Abstract
Description
例えば、植物栽培用容器が配置される底板の上方に、格子状部材を配置し、格子状部材の上方に、下方を照らす照明器具が組み込まれた棚板を設けた構造が知られている。格子状部材と棚板は上下方向に位置調整可能となっている。
本実施形態のさらに他の観点によれば、植物を水耕栽培する複数の栽培トレーをそれぞれ収納する複数段の栽培ラックと、前記栽培トレーに対して液肥を供給するための、長さが可変で、前記栽培トレーのホース差込孔に向けて下端が差し込み可能な液肥ホースと、前記栽培ラックに前記液肥ホースを固定する取り付け具と、を有する植物栽培装置が提供される。
図1は、本実施形態に係る植物栽培装置の概要構成の一例を示す斜視図、図2は、本実施形態に係る植物栽培装置の一例を示す正面図である。

Claims (34)
- 第1の液肥を用いて植物を水耕栽培する第1の植物栽培装置と、
前記第1の植物栽培装置に設けられ、前記第1の液肥を供給する第1の供給路と、
前記第1の液肥とは成分の異なる第2の液肥を用いて植物を水耕栽培する第2の植物栽培装置と、
前記第2の植物栽培装置に設けられ、前記第2の液肥を供給する第2の供給路と、
前記植物を載せた栽培トレーを載置し、前記第1の植物栽培装置と前記第2の植物栽培装置との間で移動可能なトレー搬送器具と、
を有することを特徴とする、植物の水耕栽培システム。 - 前記第1の植物栽培装置と、前記第2の植物栽培装置とは、通路を挟んで向かい合わせの位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物の水耕栽培システム。
- 前記第1の植物栽培装置において、前記栽培トレーは複数段に取り付けられ、互いに着脱可能なホースを介して前記第1の供給路に直列に接続され、
前記第2の植物栽培装置において、前記栽培トレーは複数段に取り付けられ、互いに着脱可能なホースを介して前記第2の供給路に直列に接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の水耕栽培システム。 - 前記第1の植物栽培装置内に、前記トレー搬送器具を移動させるレールを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3いずれか1項に記載の水耕栽培システム。
- 前記第1の植物栽培装置と前記第2の植物栽培装置にて、一つの植物が成長する期間の中で、異なるタイミングの栽培を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の水耕栽培システム。
- 前記第2の液肥として、水を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の水耕栽培システム。
- 第1の供給路から供給された第1の液肥を用いて植物を水耕栽培し、該植物を載せた複数の栽培トレーが載置されたトレー搬送器具を搭載可能な第1の植物栽培装置と、第2の供給路から供給され、前記第1の液肥とは成分の異なる第2の液肥を用いて前記植物を水耕栽培し、前記トレー搬送器具を搭載可能な第2の植物栽培装置とが通路を挟んで向かい合わせに配置された水耕栽培システムを用いた水耕栽培方法であって、
前記植物を載せた複数の栽培トレーが載置されたトレー搬送器具ごと前記第1の植物栽培装置から取り出し、前記通路を介して前記第2の植物栽培装置に移動する
工程を有する水耕栽培方法。 - 前記移動する工程は、前記トレー搬送器具を前記第1の植物栽培装置から取り出し、前記第1の植物栽培装置に搭載された時と前記第2の植物栽培装置に搭載された時とで前記栽培トレーの同一の側面が前記通路に面するように前記トレー搬送器具ごと反転させ、前記通路を介して前記第2の植物栽培装置に移動することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の水耕栽培方法。
- 前記第1の植物栽培装置において、前記栽培トレーは、第1ホースを介して着脱可能に前記第1の供給路に接続され、前記移動する工程に先立って、前記第1の植物栽培装置に搭載された前記トレー搬送器具に載置された複数の前記栽培トレーのそれぞれから、接続された前記第1ホースを外す工程を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の水耕栽培方法。
- 前記トレー搬送器具を前記第2の植物栽培装置に移動した後に、前記栽培トレーのうち前記第1ホースが差し込まれていたのと同じ液肥導入領域に、前記第2の供給路に接続された第2ホースを着脱可能に差し込む工程を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の水耕栽培方法。
- 液肥を用いて植物を水耕栽培する植物栽培システムであって、
第1の植物栽培棚が配置されている領域と、第2の植物栽培棚が配置されている領域と、前記第1の植物栽培棚と前記第2の植物栽培棚との間の領域とを含む第1領域を有する第1の床と、
前記第1領域とは異なる第2領域を有し、通風孔を備えた第2の床と、
給気孔を有する天井から、前記通風孔を有する前記第2の床へ空気を循環させる空調設備と
を備えたことを特徴とする植物栽培システム。 - 植物を出し入れ可能な第1の植物栽培棚と、前記植物を出し入れ可能な第2の植物栽培棚と、前記第1の植物栽培棚と前記第2の植物栽培棚との間の領域とを含む第1領域と、
前記第1領域とは異なり、床に通風孔を有する第2領域と、
前記第1領域より前記第2領域に近い床下に設けられた排気管と、
給気孔を有する天井から、前記通風孔を有する前記床を介し、前記排気管へ空気を循環させるダウンフロー型クリーンルームと
