- the embodiment of the present invention in a polymerizable composition comprising two pastes, is excellent in storage stability while using a peroxy compound and a barbituric acid compound, and does not contain a plasticizer that dissolves in the oral cavity. It is a paste-like polymerizable composition having excellent characteristics.

Abstract
Description
(i)成分の水は第1ペースト中に0.05~5重量%配合されることが好ましく、0.05重量%未満では(c)成分のアミノカルボン酸系キレート剤がエチレンジアミン四酢酸又はその塩である場合に、十分に第1ペースト中に配合することが難しい場合があり、5重量%を超えると重合後の組成物の強度に悪影響を与える虞がある。
デカン酸-クメン-ペルオキシエステル、ピバル酸-第三アミル-ペルオキシエステル及びピバル酸-第三ブチル-ペルオキシエステル、クメンヒドロペルオキシド、1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチルヒドロペルオキシド、ジイソプロピルベンゼンヒドロペルオキシド、第三ブチルヒドロペルオキシド、パラ-メンタンヒドロペルオキシドである。
第1ペースト0.25gと第2ペースト0.2gを10秒間練和し、直径6.5mm×高さ5mmの金属型に充填し、T型熱電対にて練和物の温度変化を測定した。

本発明の実施形態は、歯科治療において使用される重合性組成物に関し、より詳しくはペルオキシ化合物とバルビツール酸化合物を含みながら保存安定性の高い2ペースト状の重合性組成物に関する。
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物、
(b)バルビツール酸化合物、
(c)アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、
(d)ペルオキシ化合物、
(e)フィラー
を含み、可塑剤を含まない第1ペーストと、
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物
(g)有機ハロゲン化合物
(h)有機金属化合物
(e)フィラー
を含み可塑剤を含まない第2ペースト
とから構成されることを特徴とする2ペースト状の重合性組成物である。
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物 50~95重量,
(b)バルビツール酸化合物 0.1~2重量%,
(c)アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤 0.00001~2重量%,
(d)ペルオキシ化合物 0.05~2重量%,
(e)フィラー 3~45重量%
を含み、可塑剤を含まない第1ペーストと、
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物 45~95重量%,
(g)有機ハロゲン化合物 0.001~2重量%,
(h)有機金属化合物 0.001~0.2重量%,
(e)フィラー 3~50重量%
を含み可塑剤を含まない第2ペースト
とから構成される例示的な実施形態(1)に記載の2ペースト状の重合性組成物である。
更に第1ペーストに(i)水を含む例示的な実施形態(1)に記載の2ペースト状の重合性組成物である。
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物 50~95重量,
(b)バルビツール酸化合物 0.1~2重量%,
(c)アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤 0.00001~2重量%,
(d)ペルオキシ化合物 0.05~2重量%,
(e)フィラー 3~45重量%
(i)水 0.05~5重量%,
を含み、可塑剤を含まない第1ペーストと、
(a)(メタ)アクリレート化合物 45~95重量%,
(g)有機ハロゲン化合物 0.001~2重量%,
(h)有機金属化合物 0.001~0.2重量%,
(e)フィラー 3~50重量%を含み可塑剤を含まない第2ペースト
とから構成される例示的な実施形態(3)に記載の2ペースト状の重合性組成物である。
Claims (9)
- 重合性組成物であって、
アクリレート化合物及びメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、バルビツール酸化合物、アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、ペルオキシ化合物、並びにフィラーを含む、重合性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の重合性組成物において、
前記重合性組成物における前記アクリレート化合物及びメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、並びに前記フィラーの含有率は、それぞれ、50質量%から95質量%まで、0.1質量%から2質量%まで、0.00001質量%から2質量%まで、0.05質量%から2質量%まで、及び3質量%から45質量%までであると共に、
前記重合性組成物における前記アクリレート化合物及びメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、並びに前記フィラーの含有率の合計は、100質量%以下である、
重合性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の重合性組成物であって、
さらに水を含む、重合性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の重合性組成物であって、
さらに水を含むと共に、
前記重合性組成物における前記アクリレート化合物及びメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、前記フィラー、並びに前記水の含有率は、それぞれ、50質量%から95質量%まで、0.1質量%から2質量%まで、0.00001質量%から2質量%まで、0.05質量%から2質量%まで、3質量%から45質量%まで、及び0.05質量%から5重量%までであると共に、
前記重合性組成物における前記アクリレート化合物及びメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、前記フィラー、並びに前記水の含有率の合計は、100質量%以下である、
重合性組成物。 - 重合性組成物のキットであって、
第一の重合性組成物及び第二の重合性組成物を含むと共に、
前記第一の重合性組成物は、第一のアクリレート化合物及び第一のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、バルビツール酸化合物、アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、ペルオキシ化合物、並びに第一のフィラーを含むと共に、
前記第二の重合性組成物は、第二のアクリレート化合物及び第二のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、有機ハロゲン化合物、有機金属化合物、及び第二のフィラーを含む、
重合性組成物のキット。 - 請求項5に記載の重合性組成物のキットにおいて、
前記第一の重合性組成物における前記第一のアクリレート化合物及び前記第一のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、並びに前記第一のフィラーの含有率は、それぞれ、50質量%から95質量%まで、0.1質量%から2質量%まで、0.00001質量%から2質量%まで、0.05質量%から2質量%まで、及び3質量%から45質量%までであると共に、
前記第一の重合性組成物における前記第一のアクリレート化合物及び前記第一のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、並びに前記第一のフィラーの含有率の合計は、100質量%以下である、

前記第一の重合性組成物における前記第一のアクリレート化合物及び前記第一のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、前記第一のフィラー、並びに前記水の含有率は、それぞれ、50質量%から95質量%まで、0.1質量%から2質量%まで、0.00001質量%から2質量%まで、0.05質量%から2質量%まで、3質量%から45質量%まで、及び0.05質量%から5重量%までであると共に、
前記第一の重合性組成物における前記第一のアクリレート化合物及び前記第一のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記バルビツール酸化合物、前記アミノカルボン酸系キレート剤、前記ペルオキシ化合物、前記第一のフィラー、並びに前記水の含有率の合計は、100質量%以下である、

前記第二の重合性組成物における前記第二のアクリレート化合物及び前記第二のメタクリレート化合物の少なくとも一つ、前記有機ハロゲン化合物、前記有機金属化合物、及び前記第二のフィラーの含有率の合計は、100質量%以下である、
