本発明の重合性組成物は、イソシアナート基を2個以上有する脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)、及びイソシアナート基を2個以上有する非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)を含むイソシアナート成分と、メルカプト基を4個以上有し、スルフィド結合を2個以上有するポリチオール(B-1)、及びメルカプト基を2又は3個有し、エステル結合を2又は3個有するポリチオール(B-2)を含むポリチオール成分とを含有する。以下、本発明の重合性組成物を詳細に説明する。
本発明の重合性組成物に使用されるイソシアナート成分は、イソシアナート基を2個以上有する脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)、及びイソシアナート基を2個以上有する非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)を含む。
脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)は、好ましくはイソシアネート基を2個有する。
脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)としては、例えば、イソホロンジイソシアナート、メチレンビスシクロヘキシルジイソシアナート、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン、メチルシクロヘキサンジイソシアナート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアナート、ジメチルジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアナート、ジシクロヘキシルジメチルメタンジイソシアナート等が挙げられる。これらの脂環式ポリイソシアナートの1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)は、好ましくはイソシアナート基を2個有する。
非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)としては、例えば、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート、ブテンジイソシアナート、ブタジエンジイソシアナート、ビス(イソシアナトエチル)カーボネート、ビス(イソシアナトエチル)エーテル等が挙げられる。これらのポリイソシアナートの1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。脈理の少ない光学部材を得られるという観点から、更には、重合性組成物を用いて作製される光学部材の引張強度を改善するという観点から、非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)は、好ましくはヘキサンメチレンジイソシアナート及びトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。
本発明の重合性組成物のイソシアナート成分は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、必要に応じて、脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)と非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)以外のポリイソシアナートを含んでもよい。
本発明の重合性組成物に使用されるイソシアナート成分における脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)及び非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)の合計の割合は、イソシアナート成分の合計質量に対して、好ましくは80質量%以上であり、より好ましくは90質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは95質量%以上であり、100質量%以下である。脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)及び非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)の合計の割合が80質量%以上であると、得られる光学部材の脈理の抑制効果をより向上させることができる。また、本発明の重合性組成物を用いて作製される光学部材の引張強度を改善することができる。
脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)と、非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)とのモル比[(A-1)/(A-2)]は、得られる光学部材の脈理の抑制効果をより向上させる観点から、好ましくは95/5~50/50であり、より好ましくは90/10~50/50であり、さらに好ましくは90/10~60/40である。また、当該モル比が上記範囲であることで、本発明の重合性組成物を用いて作製される光学部材の引張強度を改善することができる。
本発明の重合性組成物に使用されるポリチオール成分は、メルカプト基を4個以上有し、スルフィド結合を2個以上有するポリチオール(B-1)、及びメルカプト基を2又は3個有し、エステル結合を2又は3個有するポリチオール(B-2)を含む。
ポリチオール(B-1)は、好ましくは、メルカプト基を4個有する。
また、ポリチオール(B-1)は、好ましくはスルフィド結合を3個以上有し、好ましくはスルフィド結合を3個有する。
ポリチオール(B-1)としては、例えば、ビス(メルカプトメチル)トリチアウンデカンジチオール、メルカプトメチルビスメルカプトジチアオクタン、ビス(メルカプトメチル)ジチアン、ビス(メルカプトメチルチオ)ジチアン、(ビス(メルカプトメチルチオ)エチル)ジチエタン等が挙げられる。これらのポリチオール(B-1)の1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
ポリチオール(B-2)としては、例えば、トリメチロールプロパントリス(チオグリコラート)、トリメチロールプロパントリス(メルカプトプロピオナート)、ブタンジオールビス(チオグリコラート)、ブタンジオールビス(メルカプトプロピオナート)、ジエチレングリコールビス(メルカプトアセテート)、ジエチレングリコールビス(メルカプトプロピオネート)、エチレングリコールビス(メルカプトアセテート)、エチレングリコールビス(メルカプトプロピオネート)、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(2-メルカプトアセテート)等が挙げられる。これらのポリチオールの1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本発明の重合性組成物のポリチオール成分は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、必要に応じて、ポリチオール(B-1)とポリチオール(B-2)以外のポリチオールを含んでもよい。
脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)が、イソホロンジイソシアナート、メチレンビスシクロヘキシルジイソシアナート、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン及びビス(イソシアナトメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)が、ヘキサンメチレンジイソシアナート及びトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、

本発明の重合性組成物に使用されるポリチオール成分におけるポリチオール(B-1)及びポリチオール(B-2)の合計の割合は、ポリチオール成分の合計質量に対して、好ましくは70質量%以上であり、より好ましくは80質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは90質量%以上であり、100質量%以下である。ポリチオール(B-1)及びポリチオール(B-2)の合計の割合が70質量%以上であると、得られる光学部材の脈理の抑制効果をより向上させることができる。また、本発明の重合性組成物を用いて作製される光学部材の引張強度を改善することができる。
ポリチオール(B-1)と、ポリチオール(B-2)とのモル比[(B-1)/(B-2)]は、得られる光学部材の脈理の抑制効果をより向上させる観点から、好ましくは90/10~50/50であり、より好ましくは90/10~60/40であり、さらに好ましくは85/15~65/35である。なお、当該モル比[(B-1)/(B-2)]が上記範囲であると、重合性組成物を用いて作製される光学部材の引張強度を改善することができる。
