Description

空気通路開閉装置 関連出願の相互参照
 本開示は、2013年2月20日に出願された日本出願番号2013-31373号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
 本開示は、スライドドアにより空気通路の開口部を開閉する空気通路開閉装置に関する。
 特許文献1が開示する空気通路開閉装置では、車両用空調装置の一要素である可撓性を持ったスライドドアを用いている。スライドドアの自然状態における曲率半径を空調ケースのガイド溝の曲率半径より大きくすることで、スライドドアに反力を持たせている。これによってスライドドアをガイド溝にて保持し、スライドドアの振動異音を防止している。
特開2010-847号公報
 スライドドアの駆動スペースを空調ケースの外壁に沿わせるために、ガイド溝の曲率半径を大きくすることが考えられる。しかし、ガイド溝の曲率半径を大きくすると、スライドドアとガイド溝との曲率半径の差が小さくなり、スライドドアにガイド溝から発生する反力が減少する。反力が減少すると、スライドドアが車両の振動によってガイド溝内で振動しやすくなる。このように曲率半径を大きくすると、振動異音が発生しやすくなる虞がある。
 本開示は、ガイド溝の曲率半径を大きくしてもスライドドアの振動を抑制することができる空気通路開閉装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の一例において、空気通路開閉装置は、スライドドアとガイド溝とを備える。スライドドアは、内部に空気通路を形成する空調ケース内にスライド移動可能に配置された板状部を有し、前記板状部により前記空気通路を開閉する。ガイド溝は、前記板状部よりも風上側にて前記板状部の移動方向に延びるように前記空調ケースに形成された風上側壁部、および前記板状部よりも風下側にて前記風上側壁部と対向するように前記空調ケースに形成された風下側壁部を有し、前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部によって前記板状部の移動をガイドする。前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部は、風下に向かって凸となるように湾曲する。前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部の曲率半径は、前記板状部に外力が作用していない状態における前記板状部の曲率半径よりも小さく設定される。前記板状部は、前記移動方向の中間部に位置し、前記風上側壁部に当接する第1当接部と、前記移動方向において前記第1当接部の両側に位置し、前記風上側壁部または前記風下側壁部の一方の壁部に当接することで弾性変形している2つの第2当接部と、前記移動方向において前記第1当接部の両側に位置し、前記第2当接部が前記弾性変形していることによって前記第2当接部が当接していない他方の壁部に押し当てられて当接する2つの第3当接部と、を含む。
 風上側壁部および風下側壁部は、風下に向かって凸となるように湾曲し、外力が作用していない状態の板状部の曲率半径よりも小さく設定される。板状部は、第1当接部が風上側壁部に当接し、第2当接部が風上側壁部または風下側壁部に当接することで弾性変形している。第3当接部は、第2当接部が弾性変形していることによって第2当接部が当接していない他方の壁部に押し当てられて当接する。このように第2当接部は単に風上側壁部または風下側壁部に当接しているわけではなく、弾性変形した状態で当接している。弾性変形しているので、復元力によって第3当接部が他方の壁部に押し当てられている。したがって単に第2当接部および第3当接部が風上側壁部および風下側壁部に当接している状態よりも、より安定してガイド溝に配置された状態にある。また第1当接部は移動方向の中間部に位置し、2つの第2当接部および2つの第3当接部は移動方向において第1当接部の両側に位置する。したがって板状部は、2つの第2当接部および第3当接部と第1当接部とで支持されているので、板状部はガイド溝に安定して支持されている。これによってガイド溝および板状部の曲率半径が大きい場合であっても、ガイド溝に安定して支持されるので、スライドドアの振動を抑制することができる。

 以下、図面を参照しながら本開示を実施するための形態を、複数の形態について説明する。各実施形態で先行する実施形態で説明している事項に対応している部分には同一の参照符を付すか、または先行の参照符号に一文字追加し、重複する説明を略する場合がある。また各実施形態にて構成の一部を説明している場合、構成の他の部分は、先行して説明している実施形態と同様とする。各実施形態で具体的に説明している部分の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、実施形態同士を部分的に組合せることも可能である。
 (第1実施形態)
 第1実施形態に関して、図1~図5を用いて説明する。本実施形態は、空気通路開閉装置を、車両用空調装置に適用したものである。車両搭載状態での各方向を、図中の上下前後左右の矢印で示す。
