下記(A)成分~(C)成分を含有し、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量が1~5質量%である粉末染毛剤組成物である。
(A)過炭酸ナトリウム。
(B)カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム。
(C)前記(B)成分以外の増粘剤。
上記課題を解決するための本願第2発明は、
前記粉末染毛剤組成物が、下記(1)及び/又は(2)の条件を満たす第1発明に記載の粉末染毛剤組成物である。
(1)前記(B)成分の使用時の含有量が0.8~3質量%である。
(2)前記(C)成分の使用時の含有量が0.4~1.5質量%である。
上記課題を解決するための本願第3発明は、
前記(B)成分と前記(C)成分の合計含有量が、使用時において1.5~3質量%である第1発明又は第2発明に記載の粉末染毛剤組成物である。
上記課題を解決するための本願第4発明は、
上記(A)成分~(C)成分を含有する粉末染毛剤組成物を用いる染毛方法であって、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量を1~5質量%として染毛する染毛方法である。
上記課題を解決するための本願第5発明は、
下記(3)及び/又は(4)の条件を満たす第4発明に記載の染毛方法である。
(3)前記(B)成分の使用時の含有量が0.8~3質量%である。
(4)前記(C)成分の使用時の含有量が0.4~1.5質量%である。
上記課題を解決するための本願第6発明は、
前記(B)成分と前記(C)成分の合計含有量が、使用時において1.5~3質量%である第4発明又は第5発明に記載の染毛方法である。
本願は、下記(A)成分~(C)成分を含有し、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量が1~5質量%である粉末染毛剤組成物を開示する。
(A)過炭酸ナトリウム。
(B)カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム。
(C)前記(B)成分以外の増粘剤。
上記(A)成分は、過炭酸ナトリウムである。本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物において、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量は1~5質量%である。当該含有量とすることで、深い黒色等深い色調の染毛を行いやすくなる。当該(A)成分の含有量が5質量%を超えると保存時の(A)成分量が過大となり、長期保存した場合の経時安定性が不十分となる。
上記(B)成分は、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムである。当該(B)成分を含有する粉末染毛剤組成物は水等の液体媒体に混合しても塊ができにくいという利点がある。言いかえれば、当該(B)成分を含有する粉末染毛剤組成物は水等の液体媒体への分散性・溶解性が良好である。
上記(C)成分は、前記(B)成分以外の増粘剤である。上記過炭酸ナトリウムと上記カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムとを併用したのみでは、長期保存した場合に使用時の粘度が低下するという問題がある。そこで、上記(B)成分以外の増粘剤を更に併用することで長期保存した場合の経時安定性を良好とする。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物において、使用時における上記(B)成分と上記(C)成分の合計含有量は特に限定されない。水等の液体媒体との混合性、毛髪への塗布時の操作性及び長期保存した場合の経時安定性をバランスよく向上する観点から、使用時における上記(B)成分と上記(C)成分の合計含有量は1.5~3質量%が好ましい。粉末の状態(保存時)では、上記(B)成分と上記(C)成分の合計含有量は18~40質量%としてよく、18~30質量%としてもよい。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は、上記(A)成分の他、任意の酸化剤を含有して良い。当該任意の酸化剤として、例えば、過炭酸カリウム、各種の過ホウ酸塩、各種の過酸化物塩、各種の硫酸塩の過酸化水素付加物、各種のリン酸塩の過酸化水素付加物、各種のピロリン酸塩の過酸化水素付加物、過酸化尿素、過酸化メラミン、各種の過臭酸塩、各種の過マンガン酸塩等が挙げられる。
通常、粉末染毛剤組成物はアルカリ剤を含有する。本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は必須成分として過炭酸ナトリウムを含有する。水等の液体媒体と混合されると粉末の過炭酸ナトリウムは分解されてアルカリ剤である炭酸ナトリウムが生成する。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は酸化染料を含有してよい。当該酸化染料は主要中間体からなり、又は主要中間体とカプラーからなる。本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物には、粉末として調製できる主要中間体及びカプラーから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有できる。上記過炭酸ナトリウムは比較的反応性が高いので、長期保存した場合でも良好に染毛する観点から、硫酸塩である酸化染料が好ましい。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は、上記した成分の他、任意の成分を適宜含有して良い。例えば、分散剤、油分、硫酸ナトリウム、界面活性剤、ポリペプタイド、pH調整剤等を適宜に選択して適量配合することができる。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は常法に従って調製可能である。粉末染毛剤組成物が常温で流動性を有する液状の油分を含有する場合は、例えば、当該油分以外の各原料粉末を乾燥後、混合して、油分を噴霧することにより、粉末染毛剤組成物を製造することができる。
