Abstract

本发明提供一种能实现洗衣房设备的设置性能提高的洗衣房设备用的支架、支架的设置方法以及往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法。支架(10)包括主体部(12)、第一定位部(27)以及第二定位部(80)。主体部(12)具有从上侧(Z1)放置洗衣房设备(11)的腿(95)的平坦的载置面(25),并设置于地面(S)上。第一定位部(27)设置于载置面(25)上,并具有面对前侧(X1)的入口(32)和从入口(32)朝着后侧(X2)凹陷的收纳空间(33),将为了设置在载置面(25)上滑动的腿(95)从入口(32)放入收纳空间(33)内并进行定位。第二定位部(80)安装在载置面(25)上从第一定位部(27)往前侧(X1)偏离的位置上,并将在定位洗衣房设备(11)中由第一定位部(27)定位的腿(95)以外的腿(95)进行定位。

Description

洗衣房设备用的支架、支架的设置方法以及往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣房设备用的支架、支架的设置方法以及往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法。
背景技术
在洗衣机以及烘干机这种洗衣房设备中,有在其侧面设有洗涤物的取出口的设备。可以设想在该构成的情况下,对于使用者来说取出口变低,使用者为了通过取出口进行洗涤物的取出投入工作,必须弯下腰。于是,为了提高使用者的方便性,通过在地面上设置支架,并在该支架上载置洗衣房设备,来抬高取出口的高度。在图1中,图示出现有的支架1。支架1例如形成为俯视时构成矩形的框架状,并在上下方向上具有规定的厚度。支架1的上表面为载置洗衣房设备的腿的载置面2。
在载置面2的四角的每一个中设有以俯视时构成L字状的方式从载置面2往上侧突出的一对筋3。一对筋3对置地配置成俯视时整体形成大致矩形,在载置面2的四角的每一个中,在一对筋3之间划分出收纳空间4。收纳空间4形成为往下侧凹陷的凹状,并往上侧打开。
在支架1的底面5的四角的每一个中一个一个地设有调整腿6。各调整腿6从底面5往下侧突出并从上侧与地面抵接。通过调整各调整腿6的往地面突出的突出量,能调整载置面2的水平度。
在将支架1设置在地面上,接着调整载置面2的水平度后,通过将洗衣房设备的腿一个一个地从上侧插入载置面2的四角的各个收纳空间4中,从而在支架1上设置洗衣房设备。
发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
在现有的支架1上设置洗衣房设备的情况下,操作者必须在维持抬起洗衣房设备的状态下,以使俯视时洗衣房设备的各腿与各收纳空间4一致的方式, 将洗衣房设备精确地在水平方向上定位,接着将洗衣房设备放下并将各腿从上侧插入各收纳空间4中。该操作在例如像商用那样的大型且重的洗衣房设备的情况下,对操作者强加了大量的负担。
另外,当在支架1上设置洗衣房设备时,洗衣房设备的重心位置变高。由此,会有洗衣房设备的运转过程中的振动增大的隐患。而且,由于支架1只通过调整腿6与地面接触,不能说是固定在地面上,因此在洗衣房设备的运转过程中,由于支架1本身会移动或摇晃,因此会有进一步增大振动的隐患。
另外,当过度产生这样的振动或人体靠在洗衣房设备上时,由于洗衣房设备的腿脱离支架1的收纳空间4,因此会有洗衣房设备从支架1掉落或在支架1上翻倒的隐患。
本发明鉴于这样的背景而完成,其目的在于,提供一种能实现洗衣房设备的设置性能提高的洗衣房设备用的支架、支架的设置方法以及往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法。
另外,本发明的目的在于,提供一种能减弱洗衣房设备的运转过程中的振动,并能防止洗衣房设备的掉落、翻倒的洗衣房设备用的支架、支架的设置方法以及往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明为一种洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,包括:主体部,具有从上侧放置洗衣房设备的腿的平坦的载置面,并设置于地面上;第一定位部,具有设置于所述载置面上且面对沿着所述载置面的规定方向的一侧的入口和在所述规定方向上朝着与所述一侧相反的另一侧且从所述入口凹陷的收纳空间,并且将为了设置而在所述载置面上滑动的洗衣房设备的腿从所述入口放入所述收纳空间内进行定位;以及第二定位部,安装在所述载置面上从所述第一定位部往所述一侧偏离的位置上,并且将在洗衣房设备中由所述第一定位部定位的腿以外的腿进行定位。
另外,本发明的特征在于,包括:防落构件,从所述载置面往上侧突出并往所述规定方向延伸,防止在所述载置面上滑动的洗衣房设备的腿从所述载置面掉落。
另外,本发明的特征在于,包括:盖体部,在与由所述第一定位部定位的洗衣房设备的腿非接触的状态下,作为所述第一定位部的一部分从上侧覆盖所述收纳空间。
另外,本发明的特征在于,包括:稳固构件,设置于所述主体部,可调整高度以使其能接近地面,固定成在高度调整后相对于地面被往下侧拉;以及调整腿,设置成从所述主体部的底面往下侧突出并从上侧与地面抵接,为了调整所述载置面的水平度而能调整往地面突出的突出量,并且在所述稳固构件固定于地面上的状态下朝地面顶出。
另外,本发明的特征在于,所述主体部是具有上下贯穿所述主体部的内部空间的中空体,所述稳固构件配置于所述内部空间。
另外,本发明为一种洗衣房设备用的支架的设置方法,其特征在于,其为以上的洗衣房设备用的支架的设置方法,包括:将所述支架设置在地面上的步骤;通过调整所述调整腿的往地面突出的突出量来调整所述载置面的水平度的步骤;调整所述稳固构件的高度并将其固定在地面上的步骤;以及使所述调整腿朝地面顶出的步骤。
另外,本发明为一种往洗衣房设备用的支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法,其特征在于,其为往以上的洗衣房设备用的支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法,包括:使洗衣房设备的腿从上侧放置于所述载置面上的步骤;使洗衣房设备的腿,通过在所述载置面上滑动,并从所述入口插入所述收纳空间内,从而由所述第一定位部进行定位的步骤;以及将所述第二定位部安装在所述载置面上,由所述第二定位部定位洗衣房设备中由所述第一定位部进行定位的腿以外的腿的步骤。