 室内ユニット10は、車室内最前部のインストルメントパネルの内側奥部において、車両左右方向(車両幅方向)の略中央部に配置されている。室内ユニット10は、その外殻を形成するとともに、車室内へ向かって送風される空調用空気の空気通路を形成する空調ケース11を有している。この空調ケース11は、ある程度の弾性を有し、強度的にも優れた樹脂(例えば、ポリプロピレン)にて成形されている。
 さらに空調ケース11は、車両左右方向の略中央部に、車両上下方向に走る分割面を有しており、この分割面で左右2つのケーシング部に分割できる。そして、この左右2つのケーシング部は、その内部に後述する空気フィルタ14、蒸発器13、ヒータコア15などの各構成機器を収容した状態で、金属ばね、クリップ、ねじなどの締結手段によって一体に結合されている。
 図1に示すように、空調ケース11の車両前方側かつ上方側であって、空調ケース11に形成された空気通路の最上流部には、内気(車室内空気)と外気(車室外空気)とを切替導入する内外気切替部12が設けられている。この内外気切替部12には、空調ケース11内に内気を導入させる内気導入口11aおよび外気を導入させる外気導入口11bが形成されている。
 そして、内外気切替部12の内部には、内気導入口11aおよび外気導入口11bを切替開閉する内外気切替ドア12aが回動自在に配置されている。具体的にこの内外気切替ドア12aは、板状の基板部12bの一端側に、車両左右方向に延びる回動軸12cが一体に結合された、いわゆる片持ちドアとなっている。
 内外気切替部12では、図示しないサーボモータなどのアクチュエータによって回動軸12cを回転させ、基板部12bを回動変位させることにより、内気導入口11aと外気導入口11bとの開口比率を連続的に可変できるようになっている。内外気切替部12の空気流れ下流側には、蒸発器13が配置されている。
 蒸発器13は、図示しない周知の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクルを構成する機器の1つであり、冷凍サイクル内の低圧冷媒を蒸発させて吸熱作用を発揮させることで、空調用空気を冷却する冷却用熱交換器である。蒸発器13は、複数本のチューブおよび熱交換フィンからなるコア部13aの上下方向の両端に、タンク部13bを配置することで構成され、全体として扁平形状を有している。また、蒸発器13は、扁平な通風面を車両前後方向に向けて配置されている。
 蒸発器13の複数本のチューブは、左右方向に並行に配置されてそれぞれ冷媒を流すものであり、熱交換フィンはチューブ内の冷媒とチューブ外の空調用空気との熱交換を促進させるものである。タンク部13bは、複数本のチューブの上下それぞれに配置され、複数本のチューブに対して冷媒を分配し、複数本のチューブからの冷媒を集合させている。そして、蒸発器13は、上下のタンク部13bで空調ケース11に支持されている。
 空調ケース11の内部において、蒸発器13の空気上流側には、薄板状の空気フィルタ14が配置されている。この空気フィルタ14は、蒸発器13に流入する空気から塵などを除去するものである。蒸発器13の空気流れ下流側で車両後方側かつ上方側には、ヒータコア15が配置されている。このヒータコア15は、図示しないエンジン冷却水回路を循環する高温のエンジン冷却水を内部に流入させ、エンジン冷却水と蒸発器13にて冷却された冷風とを熱交換させて、冷風を再加熱する加熱用熱交換器である。
 ヒータコア15は、蒸発器13と同様に、複数本のチューブおよび熱交換フィンからなるコア部15aの上下端に、タンク部15bを配置することで構成され、全体として扁平形状を有している。ヒータコア15は、蒸発器13に対して略並行に配置される。本実施形態では、ヒータコア15の扁平面が蒸発器13の扁平面に対して所定角度(約10度)傾斜して、ヒータコア15の上端部が下端部よりも若干車両前方側に位置するようにヒータコア15が配置されている。
 ヒータコア15の複数本のチューブは、ヒータコア15の傾斜角度に沿って略上下方向に並行に配置されている。上側のタンク部15bは、複数本のチューブに対してエンジン冷却水を分配し、下側のタンク部15bは、複数本のチューブからのエンジン冷却水を集合させている。ヒータコア15は、上下の両タンク部15bで空調ケース11に支持されている。
 蒸発器13の後方側であって、かつ、ヒータコア15の下方側には、バイパス通路16が形成されている。このバイパス通路16は、蒸発器13通過後の冷風がヒータコア15を迂回して流れる通路である。また、蒸発器13の直後には、ヒータコア15側へ流入させる冷風とバイパス通路16側へ流入させる冷風との風量割合を調節するエアミックスドア50が配置されている。
 エアミックスドア50は、樹脂で板状に形成されて可撓性を有し、車両後方側に円弧状に湾曲しつつ上下方向に延びる板状部51と、この板状部51を車両上下方向に駆動変位させるギア機構52とを有するスライドドアで構成されている。このエアミックスドア50の板状部51は、スライド移動可能であり、車両上方に摺動(スライド)させることにより、バイパス通路16側の通路開度を増加させてヒータコア15側の通路開度を減少させる。
