Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の室内機の分解斜視図である。ここで、図1における上方側(鉛直方向)を上側とし、下方側を下側として説明する。本実施の形態における空気調和装置の室内機は、冷媒配管により室外機と接続し、冷媒を循環して冷凍、空気調和等を行う冷媒回路を構成する。また、本実施の形態の室内機は、天井埋め込み型の室内機であるとし、その例として四方向カセット形の室内機について説明する。
図6は本発明の実施の形態2に係る昇降電気品箱11を化粧パネル3に取り付けた状態を示す斜視図である。図6において、昇降電気品箱11は、室内機が有する送風機等を駆動させる駆動回路等の電気品(図示せず)が収容されている箱(筐体)である。例えば、吸込みグリル4を外し、昇降電気品箱11を回動させることにより、電気品を箱ごと昇降させることができる。
図7は本発明の実施の形態3に係る冷凍サイクル装置の構成例を表す図である。ここで、図7では冷凍サイクル装置として空気調和装置を示している。図7の空気調和装置は、室外機(室外ユニット)300と、実施の形態1及び実施の形態2において説明した室内機(室内ユニット)200とをガス冷媒配管400、液冷媒配管500により配管接続する。室外機300は、圧縮機311、四方弁312、室外熱交換器313及び膨張弁314を有している。

- 設置されたときに下面となる側に開口部分を有する筐体と、
該筐体の前記開口部分に対応して矩形状となるように開口する吸込口を有し、前記筐体の下面側に取り付けられる化粧パネルとを備え、
前記化粧パネルは、前記吸込口の縁となる四辺の対向する二辺で構成する組のうち、いずれかの組において、各辺の中点となる位置よりも一方の頂点側に寄せた位置に、それぞれ相対するように取り付けられた仮掛けレバーを有し、
前記筐体は、前記開口部分の縁部分に、前記仮掛けレバーに対応した仮掛けフックを有することを特徴とする室内機。 - 前記仮掛けレバーは、
前記仮掛けフックに引っ掛ける引掛け部と、
前記引掛け部を回動させるために指を添えることができる操作部と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の室内機。 - 回動させた前記仮掛けレバーを係止させる突起部を前記吸込口の縁にさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の室内機。
- 前記化粧パネルに電気品箱が取り付けられた頂点側に前記仮掛けレバーを取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の室内機。
- 前記仮掛けフックに仮掛けレバーを掛けた後、前記筐体と前記化粧パネルとをねじで固定することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の室内機。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の室内機と、室外機とを備え、
冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機と、熱交換により前記冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器と、凝縮に係る冷媒を減圧させるための絞り装置と、減圧に係る冷媒と空気とを熱交換して前記冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器とを配管接続して冷媒回路を構成することを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