发明效果
根据本发明,在洗衣房设备用的支架中,设置于在地面上设置的主体部的平坦的载置面上的第一定位部具有放入洗衣房设备的腿的收纳空间。在收纳空间中入口面对沿着载置面的规定方向的一侧。另外,在载置面上,在从第一定位部往一侧偏离的位置上安装有第二定位部。
在该支架设置洗衣房设备时,首先,使洗衣房设备的腿从上侧放置于载置面的适当的位置上。然后,使腿在载置面上朝着与一侧相反的另一侧滑动,从入口插入收纳空间。由于收纳空间为从入口朝着另一侧凹陷的形状,所以由于放入收纳空间的腿无法往另一侧移动太多,因此由第一定位部进行定位。
接着,安装第二定位部。当安装了第二定位部时,洗衣房设备中由第一定位部定位的腿以外的腿,由第二定位部进行定位。由此,洗衣房设备整体设置成相对于支架无法进行相对移动。
也就是说,进行设置的操作者即使不维持抬起洗衣房设备的状态,通过暂时使洗衣房设备的腿放置于载置面的适当位置上,再使其在载置面上滑动并由第一定位部定位,然后将第二定位部安装在载置面上并定位其它的腿,从而也能以较少的负担将洗衣房设备设置在支架上。
其结果是,能实现洗衣房设备的设置性能的提高。
另外,根据本发明,由于从载置面往上侧突出并往规定方向延伸的防落构件,能防止在载置面上滑动的洗衣房设备的腿从载置面掉落,因此能防止往支架上设置过程中的洗衣房设备的掉落。
另外,根据本发明,由于通过作为第一定位部的一部分的盖体部从上侧覆盖收纳空间,所以能防止收纳空间内的洗衣房设备的腿从收纳空间向上侧脱离,因此能防止由于腿从收纳空间向上侧脱离而导致的洗衣房设备的掉落、翻倒。另外,由于盖体部处于与由第一定位部定位的洗衣房设备的腿非接触的状态,所以能防止腿在洗衣房设备的运转过程中由于一边震动一边与盖体部接触而疲劳破损,并能防止腿的振动经由盖体部传递给支架。
另外,根据本发明,在地面不水平的情况下,由于通过调整设置于支架的主体部的底面的调整腿的往地面突出的突出量,能调整载置面的水平度,因此能防止放置于载置面上的洗衣房设备的倾斜。而且,由于设置于主体部的稳固构件在以接近地面的方式进行高度调整后再固定于地面上,因此支架整体固定成相对于地面无法进行相对移动。由此,洗衣房设备的振动难以传递给固定的支架,并且固定的支架能减弱洗衣房设备的振动本身。
此处,由于固定于地面的稳固构件处于被往下侧拉的状态,因此对支架作用向下的拉力。另一方面,稳固构件在固定于地面的状态下,由于调整腿朝地面顶出,因此也对支架作用与来自地面的反作用力对应的向上的拉力。这些向下的拉力以及向上的拉力使从支架传递给洗衣房设备的振动减弱。
根据如上所述,能减弱洗衣房设备的运转过程中的洗衣房设备以及支架的整体中的振动。
另外,根据本发明,由于稳固构件通过配置于主体部的内部空间中,从而不往主体部外突出,因此能使支架的形状紧凑,并且能使外观具有自由度。
另外,根据本发明,作为支架的设置方法,首先,将支架设置在地面上,再通过将调整腿的往地面突出的突出量进行调整来调整载置面的水平度。由此,能防止之后放置于载置面上的洗衣房设备的倾斜。
接着,通过将稳固构件进行高度调整并固定于地面,从而支架整体固定成相对于地面无法进行相对移动。由此,设置于支架的洗衣房设备的振动难以传递给固定的支架,固定的支架能减弱洗衣房设备的振动本身。
最后,使调整腿朝地面顶出,支架的设置就结束了。
在设置后的支架中,由于固定于地面的稳固构件处于被往下侧拉的状态,因此对支架作用向下的拉力。另一方面,稳固构件在固定于地面的状态下,由于调整腿朝地面顶出,因此也对支架作用与来自地面的反作用力对应的向上的拉力。这些向下的拉力以及向上的拉力使从支架传递给洗衣房设备的振动减弱。
根据如上所述,能减弱洗衣房设备的运转过程中的洗衣房设备以及支架的整体中的振动。
另外,根据本发明,作为往支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法,首先,使洗衣房设备的腿从上侧放置于支架的载置面的适当位置上。然后,使腿通过在载置面上滑动并从入口插入收纳空间内,从而由第一定位部进行定位。最后,将第二定位部安装在载置面上,由第二定位部定位洗衣房设备中由第一定位部进行定位的腿以外的腿,洗衣房设备的设置就结束。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图2~图6,就本发明的实施方式进行具体说明。
图2是本发明的实施方式的支架10的立体图。在图2中图示出了从左上侧观察时的支架10。以下,将支架10的前后方向称为前后方向X,并且前后方向X中,将前侧称为前侧X1,将后侧称为后侧X2。然后,以从前侧X1观察时为基准来规定支架10的左右方向Y。左右方向Y中,将左侧称为左侧Y1,将右侧称为右侧Y2。另外,支架10的上下方向Z中,将上侧称为上侧Z1,将下侧称为下侧Z2。以下,使用前后方向X、左右方向Y以及上下方向Z进行说明。
参照图2,支架10是洗衣机、烘干机、洗涤烘干机等洗衣房设备11用的支架,洗衣房设备11(图2中未图示)从上侧Z1放置于支架10上。此外,洗衣房设备11既可以是家庭用的小型洗衣机,也可以是投币洗衣房中使用的商用大型洗衣机,然而不管是哪一种,在其前表面都设有洗涤物的取出口11A(参照后述的图6(a))。
支架10从上侧Z1观察的俯视时形成矩形的边框形状,在上下方向Z上具有规定的厚度。此外,上下方向Z是支架10的高度方向。支架10包含主体部12、设置于主体部12的稳固构件13以及调整腿14。支架10的构成部件全部都是金属制。
主体部12构成支架10的大部分,在使用支架10时,设置于地面S上。此外,此处的地面S不仅是室内的地面也包含室外的地面。主体部12与支架10相同,俯视时形成矩形的边框形状,在上下方向Z上具有规定的厚度。因此,主体部12是具有上下贯穿主体部12的内部空间12A的中空体。主体部12通过折弯加工钢板而形成。此外,主体部12也可以通过以焊接等方式将折弯加工了的多个部件一体化而构成。
主体部12一体地包含沿着上下方向Z延伸的前壁15、后壁16、左壁17以及右壁18。
前壁15以及后壁16从前后方向X观察形成左右方向Y上的尺寸长的长方形,在前后方向X上为薄板状,以呈相互平行的状态在前后方向X上隔开间隔对置地配置。后壁16中形成有在前后方向X上贯穿后壁16的圆形状的插入孔16A。插入孔16A中穿过设置于支架10的洗衣房设备11的布线、软管等(未图示)。