 逆に、板状部51を車両下方に摺動(スライド)させることにより、バイパス通路16側の通路開度を減少させてヒータコア15側の通路開度を増加させる。このエアミックスドア50の開度調節により、後述の送風機20へ吸入される冷風および温風の風量割合が調節され、送風機20から、車室内に向けて送風される空調用空気の温度調節がなされる。つまり、エアミックスドア50は、空調用空気の温度調節手段を構成している。
 ギア機構52は、板状部51の摺動方向に延びるように板状部51に設けられたラック52aと、そのラック52aと噛み合うピニオン52bとを有している。ピニオン52bは、図示しないサーボモータなどのアクチュエータによって駆動される。本実施形態では、ラック52aおよびピニオン52bを板状部51の風上側に配置している。
 また、ラック52aおよびピニオン52bを、板状部51の幅方向(図1の紙面の厚み方向)の両端部近傍に配置している。より具体的には、ラック52aおよびピニオン52bを、板状部51の幅方向両端部よりも幅方向内側に配置している。空調ケース11には、板状部51の摺動をガイドするガイド溝53が形成されている。ガイド溝53は、板状部51の幅方向両側に配置されている。
 また、ガイド溝53は、板状部51よりも風上側にて板状部51の摺動方向(移動方向)に延びる風上側壁部53aと、板状部51よりも風下側にて風上側壁部53aと対向する風下側壁部53bとを有している。この風上側壁部53aと風下側壁部53bとの間に板状部51の幅方向両端部、すなわち板状部51のうちラック52aよりも幅方向外側の部位が摺動可能に挿入される。これにより、風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bからなるガイド溝53によって板状部51のガイドされるようになっている。
 また、空調ケース11の内部において、ヒータコア15の下方側には、送風機20が配置されている。図1に示すように、送風機20は、電動モータ21、ファン22およびスクロールケーシング24を備えている。電動モータ21は、空調ケース11の内部において車両左右方向の中央部に配置されており、電動モータ21の回転軸は、車両左右方向の両側にそれぞれ延びている。
 ファン22は遠心式多翼ファン(シロッコファン)であり、ファン22は電動モータ21の回転軸の左側先端部に固定されている。ファン22は、回転軸の周りに並べられた多数枚の翼を有しており、軸方向外側から空気を吸い込んで径方向外側に吹き出す。
 スクロールケーシング24は、ファン22を収納し、かつファン22から流出した空気が通過する流出空気通路を形成している。そして、スクロールケーシング24は、流出空気通路の通路断面積が、ファン22の回転方向に向かって徐々に拡大する渦巻き状に形成されている。またスクロールケーシング24は、回転軸方向両側にそれぞれ設けられた吸込口と、ファン22から吹き出される送風空気を上側に吹き出す吹出口とを備えている。
 図1に示すように、空調ケース11の内部において、ヒータコア15の車両後方側には、湾曲状に形成された仕切り壁18が形成されている。この仕切り壁18は、ヒータコア15から吹き出される温風を送風機20側に案内する案内壁を構成している。また、この仕切り壁18と後壁(外壁)30との間には、スクロールケーシング24から吹き出される送風空気をデフロスタ開口部35およびフェイス開口部36に導く空気通路40が設けられている。
 フェイス開口部36は、空調ケース11の上面部の車両後方側部位に設けられており、空気通路40を流れる空気流を車室内の前席乗員の頭胸部に向けて吹き出す開口部である。デフロスタ開口部35は、空調ケース11の上面部のうち、フェイス開口部36よりも車両前方側に配置されており、空気通路40を流れる空気流を車両フロントガラスの内面に向けて吹き出す開口部である。
 空調ケース11のうち開口部35,36の内側には、吹出モードドアの1つとしてデフロスタ-フェイスドア54が配置されている。このデフロスタ-フェイスドア54は、エアミックスドア50と同様のスライドドアである。したがってデフロスタ-フェイスドア54は、樹脂で板状に形成されて可撓性を有し、上方向に円弧状に湾曲しつつ車両前後方向に延びる板状部55と、板状部55をその車両前後方向に駆動変位させるギア機構56とを有している。このデフロスタ-フェイスドア54の板状部55を車両前方に摺動(スライド)させることにより、開口部36側の通路開度を増加させて開口部35側の通路開度を減少させる。
 逆に、板状部55を車両後方に摺動(スライド)させることにより、開口部35側の通路開度を増加させて開口部36側の通路開度を減少させる。デフロスタ-フェイスドア54のギア機構56は、エアミックスドア50のギア機構52と同様に、ラックとピニオンとを有している。デフロスタ-フェイスドア54の板状部55の摺動をガイドするガイド溝57は、板状部55よりも風下側に位置するケース側シール面37と、板状部55よりも風上側に位置してケース側シール面37と対向する風上側壁部57aとを有している。