ポリチオール成分とポリイソシアナート成分との使用割合は、SH基/NCO基の官能基モル比が、好ましくは0.3~2.0、より好ましくは0.7~1.5、更に好ましくは0.7~1.2、更に好ましくは0.8~1.1の範囲内である。
本発明の重合性組成物は、上記イソシアナート成分及び上記ポリチオール成分のみからなるものであってもよい。イソシアナート成分及びポリチオール成分の合計含有量は、重合組成物中、好ましくは80質量%以上、より好ましくは90質量%以上、更に好ましくは95質量%以上、更に好ましくは98質量%以上であり、100質量%以下である。
しかし、本発明の重合性組成物は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、必要に応じて、上記イソシアナート成分と上記ポリチオール成分との成分以外の成分を含んでもよい。このような成分には、例えば、上記イソシアナート成分と上記ポリチオール成分と共重合可能な化合物、アミン等に代表される活性水素化合物、エポキシ化合物、オレフィン化合物、カーボネート化合物、エステル化合物、金属、金属酸化物、有機金属化合物及び無機物等が挙げられる。これらの1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
離型剤を添加することもできる。離型剤としては、ブトキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ジブトキシエチルアシッドホスフェート等のリン酸系離型剤が挙げられる。離型剤の配合量は、イソシアネート成分及びポリチオール成分の合計量100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.01~1質量部、より好ましくは0.1~0.5質量部、更に好ましくは0.2~0.3質量部である。
また、目的に応じて、本発明の重合性組成物に、鎖延長剤、架橋剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、油溶染料、充填剤、離型剤及びブルーイング剤等の種々の物質を添加してもよい。
本発明の光学部材は、本発明の重合性組成物を重合させて得られる。本発明の光学部材は、例えば、以下のようにして製造することができる。
本発明のプラスチックレンズは本発明の光学部材を含み、より好ましくは本発明の光学部材よりなるレンズ基材を備える眼鏡レンズである。本発明のプラスチックレンズは、脈理が少なく、屈折率が高く、分散が低く、比重が低くなるという効果を奏する。また、本発明のプラスチックレンズは優れた引張強度を有する。発明のプラスチックレンズは、本発明の光学部材のみからなるものであってもよいし、他の光学部材を含んでもよい。
眼鏡レンズは、高硬度付与、耐摩耗性向上、耐薬品性向上、防雲性付与のために、本発明の光学部材よりなるレンズ基材上に、帯電防止層、ハードコート層、反射防止層、調光層からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有していていもよい。
また、実施例に記載した組成に対し、発明の詳細な説明に記載した組成に調整を行えば、クレームした組成範囲全域にわたって実施例と同様に発明を実施することができる。
カルニュー光学工業(株)製精密屈折率計KPR-2000型を用いて20℃で、F’線(488.0nm)、C’線(643.9nm)及びe線(546.1nm)の波長の光についてプラスチックレンズの屈折率を測定した。そして、下記の式からアッベ数を算出した。
アッベ数νe=(ne-1)/(nF’-nC’)
neはe線の波長の光で測定した屈折率であり、nF’はF’線の波長の光で測定した屈折率であり、nC’はC’線の光で測定した屈折率である。
リガク(株)製TAS100TMAペネトレーション法(試験片厚3mm、ピン径0.5mm、加重10g、昇温速度10℃/min)にて熱変形開始温度を測定した。
得られたプラスチックレンズを、シュリーレン法により目視観察し、プラスチックレンズの脈理を以下の3段階で評価した。
脈理がないもの:VG(Very Good)
わずかに脈理が観察されるもの:G(Good)
脈理が多いもの:B(Bad)
得られたプラスチックレンズを暗所にて蛍光灯下で目視観察し、プラスチックレンズの透明性を以下の3段階で評価した。
曇り及び不透明物質の析出がないもの:VG(Very Good)
わずかに曇り又は不透明物質の析出、或いはこれら双方が観察されるもの:G(Good)
曇りの程度がひどいもの又は不透明物質の析出が明らかに見られるもの:B(Bad)
ストレインスコープを使用して、得られたプラスチックレンズを目視観察し、プラスチックレンズの光学歪みを以下の3段階で評価した。
光学歪みがないもの:VG(Very Good)
わずかに光学歪みが観察されるもの:G(Good)
光学歪みが多いもの:B(Bad)
0.00D、レンズ径50mm、肉厚1.8mmに調整されたレンズにドリルを使用して二箇所に1.6mm径の穴をあけ、サンプルとする。(株)エー・アンド・デイ製、テンシロン万能材料試験機(型番RTC-1225A)に1.6mm径のピンを用いてサンプルの両端を固定し、0.05mm/minの速度で引張し、破壊する際の強度を測定した。
イソホロンジイソシアナート(以下、「IPDI」と記す)33.6質量部、4,8-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール、4,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール及び5,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオールの混合物(以下、「ポリチオール(B-1-1)」と記す)35.1質量部、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート(以下、「HDI」と記す)16.9質量部、トリメチロールプロパントリス(チオグリコラート)(以下、「TMTG」と記す)14.4質量部、ジメチルチンジクロリド0.10質量部ならびにブトキシエチルアシッドホスフェート及びジブトキシエチルアシッドホスフェートの混合物(城北化学工業(株)製、商品名:JP-506H)0.20質量部を室温中で十分に撹拌混合して得た混合物を、5mmHgの減圧下で脱泡し、均一とした単量体混合物を調製した。この単量体混合物を一対のガラスモールドと樹脂製ガスケットとからなる成形型中に注入した。なお、上記一対のガラスモールドは上型曲率600mm、下型曲率120mmからなるものを用い、プラスチックレンズの中心肉厚が5mm、径が75mmになるように成形型を組み立てた。
IPDIの配合量を43.6質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を34.2質量部に、HDIの配合量を8.2質量部に、TMTGの配合量を14.0質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例2のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を34.2質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を42.4質量部に、HDIの配合量を17.3質量部に、TMTGの配合量を6.1質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例3のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を42.7質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を26.4質量部に、HDIの配合量を8.1質量部に、TMTGの配合量を22.8質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例4のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を35.