左壁17以及右壁18从左右方向Y观察形成前后方向X上的尺寸长的长方形,在左右方向Y上为薄板状,以呈相互平行的状态在左右方向Y上隔开间隔对置地配置。左壁17架设于前壁15以及后壁16的左端缘之间,右壁18架设于前壁15以及后壁16的右端缘之间。
主体部12作为主体部12的上侧Z1的构成,一体地包含前侧上壁19、后侧上壁20、左侧上壁21以及右侧上壁22。
前侧上壁19为上下方向Z上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从前壁15的上端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往后侧X2延伸。后侧上壁20为上下方向Z上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从后壁16的上端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往前侧X1延伸。
在前侧上壁19的后端缘处一体地设置有前侧凸缘部23。前侧凸缘部23为前后方向X上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从前侧上壁19的后端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往下侧Z2延伸。在后侧上壁20的前端缘处一体地设置有后侧凸缘部24。后侧凸缘部24为前后方向X上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从后侧上壁20的前端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往下侧Z2延伸。前侧凸缘部23以及后侧凸缘部24各自架设于左壁17以及右壁18之间。由此,能实现主体部12的强化。
左侧上壁21为上下方向Z上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且在左壁17的上端缘处从前后方向X的两端部之间的区域折弯成大致直角而往右侧Y2延伸。右侧上壁22为上下方向Z上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且在右壁18的上端缘处从前后方向X的两端部之间的区域折弯成大致直角而往左侧Y1延伸。
左侧上壁21架设于前侧上壁19以及后侧上壁20的左端部之间,右侧上壁22架设于前侧上壁19以及后侧上壁20的右端部之间。左侧上壁21以及右侧上壁22各自的上表面与前侧上壁19以及后侧上壁20各自的上表面以在同一水平面的状态接续。前侧上壁19、后侧上壁20、左侧上壁21以及右侧上壁22各自的上表面变成一体而构成框状的载置面25。
载置面25为主体部12的上表面,在前后方向X以及左右方向Y的双方向都平坦。此处,前后方向X为沿着载置面25的规定方向,前侧X1为该规定方向上的一侧,后侧X2为该规定方向上的与该一侧相反的另一侧。由框状的载置面25所包围的区域为主体部12的内部空间12A中的上端区域。
在左侧上壁21的右端缘以及右侧上壁22的左端缘的每一处一体地设置有防落构件26。也就是说,在主体部12中设有左右一对的防落构件26。各防落构件26是从载置面25往上侧Z1突出,并遍及左侧上壁21以及右侧上壁22各自的前后方向X的整个区域而往前后方向X延伸的竖壁。关于防落构件26的作用,之后进行叙述。
在后侧上壁20中的载置面25上,在左右方向Y的两端部的每一处一个一个地设置有用于定位洗衣房设备11的后侧部分的第一定位部27。左右一对的第一定位部27处于通过焊接等方式与主体部12一体化的状态。参照左侧Y1的第一定位部27,各第一定位部27一体地包含:从载置面25往上侧Z1突出的左筋28、右筋29以及后筋30;以及盖体部31。
左筋28以及右筋29为左右方向Y上薄且从左右方向Y观察在前后方向X上的尺寸长的长方形小片,在左右方向Y上隔开间隔对置地配置。后筋30为前后方向X上薄且从前后方向X观察在左右方向Y上的尺寸长的长方形小片,架设于左筋28以及右筋29的后端缘之间。
各第一定位部27具有:由左筋28以及右筋29的前端缘划分出的入口32;以及由一体化的左筋28、右筋29以及后筋30划分出的收纳空间33。入口32为左右方向Y上的尺寸长的长方形的开口,并且面对前侧X1。左侧上壁21中的载置面25位于左侧Y1的第一定位部27的入口32所面对处,右侧上壁22中的载置面25位于右侧Y2的第一定位部27的入口32所面对处。收纳空间33为上下方向Z上扁平的长方体状的空间,从入口32朝着后侧X2凹陷。
盖体部31为上下方向Z上的薄板状,通过将其前端缘在后侧X2切口形成大致U字状的凹部34,从而从上侧Z1观察形成为大致U字状。在盖体部31的前端缘处,左右方向Y的凹部34的两侧部分随着接近凹部34,形成往前后方向X以及左右方向Y双方向倾斜的倾斜部35。盖体部31通过与左筋28、右筋29以及后筋30各自的上端缘连接而构成第一定位部27的一部分,并从上侧Z1覆盖收纳空间33。
虽然在图2中未作图示,但是在前侧上壁19中的载置面25上,左右方向Y的两端部的每一处形成有左右一对的贯穿孔55和比左右一对的贯穿孔55更位于前侧X1的左右一对的螺纹孔56(参照后述的图4(a))。各贯穿孔55俯视时形成四角形,在上下方向Z上贯穿前侧上壁19。各螺纹孔56俯视时形成圆形,在上下方向Z上贯穿前侧上壁19。各螺纹孔56的内圆周面上形成有螺旋状的螺 纹部(未图示)。
图3是将实际上隐藏不可见的部分以虚线示出的支架10的立体图。参照图3,作为主体部12中的下侧Z2的结构,主体部12一体地包含:前侧下壁36、后侧下壁37、左侧下壁38以及右侧下壁39。
前侧下壁36为上下方向Z上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从前壁15的下端缘的左右方向Y的两端部之间的区域折弯成大致直角而往后侧X2延伸。
