Claims (15)
- Hebevorrichtung zum Heben und Senken von Fahrzeugen, mit einem auf und ab bewegbaren Träger (17), an dem zumindest ein längenverstellbarer Tragarm (21) um eine Schwenkachse (22) an dem Träger (17) schwenkbar gelagert ist und ein freies Ende des Tragarmes (21) unter das Fahrzeug zum Stützpunkt des Fahrzeugs bewegbar ist, wobei der längenverstellbare Tragarm (21) einen Tragarmkörper (52) aufweist, der zumindest ein eine Verlängerung bildendes Tragarmstück (58, 59) ausziehbar aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (17) einen oberen und unteren Trägerabschnitt (48, 49) umfasst, zu dem der Tragarmkörper (52) mit einer Schwenkanordnung (50) drehbar gelagert ist, welche durch ein oberes und unteres Schwenklager (55, 70) gebildet ist, das einen Innenraum des Tragarmkörpers (52) für zumindest ein darin positionierbares Tragarmstück (58, 59) freigibt.
- Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere und untere Schwenklager (55, 70) in einer gemeinsamen Schwenkachse (22) liegen, welche sich durch den Innenraum des Tragarmkörpers (52) erstreckt.
- Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Schwenklager (55, 70) als Schwenkbolzen (61, 71) ausgebildet ist und die durch die Schwenkbolzen (61, 71) gebildete Schwenkachse (22) zwischen dem Träger (17) und dem Tragarmkörper (52) im Innenraum des Tragarmkörpers (52) unterbrochen ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Schwenklager (55) durch einen oberen Schwenkbolzen (61) gebildet ist und der Tragarmkörper (52) zum oberen Trägerabschnitt (48) durch den oberen Schwenkbolzen (61) hängend gelagert ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Schwenklager (70) durch einen weiteren Schwenkbolzen (71) gebildet ist und der Tragarmkörper (52) am unteren Trägerabschnitt (49) durch den unteren Schwenkbolzen (71) zur Schwenkachse (28) fluchtend geführt ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarmkörper (52) ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse (63) aufweist, welches an einer oberen Gehäusewand (54) eine Bohrung (56) aufweist, in welcher der obere Schwenkbolzen (61) zur Aufnahme des Tragarmkörpers (52) eingreift und im Innenraum des Tragarmkörpers (52) die obere Gehäusewand (54) mit einer Schulter (62) hintergreift.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Schwenkbolzen (61) eine oberhalb einer Oberseite des oberen Trägerabschnitts (48) angeordnete Nut (63) aufweist, in welcher eine Schwenkbolzen-sicherung (64) eingreift.
- Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbolzensicherung (64) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist, welche einen U-förmigen Halteabschnitt (68) aufweist, der in die Nut (63) des oberen Schwenkbolzens (61) eingreift.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere und untere Schwenkbolzen (61, 71) jeweils vom Innenraum des Tragarmkörpers (72) her oder von außen oder wahlweise von innen und/oder außen in die Bohrung (56) an der oberen und unteren Gehäusewand (54, 52) des Tragarmkörpers (52) und in eine korrespondierende Bohrung (56) in dem oberen und unteren Trägerabschnitt (48, 49) einsetzbar sind.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewänden (54, 72, 75, 76), vorzugsweise an jeder Gehäusewand (54, 72, 75, 76) des Tragarmkörpers (52), zumindest ein Führungs- und/oder Gleitelement (77) vorgesehen ist, durch welches das erste Tragarmstück (58) verfahrbar in dem Tragarmkörper (52) geführt ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Tragarmstücke (58, 59) teleskopartig in dem Tragarmkörper (52) anordenbar sind.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils an einem vorderen und hinteren Ende oder Bereich des Tragarmstücks (58, 59) ein Anschlag (84) zur Begrenzung des Ausfahrweges und/oder des Einfahrweges der Tragarmstücke (58, 59) vorgesehen ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbolzen (61, 71) zumindest eine Schmiermittelzuführung (77) aufweisen, die von außen zugänglich sind und zumindest einen zur Lagerstelle insbesondere Balg (56), führenden Schmiermittelkanal umfassen.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarmkörper (52) an einer in Ausziehrichtung des Tragarmstückes (58, 59) vorderen unteren Gehäusewand (72) eine Rollenführung (83) aufweist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Tragarmstück (58, 59) zumindest eine Rollenführung (83) vorgesehen ist, welche eine Ein- und Ausfahrbewegung unterstützt und bei einer Lastaufnahme außer Funktion tritt.
