Description

Claims (11)
- 1つの室内に配置され、通信回線と接続された複数の空気調和機を含む空気調和機システムのメンテナンスをサポートするメンテナンスサポートシステムであって、
前記通信回線を介して前記空気調和機システムと接続し、各前記空気調和機の位置情報、個体識別情報、運転情報及び異常履歴の少なくとも1つを保存するサーバと、
前記通信回線を介して前記サーバと接続し、前記サーバから各前記空気調和機の個体識別情報、運転情報及び異常履歴の少なくとも1つを受信する携帯端末とを備え、
前記携帯端末は、撮像画像を取得する撮像部と、前記位置情報に基づいて、前記撮像画像に含まれる前記空気調和機を特定し、前記撮像画像に含まれる前記空気調和機に対して前記空気調和機の個体識別情報、運転情報及び異常履歴の少なくとも1つを重ね合わせた画像を作成する制御部と、前記制御部で作成した画像を表示する表示部と、を有することを特徴とする空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記携帯端末は、前記携帯端末の現在位置の情報を検出する測位部と、前記携帯端末の姿勢の情報を取得する姿勢検知部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記携帯端末の現在位置の情報及び前記空気調和機の位置情報に基づいて前記携帯端末に対する前記空気調和機の相対位置を算出して、前記撮像画像の画角、前記携帯端末の姿勢の情報及び各前記相対位置に基づいて前記撮像画像に含まれる前記空気調和機の位置を特定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記携帯端末は、前記測位部で現在位置の情報を検出し、検出した現在の位置情報を登録する空気調和機の位置情報として前記サーバに送信し、
前記サーバは、前記携帯端末から受信した登録する空気調和機の位置情報を保存することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記携帯端末は、位置情報の入力を受け付け、受け付けた位置情報を登録する空気調和機の位置情報として前記サーバに送信し、
前記サーバは、前記携帯端末から受信した前記登録する空気調和機の位置情報を保存することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記空気調和機は、接続された測位装置から位置情報を取得し、取得した位置情報を自機の位置情報として前記サーバに送信し、
前記サーバは、前記携帯端末から受信した前記登録する空気調和機の位置情報を保存することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記携帯端末は、登録する空気調和機の個体識別情報を前記サーバに送信し、
前記サーバは、前記携帯端末から受信した前記登録する空気調和機の個体識別情報を保存することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記空気調和機は、個体識別情報の少なくとも一部が対応付けられたコードを有し、
前記携帯端末は、前記撮像部で前記コードの画像を取得し、取得した前記コードから登録する空気調和機の個体識別情報を取得し、取得した個体識別情報の少なくとも一部を前記サーバに送信することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気調和機のメンテナンスサポートシステム。 - 前記携帯端末は、前記登録する空気調和機の個体識別情報の入力を受け付け、入力を受け付けた前記登録する空気調和機の個体識別情報を前記サーバに送信する、