前侧下壁36的后端缘处一体地设有前侧竖壁40。前侧竖壁40为前后方向X上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从前侧下壁36的后端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往上侧Z1延伸。螺母41将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着前后方向X,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在前侧竖壁40的前表面的左右方向Y的两端部。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在前后方向X上贯穿前侧竖壁40并从后侧X2与螺母41的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
后侧下壁37为上下方向Z上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从后壁16的下端缘的左右方向Y的两端部之间的区域折弯成大致直角而往前侧X1延伸。
后侧下壁37的前端缘处一体地设有后侧竖壁42。后侧竖壁42为前后方向X上薄且左右方向Y上细长的带状,并且从后侧下壁37的前端缘的左右方向Y的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往上侧Z1延伸。螺母43将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着前后方向X,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在后侧竖壁42的后表面的左右方向Y的两端部处。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在前后方向X上贯穿后侧竖壁42并从前侧X1与螺母43的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
在后侧竖壁42的上端缘的左右方向Y的两端部之间的区域,设有从该区域折弯成大致直角而往后侧X2延伸的凸缘部44。此外,凸缘部44也可以设于前侧竖壁40的上端缘。
左侧下壁38为上下方向Z上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且从左壁17的下端缘的前后方向X的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往右侧Y2延伸。螺母45将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着上下方向Z,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在左侧下壁38的上表面的前后方向X的两端部处。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在上下方向Z上贯穿左侧下壁38并从下侧Z2与螺母45的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
在左侧下壁38的右端缘处,一体地设有左侧竖壁46。左侧竖壁46为左右方向Y上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且从左侧下壁38的右端缘的前后方向X的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往上侧Z1延伸。左侧竖壁46架设于前壁15以及后壁16的左端部之间。由此,能实现主体部12的强化。
在左侧竖壁46的前端部,前侧竖壁40的左端缘从右侧Y2与比左侧竖壁46的前端缘更往后侧X2处连接,在左侧竖壁46的后端部,后侧竖壁42的左端缘从右侧Y2与比左侧竖壁46的后端缘更往前侧X1处连接。在左侧竖壁46的左表面上,螺母47将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着左右方向Y,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在由前侧竖壁40以及后侧竖壁42所夹持的部分的前后方向X上的两端部。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在左右方向Y上贯穿左侧竖壁46并从右侧Y2与螺母47的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
右侧下壁39为上下方向Z上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且从右壁18的下端缘的前后方向X的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往左侧Y1延伸。螺母48将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着上下方向Z,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在右侧下壁39的上表面的前后方向X的两端部处。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在上下方向Z上贯穿右侧下壁39并从下侧Z2与螺母48的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
在右侧下壁39的左端缘处,一体地形成有右侧竖壁49。右侧竖壁49为左右方向Y上薄且前后方向X上细长的带状,并且从右侧下壁39的左端缘的前后方向X的整个区域折弯成大致直角而往上侧Z1延伸。右侧竖壁49架设于前壁15以及后壁16的右端部之间。由此,能实现主体部12的强化。
在右侧竖壁49的前端部,前侧竖壁40的右端缘从左侧Y1与比右侧竖壁49的前端缘更往后侧X2处连接,在右侧竖壁49的后端部,后侧竖壁42的右端缘从左侧Y1与比右侧竖壁49的后端缘更往前侧X1处连接。在右侧竖壁49的右表面上,螺母50将其螺纹孔(未图示)朝着左右方向Y,通过焊接等一个一个地固定在由前侧竖壁40以及后侧竖壁42所夹持的部分的前后方向X上的两端部。在该两端部处一个一个地形成有在左右方向Y上贯穿右侧竖壁49并从左侧Y1与螺母50的螺纹孔连通的圆形的贯穿孔(未图示)。