 空調ケース11の後壁30には、図1に示すように、後席側フット開口部39が設けられている。この後席側フット開口部39は、空気通路40を流れる空気流を後席の乗員足元部に向けて吹き出す。また、空調ケース11には、前席側フット開口部(図示せず)が設けられている。この前席側フット開口部は、空気通路40を流れる空気流を前席の乗員足元部に向けて吹き出す。
 そして、空調ケース11において両フット開口部39の内側には、フットドア42が配置されている。このフットドア42は、板状の基板部42bの略中央部に、車両前後方向に延びる回動軸42aが一体に形成された、いわゆるバタフライドアである。そして、図示しないサーボモータなどのアクチュエータによって回動軸42aを回動させて基板部42bを回動変位させることで、両フット開口部39の開口比率を可変するようになっている。
 次に、本実施形態の室内ユニット10の作動について説明する。まず、送風機20の電動モータ21がファン22をそれぞれ回転駆動させる。すると、ファン22は、スクロールケーシング24の両方の吸込口から空気を吸い込んでスクロールケーシング24の吹出口から吹き出す。送風機20の作動により、空調ケース11内には、内気導入口11aと外気導入口11bのうち少なくとも一方の導入口を通して空気が導入される。導入された送風空気は空気フィルタ14を通過して蒸発器13に流入する。この送風空気は蒸発器13を通過した際に冷媒と熱交換されて冷却されて冷風となる。
 ここで、エアミックスドア50がバイパス通路16の空気入口側とヒータコア15の空気入口側とをそれぞれ開口している状態である場合には、蒸発器13から吹き出される冷風のうち一部の冷風は、ヒータコア15側に流れ込んでヒータコア15により加熱される。このため、ヒータコア15から温風として吹き出されることになる。この温風は、仕切り壁18により送風機20側に案内されて図1中の矢印raの如く流れる。蒸発器13から吹き出される冷風のうち残りの冷風は、バイパス通路16を通過して図1中の矢印rbの如く流れる。
 これに伴い、バイパス通路16を通過した冷風とヒータコア15から吹き出される温風とは、スクロールケーシング24の両吸込口側に流れる。これら吸込口に吸い込まれる前で冷風と温風とは約90度の角度で衝突する。このように、スクロールケーシング24により吸い込まれる前で衝突した冷風と温風は、ファン22の作動により吸い込まれて径方向に吹き出される。これにより、衝突した冷風と温風とが混合されて空調風として径方向に吹き出されることとなる。その後、空調風は、スクロールケーシング24を通過して空気通路40に吹き出される。この吹き出される空調風は、空気通路40を通過して、フェイス開口部36およびフット開口部39のいずれかから車室内に向けて吹き出される。
 次に、エアミックスドア50の構成について、図2~図5を用いてさらに説明する。図4、曲率半径が大きい場合のエアミックスドア50およびガイド溝53を簡略化して示す図である。図3および図4では、図示の都合上、エアミックスドア50の板状部51を太線で示し、ギア機構52を省略している。ガイド溝53を構成する風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bは、風下に向かって凸となるように湾曲している。そして風上側壁部53aと風下側壁部53bの曲率半径は、互いに等しい。
 エアミックスドア50をガイド溝53に組み付ける前の自然状態(外力が作用してなく、何も拘束されていないフリーの状態)においては、エアミックスドア50の板状部51の曲率半径が、ガイド溝53の風上側壁部53aの曲率半径および風下側壁部53bの曲率半径よりも大きく設定されている。エアミックスドア50をガイド溝53に組み付けると、板状部51の移動方向中間部が風上側壁部53aと当接点P1で当接し、かつ、板状部51の移動方向両端部が風下側壁部53bと当接点P2、P3で当接することで、弾性的に曲げ変形する。そして、各当接点P1~P3において、板状部51がフリーの状態に戻ろうとする弾性復元力F1,F2を発生するので、この弾性復元力F1,F2により、板状部51が風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bに押し付けられることになる。
 図2と図3とを比較すると、曲率半径が大きい図3に示す状態では、曲率半径が大きいので、板状部51の曲げ変形の度合いが小さくなっている。これによって曲率半径が多き場合には、弾性復元力F2が小さくなる。弾性復元力F2が小さい場合には、板状部51に風圧が掛かっていない状態で室内空調ユニット10全体が振動した場合に板状部51の移動方向両端部が振動して異音(ビビリ音)が発生するおそれがある。
 また図2と図3とを比較すると、曲率半径が大きい図3のガイド溝53の左右方向の寸法W2は、図2の左右方向の寸法W1よりも小さい。したがって左右方向の寸法Wを小さくすると、前述のように弾性復元力F2が小さくなる。
