Claims (12)
- 방향족 디안하이드라이드 및 방향족 디카르보닐 화합물과 방향족 디아민이 공중합된 폴리아믹산의 이미드화물로, 상기 방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 방향족 디안하이드라이드 및 방향족 디카르보닐 화합물 총 몰에 대하여 1 내지 50몰%로 포함하고, 상기 상기 방향족 디안하이드라이드는 (i) 4,4'-헥사플루오로이소프로필리덴 다이프탈릭 안하이드라이드(6FDA)와 (ii) 사이클로부탄테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(CBDA) 및 사이클로펜탄테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(CPDA) 중 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 방향족 디아민은 2,2'-비스(트리플루오르메틸)-1,1'-비페닐-4,4'-디아민(TFDB)을 포함하는 것인 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카르보닐 화합물은 테레프탈로일 클로라이드(p-terephthaloyl chloride, TPC), 테레프탈릭 엑시드(terephthalic acid), 이소프탈로일 디클로라이드(iso-phthaloyl dichloirde) 및 4,4'-벤조일 클로라이드 (4,4'-benzoyl chloride)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (ii) 사이클로부탄테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(CBDA) 및 사이클로펜탄테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(CPDA) 중 선택되는 1종 이상은 방향족 디안하이드라이드 및 방향족 디카르보닐 화합물 총 몰에 대하여, 10 내지 30몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디아민은 옥시디아닐린(ODA), p-페닐렌디아민(pPDA), m-페닐렌디아민(mPDA), 비스 (아미노하이드록시 페닐) 헥사플로오로프로판(DBOH), 비스 (아미노페녹시) 벤젠(133APB, 134APB, 144APB), 비스 (아미노페닐) 헥사플루오로 프로판(33-6F, 44-6F), 비스 (아미노페닐)술폰(4DDS, 3DDS), 비스 [(아미노 페녹시) 페닐] 헥사플루오로프로판(4BDAF), 비스 [(아미노 페녹시) 페닐]프로판(6HMDA) 및 비스 (아미노페녹시) 디페닐 술폰(DBSDA)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디안하이드라이드는 비페닐테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(BPDA), 바이시클로[2.2.2]옥트-7-엔-2,3,5,6-테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(BTA), 4-(2,5-디옥소테트라하이드로푸란-3-일)-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로나프탈렌-1,2-디카르복실릭디안하이드라이드(TDA), 피로멜리틱산 디안하이드라이드, 1,2,4,5-벤젠 테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(PMDA), 벤조페논 테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(BTDA), 비스(카르복시페닐) 디메틸 실란 디안하이드라이드(SiDA), 옥시디프탈릭 디안하이드라이드(ODPA), 비스 (디카르복시페녹시) 디페닐 설파이드 디안하이드라이드(BDSDA), 술포닐 디프탈릭안하이드라이드(SO2DPA) 및 (이소프로필리덴디페녹시) 비스 (프탈릭안하이드라이드)(6HDBA)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지로 제조되는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름은 8 ~ 12㎛ 두께의 필름에 대하여 550nm에서 측정한 투과도가 88% 이상이며, 열변형해석법(TMA-Method)에 의해 50 ~ 300℃에서 측정한 열팽창 계수(CTE)가 13ppm/℃ 이하를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름은 ASTM D882에 의거하여 측정시, 8 ~ 12㎛ 두께의 필름에 대하여 인장강도가 130MPa 이상을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름은 복굴절 값이 0.1 이하이고, 면방향 위상차(Ro)가 1nm 이하이며, 두께 방향 위상차(Rth)가 두께 10㎛에서 300nm 이하를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지를 포함하는 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름.
- 제6항의 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름을 포함하는 플라스틱 디스플레이용 기판.
- 제10항의 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름을 포함하는 플라스틱 디스플레이용 기판.