左侧下壁38以及右侧下壁39各自的下表面与前侧下壁36以及后侧下壁37各自的下表面以在同一水平面的状态接续。前侧下壁36、后侧下壁37、左侧下壁38以及右侧下壁39各自的下表面变成一体而构成主体部12的框状的底面51。 底面51从上侧Z1与设置主体部12的地面S对置。
稳固构件13存在四个。稳固构件13一个一个地配置于前侧竖壁40和左侧竖壁46的连接部分、前侧竖壁40和右侧竖壁49的连接部分、后侧竖壁42和左侧竖壁46的连接部分、以及后侧竖壁42和右侧竖壁49的连接部分这四个连接部分的每一处。这四个连接部分为主体部12的框状的底面51的内侧四角。由框状的底面51所包围的区域为主体部12的内部空间12A中的下端区域。
为此,配置于这四个连接部分处的稳固构件13被配置在主体部12的内部空间12A中。因此,稳固构件13由于俯视时不突出到主体部12之外,所以能使支架10的外形紧凑,并且使外观具有自由度。
参照图3中配置于后侧竖壁42和右侧竖壁49的连接部分处并以实线示出的稳固构件13,各个稳固构件13一体地包含:从上侧Z1观察形成为大致矩形且上下方向Z上薄的底板61;以及从底板61的四个边中相邻的两个边往上侧Z1立起的两枚竖板62。底板61以及竖板62中的边角部分根据需要也可以倒圆。
底板61配置成比主体部12的底面51更往下侧Z2露出。底板61的下表面以及上表面为沿着前后方向X以及左右方向Y的平坦面。底板61的上表面上一体地设有与底板61平行且俯视时比底板61小一圈的矩形的小板63。在俯视时小板63的中心位置处,形成有一个在上下方向Z上贯穿小板63以及底板61双方的圆形的插入孔64。
各个稳固构件13的两枚竖板62配置成与底板61正交,并且俯视时相互不接触地正交。在各竖板62中一个一个地形成有在竖板62的板厚方向上贯穿竖板62的上下方向Z上长的长孔65。
各个稳固构件13通过作为支架10的构成部件的两颗螺钉66安装于主体部12。
具体地,配置于后侧竖壁42和右侧竖壁49的连接部分处的稳固构件13处于一侧竖板62从前侧X1沿着后侧竖壁42、另一侧竖板62从左侧Y1沿着右侧竖壁49的状态。在该一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从前侧X1插入长孔65,穿过后侧竖壁42的右侧Y2的所述贯穿孔(未图示),拧入该贯穿孔的后侧X2的螺母43的螺纹孔中。而且,在该另一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从左侧Y1插入长孔65,穿过右侧竖壁49的后侧X2的所述贯穿孔(未图示),拧入该贯穿孔的右侧Y2的螺母50的螺纹孔中。
各螺钉66通过由螺母43、50拧紧,处于定位于上下方向Z上的状态,另 一方面,处于在上下方向Z上有游隙地插入竖板62的长孔65的状态。因此,在各螺钉66松弛的状态下,通过使各竖板62相对于螺钉66在上下方向Z上进行相对移动,从而稳固构件13能调整高度以使其底板61能接近或远离S。
当结束稳固构件13的高度调整后,再紧固各螺钉66时,由于在螺钉66的头部和该螺钉66所拧紧的螺母43、50之间牢固地夹持后侧竖壁42以及右侧竖壁49的每一个、以及对应的竖板62,所以稳固构件13被固定成相对于主体部12无法进行相对移动。在该状态下,稳固构件13相对于主体部12,在包含上下方向Z的任一个方向上都无法进行相对移动。
配置于后侧竖壁42和左侧竖壁46的连接部分处的稳固构件13处于一侧竖板62从后侧X2沿着后侧竖壁42,另一侧竖板62从右侧Y2沿着左侧竖壁46的状态。在该一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从前侧X1插入长孔65,拧入后侧竖壁42的左侧Y1的螺母43的螺纹孔中。而且,在该另一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从右侧Y2插入长孔65,拧入左侧竖壁46的后侧X2的螺母47的螺纹孔中。该稳固构件13也与配置于后侧竖壁42和右侧竖壁49的连接部分处的稳固构件13相同,在各螺钉66松弛的状态下能调整高度,并且通过紧固各螺钉66而固定成相对于主体部12无法进行相对移动。
配置于前侧竖壁40和左侧竖壁46的连接部分处的稳固构件13处于一侧竖板62从后侧X2沿着前侧竖壁40,另一侧竖板62从右侧Y2沿着左侧竖壁46的状态。在该一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从后侧X2插入长孔65,拧入前侧竖壁40的左侧Y1的螺母41的螺纹孔中。而且,在该另一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从右侧Y2插入长孔65,拧入左侧竖壁46的前侧X1的螺母47的螺纹孔中。该稳固构件13也与配置于后侧竖壁42和右侧竖壁49的连接部分处的稳固构件13相同,在各螺钉66松弛的状态下能调整高度,并且通过紧固各螺钉66而固定成相对于主体部12无法进行相对移动。
配置于前侧竖壁40和右侧竖壁49的连接部分处的稳固构件13处于一侧竖板62从后侧X2沿着前侧竖壁40,另一侧竖板62从左侧Y1沿着右侧竖壁49的状态。在该一侧的竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从后侧X2插入长孔65,拧入前侧竖壁40的右侧Y2的螺母41的螺纹孔中。而且,在该另一侧竖板62中一颗螺钉66的轴部从左侧Y1插入长孔65,拧入右侧竖壁49的前侧X1的螺母50的螺纹孔中。该稳固构件13也与其它所有的稳固构件13相同,在各螺钉66松弛的状态下能调整高度,并且通过紧固各螺钉66而固定成相对于主体部12 无法进行相对移动。
这样,在所述四个连接部分处一个一个地配置的四个稳固构件13各自能独立地调整高度,独立地固定成相对于主体部12无法进行相对移动。
调整腿14存在四个,一个一个地设置于主体部12的框状的底面51的四角。各个调整腿14包含:作为其下端部朝着上侧Z1变细的大致圆锥状的基底部70;从基底部70的上端往上侧Z1延伸,在外圆周面上形成有螺旋状的螺纹部的轴部71;固定于轴部71的下端的固定螺母72;以及比固定螺母72更往上侧Z1且拧入轴部71的可动螺母73(参照后述的图4(c))。调整腿14处于基底部70、轴部71、以及固定螺母72一体化的状态,另一方面可动螺母73通过利用扳手等工具进行拧紧或松动,从而能错开轴部71上的上下方向Z上的位置。