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を36.4質量部に、HDIの配合量を14.6質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにトリメチロールプロパントリス(3-メルカプトプロピオネート)(以下、「TMTP」と記す)13.2質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例5のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を40.5質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を37.5質量部に、HDIの配合量を11.3質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりに1,4-ブタンジオールビス(メルカプトアセテート)(以下、「BDTG」と記す)10.7質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例6のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を33.3質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を36.6質量部に、HDIの配合量を16.8質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりに1,4-ブタンジオールビス(メルカプトプロピオネート) (以下、「BDTP」と記す)13.3質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例7のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を38.2質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を40.5質量部に、TMTGの配合量を5.8質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソアナート(以下、「TMDI」と記す)15.5質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例8のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を32.6質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を40.3質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI20.6質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにTMTP6.5質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例9のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を37.7質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を35.5質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI15.3質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにBDTG11.5質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例10のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を42.4質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を34.9質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI10.0質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにBDTP12.7質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例11のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの代わりにジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアナート(以下、「HMDI」と記す)37.3質量部を用い、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を32.6質量部に、HDIの配合量を16.0質量部に、TMTGの配合量を14.1質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例12のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を47.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を35.5質量部に、HDIの配合量を7.7質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにTMTP9.1質量部を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例13のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を37.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を39.6質量部に、HDIの配合量を16.2質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにBDTP6.4質量部を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例14のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を36.3質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を38.1質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI19.4質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにTMTP6.1質量部を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例15のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を42.2質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を37.9質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI14.5質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにBDTG5.5質量部を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例16のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの代わりにビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン(以下、「HXDI」と記す)42.9質量部を用い、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を27.0質量部に、HDIの配合量を4.1質量部に変更し、さらに、TMTGの代わりにTMTP26.1質量部を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例17のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HXDIの配合量を42.9質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を38.1質量部に、HDIの配合量を6.6質量部に変更し、TMTPの代わりにBDTG12.4質量部を用いた以外は、実施例17と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例18のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HXDIの配合量を29.1質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を32.1質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI21.0質量部を用い、TMTPの代わりにTMTG17.8質量部を用いた以外は、実施例17と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例19のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HXDIの配合量を34.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を39.9質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI16.1質量部を用い、TMTPの代わりにBDTG9.2質量部を用いた以外は、実施例17と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例20のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの代わりにビス(イソシアナトメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン(以下、「NBDI」と記す)52.0質量部を用い、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を28.5質量部に、HDIの配合量を3.7質量部に、TMTGの配合量を15.8質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例21のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