本願が開示する粉末染毛剤組成物は、使用時には水等の液体媒体に混合してから毛髪に適用する。当該液体媒体として、好ましくは水道水、精製水、脱イオン水、蒸留水等の水や水をベースとした液体媒体である。より好ましくは水である。
以上のとおり、本願は、上記(A)成分~(C)成分を含有する粉末染毛剤組成物を用いる染毛方法であって、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量を1~5質量%として染毛する染毛方法をも開示する。
表に記載された各成分の含有量をあらわす数値の単位は質量%である。
「使用時のA成分含有量」の欄には、染毛剤塗布液中の(A)成分の含有量を記載した。
「使用時のB成分とC成分合計含有量」欄には、染毛剤塗布液中の(B)成分と(C)成分の合計含有量を記載した。
「B/C」欄には粉末染毛剤組成物中の(B)成分と(C)成分の質量基準の含有比を記載した。当該含有比は、染毛剤塗布液中でも維持されることとなる。
「粘度」欄に記載した数値の単位はmPa・sである。当該粘度は、調製直後の粉末染毛剤組成物を用い、質量基準の混合比「粉末染毛剤組成物:水=1:10」で調製した染毛剤塗布液の粘度である。
粘度はB型粘度計(VISCOMETER TV-10(東機産業株式会社製))を用いて、25℃、1分間、回転速度:12rpm、4号ローター使用の条件下で測定した。
下記表1~表2に記載の実施例1~13及び下記表3に示す比較例1~3に係る1剤式の粉末染毛剤組成物を常法により調製した。実施例13は毛髪脱色剤であり、他の各実施例及び各比較例は酸化染毛剤である。
実施例1~13及び比較例1~3に係る調製直後の各粉末染毛剤組成物3gに水30mlを加えて混合した。当該混合比は、質量基準で、粉末染毛剤組成物:水=1:10である。この時の混合性を以下の基準により評価した。
5:均一によく混合できる。
4:ほとんど均一に混合できる。
3:混合できる。
2:やや混合しにくい。
1:混合しにくく、不均一である。
実施例1~13及び比較例1~3に係る調製直後の各粉末染毛剤組成物3gに水30mlを加えて混合し、染毛剤塗布液を得た。各染毛剤塗布液を刷毛を用いてヒトの頭髪に塗布する操作において、以下の基準により操作性を評価した。
5:刷毛で非常に取りやすく、頭髪への伸びが良好。
4:刷毛で取りやすく、頭髪への伸びが良好。
3:刷毛で取ることが可能で、頭髪への伸びが良好。
2:刷毛で取りにくい。
1:刷毛で取りにくく、頭髪への伸びが不十分。
上記操作性試験で染毛剤塗布液を適量塗布した頭髪を30℃下で30分間放置した。その後、染毛剤塗布液を洗い流し、シャンプーによる洗髪及びリンスによるトリートメント処理を各1回行った後、ドライヤーで頭髪を乾燥させてから染毛力を目視で評価した。
実施例1~13及び比較例1~3に係る、調製直後の各粉末染毛剤組成物(調製時品)3gに水30mlを加えて混合し、染毛剤塗布液を得た。また、50℃において1ヶ月間保存した後の、実施例1~13及び比較例1~3に係る各粉末染毛剤組成物(50℃保存品)3gに水30mlを加えて混合し、染毛剤塗布液を得た。各染毛剤塗布液を刷毛を用いて頭髪に塗布する操作において、上記調製時品と上記50℃保存品との操作性及び粘度を対比し、以下の基準により経時安定性を評価した。
5:調製時品と50℃保存品で同等の粘度及び操作性である。
4:50℃保存品は、調製時品より粘度が少し低下し、操作性は同等である。
3:50℃保存品は、調製時品より粘度が低下するが、操作性は問題ない。
2:50℃保存品は、調製時品より粘度が低下し、操作性がやや劣る。
1:50℃保存品は、調製時品より粘度が低下し、垂れ落ちする。
本願各実施例は、(A)成分~(C)成分を含有し、かつ、(A)成分の使用時の含有量を一定の範囲内としたことで、混合性、操作性及び経時安定性がバランス良く良好となったと考えられた。
Claims (3)
- 下記(A)成分~(C)成分を含有し、当該(A)成分の使用時の含有量が1~5質量%である粉末染毛剤組成物。
(A)過炭酸ナトリウム。
(B)カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム。
(C)前記(B)成分以外の増粘剤。 - 前記粉末染毛剤組成物が、下記(1)及び/又は(2)の条件を満たす請求項1に記載の粉末染毛剤組成物。
(1)前記(B)成分の使用時の含有量が0.8~3質量%である。
(2)前記(C)成分の使用時の含有量が0.4~1.5質量%である。 - 前記(B)成分と前記(C)成分の合計含有量が、使用時において1.5~3質量%である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の粉末染毛剤組成物。