四个调整腿14中的两个调整腿14一个一个地组装于左侧下壁38的前后方向X上的两端部处。具体地说,调整腿14的轴部71从下侧Z2插入该两端部的所述贯穿孔(未图示),拧入位于该贯穿孔的上侧Z1的螺母45的螺纹孔。
四个调整腿14中的剩余两个调整腿14一个一个地组装于右侧下壁39的前后方向X上的两端部处。具体地说,调整腿14的轴部71从下侧Z2插入该两端部的所述贯穿孔(未图示),拧入位于该贯穿孔的上侧Z1的螺母48的螺纹孔。
在如此安装于主体部12的底面51上的四个调整腿14中,基底部70、轴部71的下侧部分、固定螺母72以及可动螺母73处于比底面51更往下侧Z2处,基底部70从上侧与地面S抵接。也就是说,各调整腿14设成从底面51往下侧Z2突出并从上侧Z1与地面S抵接。当通过利用扳手等工具将固定螺母72拧紧或松动从而紧固调整腿14整体时,轴部71和主体部1两侧的螺母45、48的连结位置发生变化。由此,能独立地调整从底面51往地面S突出的各个调整腿14的突出量。
图4(a)是支架10的俯视图,图4(b)是图4(a)的B-B向视剖视图,图4(c)是图4(b)中由虚线圆包围的部分的放大图。此外,图4(c)为了方便说明,以虚线示出主体部12的螺母48和调整腿14的轴部71。
图4图示了以设置支架10的地面S为上表面的底座D。底座D为例如混凝土制。以下,以地面S相对于水平方向H多少有些倾斜、不水平为前提进行说明。另外,底座D中埋入与支架10的稳固构件13的数目相同的四颗稳固螺钉75,如图4(c)所示,各稳固螺钉75的上端部处于从地面S往上侧Z1露出的状态。四颗稳固螺钉75的上端部配置成俯视时构成假想的四角形的顶点。因此, 俯视时四颗稳固螺钉的布局与四个稳固构件13的布局一致。
以下,就支架10的设置方法进行说明。首先,将支架10以所有的调整腿14的基底部70从上侧Z1与地面S抵接的方式设置于地面S。此时,使从地面S露出的四颗稳固螺钉75的上端部如图4(c)所示从下侧Z2一个一个地插入支架10的四个稳固构件13的底板61以及小板63的插入孔64,使其露出到比插入孔64更上侧Z1处。
接下来,通过调整往各调整腿14的地面S突出的突出量从而调整主体部12的载置面25的水平度。由此,载置面25成为沿着水平方向H的平坦面(参照图4(b))。因此,如后述那样,能防止载置于载置面25的洗衣房设备11的倾斜。
然后,调整各稳固构件13的高度以接近地面S。详细地说,将各稳固构件13的两颗螺钉66松动,独立地使各稳固构件13上升下降,使稳固构件13的底板61的下表面从上侧Z1与地面S进行面接触。当在底板61的下表面与地面S进行面接触的状态下,紧固螺钉66而将稳固构件13固定于主体部12时,结束稳固构件13的高度调整。
在进行了所有的稳固构件13的高度调整之后,在各稳固构件13中,从上侧Z1将螺母76拧入从底板61以及小板63的插入孔64往上侧Z1露出的稳固螺钉75的上端部。将螺母76使劲拧进去,各稳固构件13的底板61以及小板63就会被压向地面S。由此,稳固构件13固定成相对于地面S被往下侧Z2拉。
其结果是,支架10整体被固定成相对于地面S无法进行相对移动。由此,支架10不会摇晃,支架10的位置不会上下前后左右错开。另外,洗衣房设备11的振动难以传递给被固定而成稳固状态的支架10,固定的支架10能减弱洗衣房设备11的振动本身。
在稳固构件13固定于地面S的状态下,最后,在各调整腿14中,通过利用扳手等工具将可动螺母73紧固,从而仅使可动螺母73往上侧Z1移动。然后,当在可动螺母73从下侧Z2与主体部12的底面51接触后,再进一步拧紧可动螺母73时,通过调整腿14的基底部70被压向下侧Z2,从而各调整腿14朝地面S顶出。根据以上所述,结束支架10的设置。
此外,通过进一步拧紧可动螺母73使调整腿14朝地面S顶出,从而防止调整腿14的轴部71和主体部12的螺母45以及48(图3参照)之间的松动。
此处,由于固定于地面S的稳固构件13处于被拉向下侧Z2的状态,因此 对支架10作用向下的拉力T1。另一方面,由于在稳固构件13固定于地面S的状态下,调整腿14朝地面S顶出,因此还对支架10作用与来自地面S的反作用力对应的向上的拉力T2。这些向下的拉力T1以及向上的拉力T2使从洗衣房设备11传递给支架10的振动减弱。详细地说,即使从洗衣房设备11将振动传递给支架10,由于这些逆向的两个拉力T1以及T2维持在相互平衡的状态,因此可见其为迅速减弱输入的振动的结构。
根据以上所述,能减弱洗衣房设备11的运转过程中的洗衣房设备11以及支架10的整体的振动,并使洗衣房设备11的运转过程中的支架10的状态接近未载置洗衣房设备11时的状态。
图5是用于说明洗衣房设备11的设置的支架10的立体图。参照图5,支架10还包含安装于主体部12的载置面25的第二定位部80。第二定位部80是用于定位洗衣房设备11的部件,存在两个以构成左右一对。
参照图5中的左侧Y1的第二定位部80,各第二定位部80一体地包含:往上下方向Z延伸的左筋81、右筋82以及前筋83;盖体部84;左凸缘85;以及右凸缘86。
左筋81以及右筋82为左右方向Y上薄且从左右方向Y观察在前后方向X上的尺寸长的长方形小片,在左右方向Y上隔开间隔对置地配置。前筋83为前后方向X上薄且从前后方向X观察在左右方向Y上的尺寸长的长方形小片状,架设于左筋81以及右筋82的前端缘之间。
各第二定位部80具有:由左筋81以及右筋82的后端缘划分出的入口87;以及由一体化的左筋81、右筋82以及前筋83划分出的收纳空间88。入口87为左右方向Y上的尺寸长的长方形的开口,并且面对后侧X2。收纳空间88为上下方向Z上扁平的长方体状的空间,从入口87朝着前侧X1凹陷。
盖体部84为上下方向Z上的薄板状,通过将其后端缘在前侧X1切口形成大致U字状的凹部89,从而从上侧Z1观察形成为大致U字状。盖体部84与左筋81、右筋82以及前筋83各自的上端缘连接,从上侧Z1覆盖收纳空间88。另一方面,在第二定位部80单独存在的状态下,由于收纳空间88不被从下侧Z2堵塞,因此收纳空间88整体从入口87往后侧X2打开,并且也往下侧Z2打开。