 そこで本実施形態の板状部51は、図4に示すように、移動方向の両端部に一部が弾性変形する第2当接部70が設けられる。また板状部51は、移動方向の中間部に第1当接部71が設けられる。第1当接部71は、具体的には移動方向の中心を含んだ位置に設けられる。中心を含んだ位置とは、第1当接部71の移動方向の中心と板状部51に移動方向の中心とが一致している構成だけではなく、第1当接部71のいずれかの部分が板状部51の中心と重複している位置も含む。第1当接部71は、板状部51の風上側壁部53aに対向する面から、風上側壁部53aに向けて突出している。第1当接部71は、板状部51と一体に成形されており、剛性を有する。
 第2当接部70は、板状部51の風上側壁部53aに対向する面から、風上側壁部53aに向けて突出しており、突出している部分が弾性変形可能である。第2当接部70は、一方の壁部である風上側壁部53aに当接することで弾性変形する。第2当接部70は、板状部51の表面から中心側に斜めに突出し、板状部51と一体に成形されている。そして第2当接部70の先端は、第2当接部70を片持ち梁として見た場合にその先端が変位するように、板状部51の表面側に変位可能である。したがって第2当接部70の先端は、板状部51の厚み方向に弾性変形する。
 また板状部51は、第3当接部72を有する。第3当接部72は、移動方向において第1当接部71の両側に位置し、第2当接部71が弾性変形していることによって第2当接部71が当接していない他方の壁部である風下側壁部53bに押し当てられて当接する。第3当接部72は、剛性を有し、板状部51と一体に成形される。
 また板状部51は、第2当接部70の近傍にて突出しているガード部73を有する。ガード部分73は、板状部51と一体に成形され、剛性をする。ガード部73は、第2当接部70が弾性変形して先端が根本に対して変位する側の第2当接部70の表面の少なくとも一部を覆う。したがってガード部73は、第2当接部70の先端から見て第2当接部70の根本とは反対側に位置し、第2当接部70の根本から第2当接部70の先端まで間の少なくとも一部を覆う。具体的には、ガード部73の先端は、第2当接部70の先端の近傍に位置する。ガード部73の先端は、第2当接部70の先端よりも板状部51の表面から離れた位置にある。したがってガード部73は、移動方向に見ると、第2当接部70の先端を覆っている。これによって摺動する際に、先端部分が風上側壁部53aに引っかかることを、ガード部73によって抑制することができる。したがって第2当接部70の破損を防止することができる。
 また本実施形態の板状部51は、中心に第1当接部71を有し、両端に第2当接部70を有する。したがって板状部51全体を見ると、板状部51は、移動方向の中心を含み移動方向に直交する仮想一平面を基準に面対称の形状である。これによって板状部51を組付ける際に、組付け方向をなくすことができる。
 次に、ガイド溝53に板状部51を配置した状態に関して、図5を用いて説明する。図5に示すように、2つの第2当接部70は、移動方向において第1当接部71の両側に位置する。また2つの第3当接部72は、移動方向において第1当接部71の両側に位置する。そして板状部51をガイド溝53内に配置した状態では、板状部51の第1当接部71が当接点P1で風上側壁部53aに当接(接触)する。さらに板状部51の第3当接部72が当接点P2,P3にて風下側壁部53bに当接する。また板状部51の第2当接部70は、当接点P4,P5にて風上側壁部53aに当接する。これによって板状部51全体が弾性変形しつつ、さらに風上側壁部53aに当接して第2当接部70が弾性変形し、風下側壁部53bに第3当接部72を押し当てている。
 第2当接部70が弾性変形しているので、第2当接部70の弾性力が風上側壁部53aの当接点P4,P5に作用するので、風下側壁部53bの当接点P2,P3にも第2当接部70の反力が作用する。また第1当接部71も風上側壁部53aに当接点P1にて当接しているので、各当接点P1~P3において、板状部51がフリーの状態に戻ろうとする弾性復元力F2を発生する。したがって図3に示す第2当接部70がない構成に比べて、第2当接部70の弾性力F3がさらに作用する。これによって板状部51が風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bに押し付けられることになる。
 以上説明したように本実施形態の風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bは、風下に向かって凸となるように湾曲し、板状部51に外力が作用していない状態における曲率半径よりも小さく設定される。そして板状部51を、第1当接部71が風上側壁部53aに当接し、かつ、第2当接部70が風下側壁部53bに当接することで第2当接部70が弾性変形している。このように第2当接部70は単に風下側壁部53bに当接しているわけではなく、弾性変形した状態で当接している。そして第3当接部72は、第2当接部70が弾性変形していることによって第2当接部70が当接していない風下側壁部53bに押し当てられて当接する。したがって単に第3当接部72が風下側壁部53bに当接している状態よりも、より安定してガイド溝53に配置された状態にある。また第1当接部71は移動方向の中間部に位置し、2つの第2当接部70および第3当接部72は移動方向において第1当接部71の両側に位置する。したがって板状部51は、2つの第2当接部70および第3当接部72と第1当接部71で支持されているので、板状部51はガイド溝53に安定して支持されている。これによってガイド溝53および板状部51の曲率半径が大きい場合であっても、ガイド溝53の安定して支持されるので、スライドドアの振動を抑制することができる。
