Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dispersion in which metal oxide particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that zirconium oxide nanoparticles are used to produce a cured product for an optical member that is highly transparent, stable to heat, and excellent in yellowing resistance.
- a method for producing an inorganic fine particle dispersion by separately supplying a dispersant (for example, a phosphate ester surfactant), a dispersion medium, and finally a silane coupling agent is described.
- Patent Document 2 discloses that a phosphoric ester is used by using an inorganic oxide whose surface is modified with a specific silane coupling agent in order to produce a resin composite having excellent moldability, transparency and high refractive index. A method for producing an inorganic oxide dispersion to which a surfactant is added is described.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 if the metal oxide particles are surface-treated in order to enhance the dispersibility in the dispersion medium, these particles are relatively relatively immediately after the dispersion is prepared. Since the suspension is uniformly suspended in the dispersion medium, the transmittance of the dispersion tends to be high. However, if this dispersion is left as it is for about one week, there is a problem that the dispersion gelates or some particles in the dispersion agglomerate and the transmittance of the dispersion decreases. Long-term storage of was difficult.
- the present invention is a material having good compatibility with various dispersion media and having excellent dispersion stability, preferably even after 1 week or more has elapsed after preparation of the dispersion.
- the problem was to provide good materials.
- the present inventors have found that when dispersing metal oxide particles in a dispersion medium, an organic acid and an organic phosphorus compound and / or an organic sulfur compound having a specific structure. As a result, it was found that the compatibility with various dispersion media was improved and the dispersion stability was improved, and the present invention was completed.