を備えたことを特徴とする植物栽培システム。 - 前記第1の植物栽培棚には第1の液肥を用い、前記第2の植物栽培棚には第2の液肥を用いて前記植物を水耕栽培することを特徴とする請求項11又は請求項12に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記第1の液肥と前記第2の液肥とは、成分が異なる液肥であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記第2の液肥として、水を用いることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の水耕栽培システム。
- 前記第1領域の下には、前記第1の液肥または前記第2の液肥をブロックするブロック層を有することを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記第2領域は、前記第1の植物栽培棚から前記第2の植物栽培棚へ向かう方向と略平行に設置されることを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記第1の植物栽培棚と前記第2の植物栽培棚にて、一つの植物が成長する期間の中で、異なるタイミングの栽培を行うことを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記第1の植物栽培棚は第1照明器具を備え、前記第2の植物栽培棚は第2照明器具を備え、
前記第1照明器具を点灯している時に、前記第2照明器具を消灯させることを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培システム。 - 高さを調節可能に配置され、植物に人工光を照射する照明器具と、
前記照明器具の側面から突出する突出部と、
前記照明器具の側部外側に配置され、前記突出部を上下に移動可能に通すスリットを含む光反射板と、
を有する植物栽培装置。 - 前記突出部は、前記照明器具に電力を供給する配線ケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記光反射板の上部には、前記照明器具を支持する支持体の一部が入る切り欠き部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項20又は請求項21に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記光反射板の前記スリットの上部には、前記スリットを横切る掛け具が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項20乃至請求項22のいずれか一項に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 植物を水耕栽培する複数の栽培トレーをそれぞれ収納する複数段の栽培ラックと、
前記栽培トレーに対して液肥を供給するための、長さが可変で、前記栽培トレーのホース差込孔に向けて下端が差し込み可能な液肥ホースと、
前記栽培ラックに前記液肥ホースを固定する取り付け具と、
を有する植物栽培装置。 - 前記複数段の栽培ラックは、少なくとも3段以上備え、上段の一方の端部から中段の一方の端部に前記液肥ホースが接続され、中段の他方の端部から下段の他方の端部に他の液肥ホースが接続されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記液肥ホースは、上部ホースと、前記上部ホースが中に差し込まれる下部ホースとを有することを特徴とする請求項24又は請求項25に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記液肥ホースにおいて、少なくとも前記上部ホースは弾性を有し、湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記液肥ホースの上端には、漏斗状容器が接続されており、該漏斗状容器の上端開口径は、前記栽培トレーに設けられ、該栽培トレー内を流れる液肥が排出される排出口の口径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項27のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記液肥ホースの少なくとも上部は、漏斗状の形状を呈しており、該液肥ホースの上端開口径は、前記栽培トレーに設けられ、該栽培トレー内を流れる液肥が排出される排出口の口径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項27のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記液肥ホースの下端の側部には孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項24乃至29のいずれか1項に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記栽培トレーが載置され、前記栽培ラック内のレール上を摺動する摺動部を有するトレー搬送器具を含むことを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項30いずれか1項に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記トレー搬送器具には、前記栽培トレーを嵌め合わせる嵌合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 上部に開口を有し、液肥が供給される栽培容器と、
前記栽培容器の前記開口を覆い、長手方向にジグザグに間隔をおいて複数列設けられた複数の孔であって、植物の苗が植えられた栽培ポットがはめ込まれる栽培ポット嵌入孔が形成された板状の蓋体と、
を備えた栽培トレーを有する植物栽培装置。 - 前記蓋体において、複数の前記栽培ポット嵌入孔が形成される領域の外側であって、前記栽培容器内の液肥供給領域の上にはホース差込孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の植物栽培装置。