 また本実施形態では、第1当接部71は、移動方向の中心を含んだ位置にあり、第3当接部72は、移動方向の両端部に位置する。したがって板状部51をその移動方向の両端部および中間部で支持することができる。このため、板状部51に風圧が掛かっていない状態で室内空調ユニット10全体が振動した場合に板状部51の移動方向両端部が振動して異音(ビビリ音)が発生することを抑制できる。
 さらに本実施形態では、第1当接部71、第2当接部70および第3当接部72は、板状部51と一体に成形されている。したがって板状部51の成形が容易である。
 また本実施形態では、板状部51は、移動方向の中心を含み移動方向に直交する仮想一平面を基準に面対称の形状である。これによって板状部51の組付方向をなくすことができるので、ガイド溝53に板状部51を配置する際、板状部51の向きを気にする必要がない。したがって組立効率を向上することができる。
 さらに本実施形態では、第2当接部70は、板状部51の表面から突出し、風上側壁部53aに一部が当接することで他の一部が弾性変形可能である。これによって簡単な形状で一部が弾性変形可能な構成を実現することができる。
 また板状部51は、板状部51の表面から突出し、第2当接部70の根本から第2当接部70の先端まで間の少なくとも一部を覆うガード部73を含む。ガード部73は、第2当接部70が弾性変形して先端が根本に対して変位する側の第2当接部70の表面の少なくとも一部を覆う。変位する側の表面は、本実施形態では板状部51の中心側に位置する表面である。したがってガード部73は、第2当接部70の先端から見て第2当接部70の根本とは反対側に位置する。弾性変形可能な第2当接部70は、先端を移動方向に押圧すると、根本から破損するおそれがある。そこで第2当接部70の先端を変位する側からガード部73で覆うことによって、板状部51の移動する際に第2当接部70に移動方向の応力が加わることを抑制することができる。これによって第2当接部70が破損することを抑制することができる。
 また本実施形態では、ガード部73の先端は、第2当接部70の先端よりも板状部51の表面から離れた位置にある。言い換えれば、ガード部73の先端から板状部51の表面までの距離は、第2当接部70の先端から板状部51の表面までの距離より大きい。これによって第2当接部70の先端をガード部73によって確実に覆うことができる。したがって第2当接部70の先端に移動方向の応力が作用することを、防止することができ、第2当接部70が破損することを抑制することができる。
 さらに本実施形態では、ガイド溝53に板状部51を配置した状態での第2当接部70の弾性力は、板状部51が移動して当接点P1~P5が摺動(接触したまま変位)するとき、摺動抵抗は小さく、かつ振動を防止できる大きさが好ましい。これによって板状部51の移動の力を抑えつつ、振動を抑制することができる。
 このような板状部51の風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bへの押し付けは、板状部51の特定の作動位置のみならず、板状部51の全作動範囲において行われるようにするのが好ましい。
 また本実施形態では、ガイド溝53を板状部51の幅方向両側に設けているので、板状部51を幅方向両側でそれぞれ3点支持できる。このため、板状部51の移動方向両端部の振動をより抑制することができ、ひいては異音の発生をより抑制できる。
 なお、図示を省略しているが、吹出モードドア54についても、エアミックスドア50と同様の構成により、板状部55をその移動方向の両端部および中間部の3点で支持している。このため、板状部55の移動方向両端部が振動して異音(ビビリ音)が発生することを抑制できる。
 換言すると、本実施形態では、板状部51の両端に第2当接部70および第3当接部72を設けることで、反力不足分をその第2当接部70の弾性変形の復元力で補い、板状部51を風上側壁部53aおよび風下側壁部53bに押さえつけている。この力の発生により、板状部51が振動に対して保持できる力を持ち、板状部51の振動異音を防止することができる。これによって空調ケース11のガイド溝53の曲率半径の大小にかかわらず振動異音を抑制する構造が可能となり、板状部51の駆動スペース(W)を小さくすることができる。したがって、空調ケース11の小型化ができる。
 (第2実施形態)
