Abstract
Description
(1)上述の実施形態では、七つの第1連通孔の外部側の開口の開口面に対する垂直な方向は、同一平面上に形成されるとした。しかしながら、同一平面上に形成されなくてもよい。燃料ポンプの中心軸が天地方向に対して傾いたとき、少なくとも一つの方向が地側に向くよう形成されればよい。
Claims (6)
- 燃料を内部に吸入する吸入口(61)、及び、燃料を外部に吐出する吐出口(422)を有するポンプケース(20、40、60)と、
複数の巻線(161、163)が巻回され、前記ポンプケース(20、40、60)の内部に収容される筒状のステータ(10)と、
前記ステータ(10)の径方向内側に回転可能に設けられるロータ(50)と、
前記ロータ(50)と同軸に設けられ、前記ロータ(50)と一体に回転するシャフト(52)と、
前記シャフト(52)の一方の端部(522)に設けられ、前記シャフト(52)とともに回転すると、前記吸入口(61)から流入した燃料を加圧し前記吐出口(422)から吐出するインペラ(65)と、
前記ポンプケース(20、40、60)に設けられ、前記複数の巻線(161、163)に供給される電力を受電する複数の接続端子(37~39)を収容する収容室(450)、及び、前記収容室(450)の内部と外部の間をそれぞれ連通する複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)を有する電気コネクタ部(45)と、
を備え、
前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)は、前記ポンプケース(20、40、60)の中心軸(O)が天地方向に対して傾くと、外部側の開口(81~88)が形成する開口面(P81~P88)に対する垂直な方向(D81~D88)の少なくとも一つが地側に向くよう形成されている燃料ポンプ。 - 前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)は、前記電気コネクタ部(45)の地側の部分に形成されている請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記収容室(450)の地側の底壁(381、382)は、前記複数の接続端子(37~39)のそれぞれの位置から前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)のうちの少なくとも1つに向かって天側から地側に下方に傾斜するよう形成されている請求項1または2に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)のうちの少なくとも2つを形成する複数の側壁(812、821、822、831、832、841)は、互いに平行に形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 前記電気コネクタ部(45)は、前記収容室(450)を複数の区画室(451~453)に区画する少なくとも1つの隔壁(491、492)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの隔壁(491、492)は、前記複数の区画室(451~453)のうちの対応する互いに隣接する2つの間を連通する第2連通孔(493、494)を有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ポンプ。 - 前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ポンプケース(20、40、60)の前記中心軸(O)に向かって径方向内側に開口し、前記複数の第1連通孔(461~464、476~478)のうちの別の少なくとも1つは、前記ポンプケース(20、40、60)の前記中心軸(O)から離間する径方向外側に開口している請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ポンプ。
