Claims (6)
- 成形ドラムと、
その成形ドラムに支持され、成形ドラムの周面に接近する位置と周面から離間する位置との間を移動可能であって、接近位置において成形ドラムの周面上のフィラーを押さえ可能な押さえ部材と、
その押さえ部材と一体的に移動可能な被動部材と、
アクチュエータによって、前記被動部材から離間する位置と、被動部材と当接する位置との間を移動可能であって、前記押さえ部材を被動部材とともに成形ドラムの周面から離間する方向に移動させる作動部材と
を備えたビードユニット組立て装置。 - 前記成形ドラムは外周にバルーンを搭載し、バルーンの膨張によってフィラーがビードコアとともに起立される請求項1に記載のビードユニット組立て装置。
- 前記成形ドラムの中心を中心に放射方向に移動可能な移動部材を成形ドラムに支持し、前記押さえ部材を移動部材に支持した請求項1に記載のビードユニット組立て装置。
- 前記移動部材を成形ドラムの中心側に付勢する付勢部材を設けた請求項3に記載のビードユニット組立て装置。
- 前記押さえ部材を、成形ドラムの周面と対向する位置と、そこから退避する位置との間を移動可能に、前記移動部材に支持した請求項3に記載のビードユニット組立て装置。
- 前記カム作用を利用して、押さえ部材を、作用位置と退避位置との間で移動可能にした請求項5に記載のビードユニット組立て装置。
