- the proportional solenoid valve 09 is opened above a predetermined level, and the rotation speed of the fan 03 is reduced to the lower limit rotation speed of the normal operation range to operate the igniter 010. Then, the first on-off valve 081 is opened and the second on-off valve 082 is closed. Next, the first on-off valve 081 is closed and the second on-off valve 082 is opened. After a predetermined time has elapsed, it is determined based on the output of the thermocouple 011 whether the gas burner 05 has been extinguished. By this series of control, the check of the first on-off valve 081 ends.
- the first on-off valve 081 is closed and the second on-off valve 082 is opened.

- the fuel gas pressure does not act on the second safety shutoff valve 82 and the gas removal valve 83, so it can not be determined whether there is a gas leak at this time ( ⁇ ). Therefore, it can be determined that the first safety shutoff valve 81 has no gas leak (o).
- the first safety shutoff valve 81 leaks gas ( ⁇ mark), and the second safety shutoff valve 82 leaks gas Indicates that there is no Moreover, since the 1st pressure gauge P1 pressure
- the first safety shutoff valve 81 is closed and opened. In this state, the pressure of the combustion gas staying on the upstream side of the first safety shutoff valve 81 acts on the second safety shutoff valve 82 and the gas removal valve 83. Therefore, since the fuel gas pressure on the upstream side of the first pressure gauge P1 acts on the first pressure gauge P1, the pressure is increased. If the second and third pressure gauges P2 and P3 do not change, it is determined that the second safety shutoff valve 82 and the gas removal valve 83 have no gas leak. In this case, the indicated value (pressure) of the first pressure gauge P1 is the gas supply pressure.
- the pressure of the first pressure gauge P1 is once increased, the pressure is reduced, and if the pressure of the second and third pressure gauges P2 and P3 is increased, it is determined that at least the second safety shutoff valve 82 is leaking gas. Furthermore, when the pressure of the first pressure gauge P1 drops and the second and third pressure gauges P2 and P3 do not change, It is determined that the gas removal valve 83 has a gas leak.
- the first safety shutoff valve 81 is closed from the open state. Accordingly, the fuel gas is trapped between the first and second safety shutoff valves 81 and 82 and the gas vent valve 83 (maintaining the fuel gas pressure). If there is no change in the first, second and third pressure gauges P1, P2 and P3, it can be judged that there is no gas leak in the first and second safety shutoff valves 81 and 82 and the gas removal valve 83.
- the pressure gauge is disposed, and the gas leak check is performed in the above-described procedure, thereby double-checking, double-checking the gas leaks of the first and second safety shutoff valves 81 and 82 and the gas vent valve 83.
- the controller 2 is activated by the gas leakage check S / W 86 which is the activation switch, and the first safety shut-off valve 81, the second safety shut-off valve 82, and the gas removal valve 83 are set in the order set.
- the first safety shut-off valve 81, the second safety shut-off valve 82, and the gas vent valve 83 are manually operated through the operation steps 1 to 3, the same effect can be obtained. Can.
- the fuel gas leaks of the first and second safety shutoff valves 81 and 82 and the gas removal valve 83 are double-checked twice, and after stopping the gas internal combustion engine, before ignition is started again.