左凸缘85以及右凸缘86为形成上下方向Z上薄且从上下方向Z观察在前后方向X上的尺寸长的长方形的板状。左凸缘85从左筋81的下端缘往左侧Y1 延伸,左凸缘85的前端部配置成露出到比左筋81更往前侧X1处。右凸缘86从右筋82的下端缘往右侧Y2延伸,右凸缘86的前端部比右筋82更往前侧X1露出地配置。
左凸缘85以及右凸缘86各自的前端部处一个一个地形成有在上下方向Z上贯穿各凸缘的圆形的插入孔90。左凸缘85以及右凸缘86各自的后端缘处一个一个地形成有从该后端缘往下侧Z2延伸之后折弯成大致直角的往后侧X2突出的爪91。俯视时,各爪91比主体部12的载置面25的前端部中的各贯穿孔55小。
以下,参照图5,对朝向设置在地面S之后的支架10上的洗衣房设备11的设置方法进行说明。在图5中,在设置结束后的状态下以实线图示出从洗衣房设备11的大致矩形的底面的四角往下侧Z2突出的四个腿95,在设置中途的状态下由虚线进行图示。由于四个腿95处于固定于洗衣房设备11的底面的状态,因此四只腿95的相对位置为固定。
各腿95一体地包含:构成其下端的上下方向Z上扁平的大致圆盘状的基底部96;以及俯视时从基底部96的中央往上侧Z1突出的轴部97。基底部96例如为树脂制,轴部97例如为金属制。
在支架10上设置洗衣房设备11时,首先,如图5中由虚线所示,从上侧Z1使洗衣房设备11的腿95放置于支架10的主体部12的载置面25的适当位置处。此时,在四只腿95中,只要使至少后侧X2的两腿95的基底部96不露出载置面25即可,剩余的前侧X1的两只腿95的基底部96露出载置面25也可以。
只要四只腿95全都被放置于载置面25,操作者就能暂时将手从洗衣房设备11拿开。但是,只要至少后侧X2的两只腿95放置于载置面25,即使在前侧X1的两只腿95脱离载置面25的状态下,操作者也能以很小的力气支起洗衣房设备11。
后侧X2的两只腿95之中,左侧Y1的腿95处于放置于主体部12的左侧上壁21的后端部的载置面25,并位于左侧Y1的第一定位部27的入口32的前侧X1的状态。后侧X2的两个腿95之中,右侧Y2的腿95处于放置于主体部12的右侧上壁22的后端部的载置面25,并位于右侧Y2的第一定位部27的入口32的前侧X1的状态。
接下来,通过抬起洗衣房设备11的前侧X1的一部分并往后侧X2推,为了进行洗衣房设备11的设置,使各腿95在载置面25上往后侧X2滑动。即使在 腿95滑动时,左侧Y1的腿95往右侧Y2错开,由于该处存在左侧Y1的防落构件26,因此也会通过防落构件26防止在载置面25上滑动的左右腿95从载置面25往右侧Y2掉落。另一方面,即使在腿95滑动时,右侧Y2的腿95往左侧Y1错开,由于该处存在右侧Y2的防落构件26,因此也会通过防落构件26防止在载置面25上滑动的左右腿95从载置面25往左侧Y1掉落。因此,能防止往支架10上设置过程中的洗衣房设备11的掉落。此外,防落构件26兼具为了往支架10上设置而引导往后侧X2移动的洗衣房设备11的功能。
而且,通过使各腿95继续滑动,从而在后侧X2的两只腿95中,将基底部96,如实线所示,从在左右方向Y上处于同一侧的第一定位部27的入口32插入收纳空间33内,将轴部97插入第一定位部27的盖体部31的凹部34内。轴部97在左右方向Y上错位的情况下,在盖体部31中,通过由凹部34的左右两侧的倾斜部35引导,从而插入凹部34内。
收纳空间33为从入口32朝着后侧X2凹陷的形状,并且由于处于从后侧X2由后筋30堵塞的状态,因此当基底部96从入口32放入收纳空间33内时,后侧X2的两只腿95无法往后侧X2移动太多,也不能往左右方向Y移动。由此,后侧X2的两只腿95由对应的第一定位部27在前后方向X以及左右方向Y上进行定位。
另外,在后侧X2的两只腿95由第一定位部27进行定位时,前侧X1的两只腿95之中,左侧的腿95的基底部96如实线所示,在前侧上壁19的左端部的载置面25上处于位于左右一对的贯穿孔55之间的状态。另外,前侧X1的两只腿95的右侧的腿95的基底部96如实线所示,在前侧上壁19的右端部的载置面25上处于位于左右一对的贯穿孔55之间的状态。
最后,在载置面25上将左右一对的第二定位部80安装在从各第一定位部27往前侧X1偏离的位置。具体地说,从上侧Z1使第二定位部80一个一个地放置于前侧上壁19的左右两端部的载置面25。此时,各第二定位部80配置成从上侧Z1覆盖位于该两端部的前侧X1的两只腿95的基底部96。由此,在前侧X1的两只腿95各自之中,基底部96被部分收纳于第二定位部80的收纳空间88中,轴部97成为从后侧X2插入盖体部84的凹部89的状态。
另外,在仅仅使第二定位部80放置于载置面25的状态下,在前侧上壁19的左右两端部的各自之中,在第二定位部80中,左右一对爪91从上侧Z1一个一个地嵌入载置面25的左右一对的贯穿孔55中,左右一对的插入孔90处于从 载置面25中的左右一对的螺纹孔56往前侧X1错开的状态。因此,当将各第二定位部80往后侧X2稍微错开时,左右一对的爪91在维持嵌入贯穿孔55的状态下,变得不能通过往后侧X2错开从而脱离贯穿孔55,左右一对的插入孔90俯视时一个一个地与左右一对的螺纹孔56一致。在该状态下,从上侧Z1将螺钉98一个一个地插入左右一对的插入孔90,拧入主体部12侧的螺纹孔56中,各第二定位部80就会固定于主体部12。此外,螺钉98为构成支架10的部件。
图6(a)是支架10以及设置在支架10上的洗衣房设备11的立体图,图6(b)是图6(a)中由虚线圆包围的部分的放大图,图6(c)是将图6(a)中由单点划线圆包围的部分放大并从其它方向观察的图。
当像上述那样将第二定位部80安装在载置面25上时,前侧X1的两只腿95的基底部96如图6(c)所示,成为完全收纳于第二定位部80的收纳空间88中的状态。收纳于收纳空间88中的基底部96能只从往后侧X2打开的入口87移出收纳空间88之外。另一方面,由于由第一定位部27进行了定位的后侧X2的两只腿95处于无法往后侧X2移动的状态(参照图6(b)),且所有的四只根腿95的相对位置固定,因此前侧X1的两只腿95的基底部96无法从第二定位部80的入口87往前侧X1移出。因此,在洗衣房设备11中,由第一定位部27进行定位的腿95以外的腿95成为在前后方向X以及左右方向Y这两个方向上由第二定位部80进行定位的状态。