 第2実施形態に関して、図6~図8を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Aの構成が異なり、第1当接部71Aが複数ある。
 第2当接部70Aは、図7および図8に示すように、板状部51Aの上下方向両端部であって、左右方向(幅方向)の両端部をS字状に湾曲させた形状を有する。このように第2当接部70Aは、湾曲させた形状であるので、弾性変形可能である。また第1当接部71Aは、上下方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられる。また本実施形態の第1当接部71Aは、移動方向の中心を含んだ位置にある第1当接部71Aはない。このような複数の第1当接部71Aの少なくとも1つは、風上側壁部53aに当接する。
 このような第2当接部70Aであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。また第1当接部71Aは、複数あるので全ての風上側壁部53aに当接する必要はなく、少なくとも1つが当接すれば、2つの第2当接部70Aによって三点支持が可能となる。これによって前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。
 (第3実施形態)
 第3実施形態に関して、図9および図10を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Bの構成が異なる。第2当接部70Bは、図9および図10に示すように、板状部51Bの表面から逆U字状に突出し、頂部に上下方向に延びる2つのスリット75Bが、左右方向に間隔をあけて形成される。そしてスリット75Bに挟まれた頂部が、図10の前後方向に弾性変形可能である。このような第2当接部70Bであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。
 (第4実施形態)
 第4実施形態に関して、図11および図12を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Cの構成が異なる。第2当接部70Cは、図11および図12に示すように、板状部51Cの表面から逆U字状に突出し、頂部に上下方向に延びるU字状スリット75Cが形成される。そしてスリット75Cに挟まれた頂部が、図12の前後方向に弾性変形可能である。このような第2当接部70Cであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。また、スリット75Cにより第2当接部70Cから分断された部分が、ガード部73Cであり、第1実施形態のガード部73に相当する。ガード部73Cの先端から板状部51Cの表面までの距離は、第2当接部70Cの先端から板状部51Cの表面までの距離以上であればよい。
 (第5実施形態)
 第5実施形態に関して、図13および図14を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Dの構成が異なる。第2当接部70Dは、図13および図14に示すように、板状部51Dの表面から円錐状に突出し、前後方向の一部が上下方向に環状となるように形成される。そして環状の部分80が弾性変形可能であるので、頂部が図14の前後方向に弾性変形可能となる。このような第2当接部70Dであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。
 (第6実施形態)
 第6実施形態に関して、図15および図16を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Eの構成が異なる。第2当接部70Eは、図15および図16に示すように、板状部51Eの表面から逆U字状に突出し、頂部に上下方向に延びるH字状スリット75Eが形成される。そしてスリット75Eに挟まれた頂部が、図16の前後方向に弾性変形可能である。このような第2当接部70Eであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。
 (第7実施形態)
 第7実施形態に関して、図17および図18を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、第2当接部70Fの構成が異なる。第2当接部70Fは、図17および図18に示すように、板状部51Fの表面から逆U字状に突出し、頂部に上下方向に延びるU字状スリット75Fが形成される。U字状のスリット75Fは、Uの字の天地方向が左右方向としている。そしてスリット75Fに挟まれた頂部が、図18の前後方向に弾性変形可能である。このような第2当接部70Fであっても、前述の第1実施形態と同様の作用および効果を達成することができる。また、スリット75Fにより第2当接部70Fから分断された部分が、ガード部73Fであり、第1実施形態のガード部73に相当する。ガード部73Fの先端から板状部51Fの表面までの距離は、第2当接部70Fの先端から板状部51Fの表面までの距離以上であればよい。
 (その他の実施形態)