NBDIの配合量を52.3質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を30.7質量部に、HDIの配合量を3.8質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにBDTG13.3質量部を用いた以外は、実施例21と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例22のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
NBDIの配合量を34.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を28.6質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI18.8質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにTMTP17.8質量部を用いた以外は、実施例21と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例23のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
NBDIの配合量を35.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を35.7質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI19.3質量部を用い、TMTGの代わりにBDTP9.2質量部を用いた以外は、実施例21と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、実施例24のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を58.9質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を41.1質量部に変更し、HDI及びTMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例1のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を46.6質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を43.4質量部に、HDIの配合量を10.0質量部に変更し、TMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例2のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を58.1質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を36.9質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(メルカプトプロピオネート)(以下、「PTMP」と記す)4.9質量部を用い、HDIを用いなかった以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例3のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HXDIの配合量を51.4質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を48.6質量部に変更し、HDI及びTMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例17と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例4のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HXDIの配合量を36.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を49.6質量部に、HDIの配合量を13.6質量部に変更し、TMTPを用いなかった以外は、実施例17と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例5のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
NBDIの配合量を58.7質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を41.3質量部に変更し、HDI及びTMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例21と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例6のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
NBDIの配合量を36.9質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を43.3質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI19.9質量部を用い、TMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例21と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例7のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの代わりにキシリレンジイソシアナート(以下、「XDI」と記す)50.7質量部を用い、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を49.3質量部に変更し、HDI及びTMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例8のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
XDIの配合量を52.7質量部に変更し、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を44.3質量部に変更し、チオグリセリン(以下、「TG」と記す)2.6質量部を用いた以外は、比較例8と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例9のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
