 단위구조를 포함하고,상기 공중합체의 단위구조 100mol% 중 상기 아마이드 단위구조가 50mol% 내지 80mol%인 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 공중합체의 단위구조 100mol% 중 상기 아마이드 단위구조가 60mol% 내지 70mol%인 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 방향족 디아민은 2,2'-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-4,4'-디아미노바이페닐(2,2'-Bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl, TFDB)이고,상기 방향족 디안하이드라이드는 2,2-비스(3,4-디카복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 디안하이드라이드(2,2'-Bis-(3,4-Dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane dianhydride, 6-FDA)인 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 테레프탈로일클로라이드(terephthaloyl chloride, TPC)이고,상기 제2방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 1,1-비페닐-4,4-디카르보닐디클로라이드(1,1-biphenyl-4,4-dicarbonyl dichloride, BPDC), 2,6-나프탈렌 디카르보닐디클로라이드(2,6-naphthalene dicarbonyl dichloride, NADOC) 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.

- 제11항에 있어서,두께 20㎛ 내지 100㎛ 기준,550nm에서 측정한 투과도가 89% 이상이고, 헤이즈가 1% 미만인 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서,두께 20㎛ 내지 100㎛ 기준,황색도(YI)가 3 이하인 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
