外層(LDPE層)/内層(EVOH層/接着層/最内層)の層構成を有し且つ図7と同様の形状を有する積層剥離容器本体をブロー成形によって形成した。最内層の樹脂組成は、表1に示す通りとした。その他の詳細は、以下の通りとした。
積層剥離容器本体の容量: 15mL
外層の肉厚:0.45mm
内層の肉厚:0.15mm(EVOH層:0.03mm、接着層:0.03mm、最内層:0.09mm)
LDPE:サンテック F2206
EVOH:ソアノール ST230
接着層:ゼラス MC721APR5
COP:ゼオネックス 5000(主鎖にシクロペンタン構造を有するシクロオレフィンポリマー)
SEBS:タフテック H1051
PET:クラペット KS710B-8S
PP:エクセレン FH3711F6
尚、薬剤吸着の観点では、実施例においてSEBSの割合が少ないほど、薬剤の吸着量が小さいため、好ましい。特に、SEBSの割合が30%以下では、SEBSがCOP内に均一に分散して海島構造を作りやすく、薬剤の吸着量が、COP単体のものに近づくため、好ましい。すなわち、エラストマー比は、0.5以下が特に好ましい。
最内層を構成する樹脂について、ISO 527に準じて引張弾性率を測定した。
積層剥離容器本体の内層を外層から予備剥離し、口部が下方を向く状態にセットした。次に、パネル部7cの反対側の面にΦ16mm板を固定し、Φ16mm板を取り付けたプッシュプルゲージにてパネル部7c側より押し込み、15mm押し込むのに必要なスクイズ力を測定した。測定されたスクイズ力に基づいて、以下の基準でスクイズ性を評価した。
◎:スクイズ力≦28N
○:28N<スクイズ力≦32N
×:32N<スクイズ力
積層剥離容器本体内に水を10mL充填しアルミシールにて密閉した。その後、5℃恒温槽に48hr以上放置し、落下高さ1.5mより、容器本体を垂直に立てた状態で5回、容器本体を水平に寝かせた状態で5回落下させた。その後、容器本体の破損状況を目視確認し、落下割れ耐性を評価した。10本のサンプルについて試験を行い、1本以上の容器本体に破損が確認された場合の落下割れ耐性を×とし、全てのサンプルに破損が確認されなかった場合の落下割れ耐性を○とした。比較例1では、1本のサンプルにおいて、底部のパーティングライン付近にピンホールが確認され、比較例4では、3本のサンプルにおいて、水平落下後に外気導入孔付近にピンホールが確認された。
積層剥離容器本体内に水を10mL充填し、アルミシールにて密閉した。その後、20℃×65%RH条件の恒温槽へ保管し、2週間保管時の水蒸気透過量を測定した。測定された水蒸気透過量から水蒸気透過率(=水蒸気透過量/10mL)を算出し、以下の基準で水蒸気非透過性を評価した。
◎:水蒸気透過率≦0.025%
○:0.025<水蒸気透過率≦0.030%
×:0.030%<水蒸気透過率
Claims (13)
- 外殻と内袋とを有し且つ内容物の減少に伴って前記内袋が収縮する容器本体を備える積層剥離容器であって、
前記内袋を構成する内層は、シクロオレフィンポリマーとスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーを含有する混合樹脂で構成される混合樹脂層を含む、積層剥離容器。 - 前記混合樹脂において、前記シクロオレフィンポリマーに対する前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーの質量比は、0.1~2である、請求項1に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、水素添加スチレン系共重合体からなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記水素添加スチレン系共重合体は、スチレン-エチレン・ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体を含む、請求項3に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記内層は、前記混合樹脂層よりも容器外側に、EVOH樹脂で構成されるEVOH層を備える、請求項1~請求項4の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 外殻と内袋とを有し且つ内容物の減少に伴って前記内袋が前記外殻から剥離し収縮する容器本体を備える積層剥離容器であって、
前記外殻は、前記外殻と前記内袋の間の中間空間と、前記容器本体の外部空間を連通する外気導入孔を備え、
前記外気導入孔を取り囲むように、前記外殻と前記内袋が剥離されていない非剥離領域が設けられる、積層剥離容器。 - 前記外気導入孔を閉塞するように設けられた被覆部材を備える、請求項6に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記中間空間と前記外部空間の間の空気の出入りを調節する弁部材を備える、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記非剥離領域と前記外気導入孔の間に、前記外殻と前記内袋が剥離されている孔周縁剥離領域が設けられている、請求項6~請求項8の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記外殻と前記内袋の界面領域のうち、前記孔周縁剥離領域以外の領域が前記非剥離領域である、請求項6~請求項9の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記外殻と前記内袋が剥離されている離間剥離領域を備え、
前記離間剥離領域と前記外気導入孔の間に前記非剥離領域が設けられる、請求項6~請求項9の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。 - (前記孔周縁剥離領域の面積)/(前記外殻と前記内袋の界面領域の面積)の値は、0.8以下である、請求項9~請求項11の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記容器本体は、内容物を収容する収容部と、前記収容部から前記内容物を排出する口部とを備え、
前記外気導入孔は、前記収容部に設けられる、請求項6~請求項12の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