XDIの配合量を49.9質量部に変更し、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を38.9質量部に変更し、ジメルカプトメチルジチアン(以下、「DMMD」と記す)11.3質量部を用いた以外は、比較例8と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、比較例10のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を54.8質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を45.2質量部に変更し、HDI及びTMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例1のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を29.4質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を48.4質量部に、HDIの配合量を22.2質量部に変更し、TMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例2のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を33.3質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を45.7質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにTMDI21.0質量部を用い、TMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例3のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を54.1質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を40.1質量部に、TMTGの配合量を5.8質量部に変更し、HDIを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例4のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を53.7質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を39.9質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにTMTP6.4質量部を用い、HDIを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例5のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を54.1質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を40.1質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにBDTG5.8質量部を用い、HDIを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例6のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
IPDIの配合量を53.7質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を39.9質量部に変更し、TMTGの代わりにBDTP6.4質量部を用い、HDIを用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例7のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
HMDIの配合量を53.1質量部に、ポリチオール(B-1-1)の配合量を41.3質量部に変更し、HDIの代わりにヘキシルイソシアナート(以下、「HI」と記す)5.6質量部を用い、TMTGを用いなかった以外は、実施例12と同様にして重合性組成物を調製し、参考例8のプラスチックレンズを製造した。
実施例、比較例及び参考例のプラスチックレンズの屈折率、アッベ数、耐熱性、脈理、透明性、光学歪み及び引張強度の評価結果を下記の表3及び表4に示す。
本発明の一実施形態は、
イソシアナート基を2個以上有する脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)、及びイソシアナート基を2個以上有する非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)を含むイソシアナート成分と、
メルカプト基を4個以上有し、スルフィド結合を2個以上有するポリチオール(B-1)、及びメルカプト基を2又は3個有し、エステル結合を2又は3個有するポリチオール(B-2)を含むポリチオール成分とを含有する重合性組成物である。
本発明によれば、脈理の少ない光学部材を得ることができる重合性組成物、その重合性組成物より得られる光学部材、その光学部材を含むプラスチックレンズ、及びその光学部材よりなるレンズ基材を備える眼鏡レンズを提供することができる。

- イソシアナート基を2個以上有する脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)、及びイソシアナート基を2個以上有する非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)を含むイソシアナート成分と、
メルカプト基を4個以上有し、スルフィド結合を2個以上有するポリチオール(B-1)、及びメルカプト基を2又は3個有し、エステル結合を2又は3個有するポリチオール(B-2)を含むポリチオール成分とを含有する重合性組成物。 - 前記ポリチオール(B-1)は、4,8-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール、4,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール及び5,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)は、イソホロンジイソシアナート、メチレンビスシクロヘキシルジイソシアナート、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン及びビス(イソシアナトメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)は、ヘキサンメチレンジイソシアナート及びトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記ポリチオール(B-2)は、トリメチロールプロパントリス(チオグリコラート)、トリメチロールプロパントリス(3-メルカプトプロピオナート)、1,4-ブタンジオールビス(チオグリコラート)及び1,4-ブタンジオールビス(3-メルカプトプロピオナート)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)は、イソホロンジイソシアナート、メチレンビスシクロヘキシルジイソシアナート、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン及びビス(イソシアナトメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)は、ヘキサンメチレンジイソシアナート及びトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記ポリチオール(B-1)は、4,8-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール、4,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオール及び5,7-ビス(メルカプトメチル)-3,6,9-トリチアウンデカン-1,11-ジチオールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記ポリチオール(B-2)は、トリメチロールプロパントリス(チオグリコラート)、トリメチロールプロパントリス(3-メルカプトプロピオナート)、1,4-ブタンジオールビス(チオグリコラート)及び1,4-ブタンジオールビス(3-メルカプトプロピオナート)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の重合性組成物。 - 前記ポリチオール(B-2)はメルカプト基を3個有する請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)及び前記非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)の合計の割合は、前記イソシアナート成分の合計質量に対して、80質量%以上である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記脂環式ポリイソシアナート(A-1)と、前記非環式脂肪族ポリイソシアナート(A-2)とのモル比[(A-1)/(A-2)]が、95/5~50/50である請求項1~8のいずれかに1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記ポリチオール(B-1)及び前記ポリチオール(B-2)の合計の割合は、前記ポリチオール成分の合計質量に対して、70質量%以上である請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 前記ポリチオール(B-1)と、前記ポリチオール(B-2)とのモル比[(B-1)/(B-2)]が、90/10~50/50である請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の重合性組成物を重合させて得られる光学部材。
- 請求項12に記載の光学部材を含むプラスチックレンズ。
- 請求項12に記載の光学部材よりなるレンズ基材を備える眼鏡レンズ。