 以上、本開示の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本開示は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本開示の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。
 上記実施形態の構造は、あくまで例示であって、本開示の範囲はこれらの記載の範囲に限定されるものではない。本開示の範囲は、特許請求の範囲の記載によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲の記載と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更を含むものである。
 前述の第1実施形態では、第2当接部70および第3当接部72はそれぞれ2つであったが、2つに限るものではなく、3つ以上であってもよい。また第3当接部72は、板状部51の両端部に位置しているが、両端部に限るものではなく、第1当接部71の両側に配置される位置関係であればよい。換言すると、ガイド溝53によって支持構造をもたせた可撓性を持つスライドドアであって、常に一方の壁部に接触する第2当接部70と他方の壁部に接触する第3当接部72を有する構成であればよい。
 前述の第1実施形態では、板状部51と各当接部70~72とは一体に成形されているが、一体成形に限るものではなく、各当接部70~72を別体にして板状部51に嵌合させるなどして、着脱自在に構成してもよい。
 前述の第1実施形態では、板状部51は、移動方向の中心を含み移動方向に直交する仮想一平面を基準に面対称の形状であるが、面対称の形状に限るものではなく、非対称であってもよい。

Claims (7)

  1.  内部に空気通路を形成する空調ケース(11)内にスライド移動可能に配置された板状部(51,51A~51F)を有し、前記板状部により前記空気通路を開閉するスライドドア(50,54)と、
     前記板状部よりも風上側にて前記板状部の移動方向に延びるように前記空調ケースに形成された風上側壁部(53a)、および前記板状部よりも風下側にて前記風上側壁部と対向するように前記空調ケースに形成された風下側壁部(53b)を有し、前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部によって前記板状部の移動をガイドするガイド溝(53)と、を含み、
     前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部は、風下に向かって凸となるように湾曲し、
     前記風上側壁部および前記風下側壁部の曲率半径は、前記板状部に外力が作用していない状態における前記板状部の曲率半径よりも小さく設定され、
     前記板状部は、
      前記移動方向の中間部に位置し、前記風上側壁部に当接する第1当接部(71,71A)と、
      前記移動方向において前記第1当接部の両側に位置し、前記風上側壁部または前記風下側壁部の一方の壁部に当接することで弾性変形している2つの第2当接部(70,70A~70F)と、
      前記移動方向において前記第1当接部の両側に位置し、前記第2当接部が前記弾性変形していることによって前記第2当接部が当接していない他方の壁部に押し当てられて当接する2つの第3当接部(72)と、を含む空気通路開閉装置。
  2.  前記第1当接部は、前記板状部の前記移動方向の中心を含んだ位置にあり、
     前記第3当接部は、前記板状部の前記移動方向の両端部に位置する請求項1に記載の空気通路開閉装置。
  3.  前記第2当接部は、前記板状部の表面から突出し、前記風上側壁部に一部が当接することで他の一部が弾性変形している請求項1または2に記載の空気通路開閉装置。
  4.  前記第1当接部、第2当接部および第3当接部は、前記板状部と一体に成形されている請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の空気通路開閉装置。
  5.  前記板状部は、前記移動方向の中心を含み前記移動方向に直交する仮想一平面を基準に面対称の形状である請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の空気通路開閉装置。
  6.  前記第2当接部は、前記板状部の表面から突出し、前記風上側壁部に一部が当接することで他の一部が弾性変形しており、
     前記板状部は、前記板状部の表面から突出するガード部であって、前記第2当接部の先端から見て前記第2当接部の根本とは反対側に位置し、前記第2当接部の少なくとも一部を覆うガード部(73,73C,73F)をさらに含む請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の空気通路開閉装置。
  7.  前記ガード部の先端は、前記第2当接部の先端よりも前記板状部の表面から離れた位置にある請求項6に記載の空気通路開閉装置。