到这里,结束往支架10上的洗衣房设备11的设置。在设置结束的洗衣房设备11中,由于所有的腿95由第一定位部27、第二定位部80进行定位,无法在前后方向X以及左右方向Y上移动,因此洗衣房设备11整体成为设置成相对于支架10在前后方向X以及左右方向Y的任一个方向上都无法进行相对移动的状态。
像上述那样,进行设置的操作者即使不维持抬起洗衣房设备的状态,通过暂时使洗衣房设备11的腿95放置于载置面25的适当位置,再使其在载置面25上滑动并由第一定位部27进行定位,然后将第二定位部80安装在载置面25上并定位其它的腿95,从而也能以较少的负担将洗衣房设备11设置在支架10上。其结果是,能实现洗衣房设备11的设置性能的提高。
另外,如图6(b)所示,由于通过作为第一定位部27的一部分的盖体部31从上侧Z1覆盖收纳空间33,能防止收纳空间33内的腿95的基底部96从收纳空间33往上侧Z1移开,因此能防止腿95从收纳空间33往上侧Z1移开所导 致的洗衣房设备11的掉落以及翻倒。
另外,第一定位部27的盖体部31的凹部34的周边部处于与由第一定位部27进行了定位的后侧X2的腿95的轴部97非接触的状态。由此,在洗衣房设备11的运转过程中,能防止腿95由于一边振动一边与盖体部31接触所导致的金属疲劳而破损,还能防止腿95的振动经由盖体部31传递给支架10。另外,由于腿95的基底部96多少有些游隙地收纳于收纳空间33内,因此在洗衣房设备11的运转过程中能防止振动从腿95过度地传递给支架10。因此,基底部96也与轴部97相同,优选与第一定位部27非接触。
与第一定位部27相同,如图6(c)所示,由于第二定位部80的盖体部84通过从上侧Z1覆盖收纳空间88,所以能防止收纳空间88内的腿95的基底部96从收纳空间88往上侧Z1移开,因此能防止腿95从收纳空间88往上侧Z1移开所导致的洗衣房设备11的掉落以及翻倒。
另外,在由第二定位部80进行了定位的前侧X1的两只腿95中,轴部97处于与盖体部84的凹部89的周边部非接触的状态。由此,在洗衣房设备11的运转过程中,能防止腿95由于一边振动一边与盖体部84接触所导致的金属疲劳而破损,还能防止腿95的振动经由盖体部84传递给支架10。另外,由于腿95的基底部96多少有些游隙地收纳于收纳空间88内,因此在洗衣房设备11的运转过程中能防止振动从腿95过度地传递给支架10。因此,基底部96也与轴部97相同,优选与第二定位部80非接触。
本发明不限于以上说明的实施方式,可以在权利要求所述的范围内进行各种变更。
例如,洗衣房设备11的各腿95能调整往下侧Z2突出的突出量,并且也可以通过调整各腿95的突出量,从而调整支架10上的洗衣房设备11的水平度。
另外,虽然将洗衣房设备11的腿95设为全部为四只,将后侧X2的两只腿95由第一定位部27进行了定位,将前侧X1的两只个腿95由第二定位部80进行了定位,然而在这些前后的腿95之间、前侧X1的两只腿95之间、以及后侧X2的两只腿95之间,也可以存在其它的腿95。在洗衣房设备11设置于支架10上的状态下,该其它的腿95既可以对支架10进行定位,也可以不进行定位而仅仅放置于支架10的载置面25。
另外,能在支架10上任意改变稳固构件13、调整腿14的数目。另外,虽然将第一定位部27以及第二定位部80各自设为了左右一对,然而只设置在左 右方向Y的单侧的结构也是可行的。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,包括:
    主体部,具有从上侧放置洗衣房设备的腿的平坦的载置面,并设置于地面上;
    第一定位部,具有设置于所述载置面上且面对沿着所述载置面的规定方向的一侧的入口和在所述规定方向上朝着与所述一侧相反的另一侧且从所述入口凹陷的收纳空间,并且将为了设置而在所述载置面上滑动的洗衣房设备的腿从所述入口放入所述收纳空间内进行定位;以及
    第二定位部,安装在所述载置面上从所述第一定位部往所述一侧偏离的位置上,并且将在洗衣房设备中由所述第一定位部定位的腿以外的腿进行定位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,包括:防落构件,从所述载置面往上侧突出并往所述规定方向延伸,防止在所述载置面上滑动的洗衣房设备的腿从所述载置面掉落。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,包括:盖体部,在与由所述第一定位部定位的洗衣房设备的腿非接触的状态下,作为所述第一定位部的一部分从上侧覆盖所述收纳空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3的任一项所述的洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,包括:
    稳固构件,设置于所述主体部,可调整高度以使其能接近地面,固定成在高度调整后相对于地面被往下侧拉;以及
    调整腿,设置成从所述主体部的底面往下侧突出并从上侧与地面抵接,为了调整所述载置面的水平度而能调整往地面突出的突出量,并且在所述稳固构件固定于地面上的状态下朝地面顶出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣房设备用的支架,其特征在于,
    所述主体部是具有上下贯穿所述主体部的内部空间的中空体,
    所述稳固构件配置于所述内部空间。
  6. 一种洗衣房设备用的支架的设置方法,其特征在于,
    其为权利要求4或5所述的洗衣房设备用的支架的设置方法,
    包括:
    将所述支架设置在地面上的步骤;
    通过调整所述调整腿的往地面突出的突出量来调整所述载置面的水平度的步骤;
    调整所述稳固构件的高度并将其固定在地面上的步骤;以及
    使所述调整腿朝地面顶出的步骤。
  7. 一种往洗衣房设备用的支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法,其特征在于,
    其为往权利要求1~5所述的洗衣房设备用的支架上的洗衣房设备的设置方法,
    包括:
    使洗衣房设备的腿从上侧放置于所述载置面上的步骤;
    使洗衣房设备的腿,通过在所述载置面上滑动,并从所述入口插入所述收纳空间内,从而由所述第一定位部进行定位的步骤;以及
    将所述第二定位部安装在所述载置面上,由所述第二定位部定位洗衣房设备中由所述第一定位部进行定位的腿以外的腿的步骤。
