Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mounting structure of a vehicle door handle device attached to both a door panel and a lining for performing an opening and closing operation of the door.
- the vehicle door handle device as shown in Patent Document 1 is fixed by the base member as the main body being sandwiched by the door panel and the lining, and by fastening the door panel and the lining together. .
- Bolts and nuts are used for joint tightening.
- the base member When mounting such a vehicle door handle device, first, the base member is fitted to the mounting portion of the door panel. From this state, the lining is placed on the base member and joint tightening is performed. When aligning the mounting portion of the lining and the mounting portion of the door panel, it is necessary to align the mounting portions with care while not dropping the base member. That is, there is room for improvement in terms of attachment.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a door handle device for a vehicle that can be easily attached.
- a vehicle includes a door panel for a vehicle door, a lining that covers the vehicle interior side of the door panel, and a vehicle door handle attached to both the door panel and the lining for opening and closing the door It consists of a device,
- the vehicle door handle device has a swing shaft attached to the upper and lower sides of the base member, and a handle portion attached to the swing shaft and swingable.
- a panel attachment portion attached to the door panel and a lining attachment portion attached to the lining are formed on the periphery of the base member,
- the panel mounting portion is configured to be movable within a predetermined range with respect to the door panel,
- the lining attachment is attached to the lining through a resilient clip.
- a vehicle is provided, wherein the clip biases the base member toward the lining.
- At least one of the panel mounting portions is provided on the side on which the handle portion is pulled with respect to the swing axis.
- the panel attachment portion is provided in a pair on the upper and lower sides of the periphery of the base member, A line segment connecting these panel attachment portions intersects with the axis of the swing axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
- the lining attachment portion is provided in a pair on the upper and lower sides of the periphery of the base member, A line segment connecting these lining attachment parts is inclined in the direction opposite to the line segment connecting the panel attachment parts, and intersects the axis of the swing axis in the vehicle longitudinal direction, In addition, a line segment connecting the panel mounting portion intersects a line segment connecting the lining mounting portion.
- one of the upper and lower lining attachment parts is attached to the lining via the clip elastically deformed in the vertical direction, and the other is attached to the lining via the clip elastically deformed in the horizontal direction.
- the member for attaching the panel mounting portion to the door panel is a stepped bolt
- the gap between the panel mounting hole formed in the panel mounting portion and through which the stepped bolt passes and the stepped portion of the stepped bolt through which the panel mounting hole is inserted is the above-mentioned in the insertion direction of the stepped bolt.
- a circumferential gap of the stepped bolt is formed large.
- a panel attachment portion attached to the door panel and a lining attachment portion attached to the lining are formed at the periphery of the base member.
- the panel attachment portion is attached to the door panel.
- the lining is attached. For this reason, it is not necessary to restrain the door handle device for vehicles, and a lining can be attached easily.
- the panel mounting portion is configured to be movable within a predetermined range with respect to the door panel. By making it movable, fine adjustment of the mounting position at the time of mounting of the vehicle door handle device can be easily performed. This can further improve the workability.
- the elastic clip biases the base member toward the lining and is attached to the lining attachment portion so as to retract the base member, it is possible to ensure the attachment accuracy of the lining to the base member.
- the panel attachment portion and the lining attachment portion are formed on the periphery of the base member. Therefore, the panel mounting portion and the lining mounting portion can be covered by the lining. These mountings and parts used for mounting can be covered with a lining to enhance the appearance.
- the panel mounting portion is provided on the side of the swing shaft where the handle portion is pulled. That is, the panel attachment portion is formed at a position where a line segment connecting the tip of the handle portion and the panel attachment portion intersects the axis of the swing axis.
- the swing direction of the handle portion and the direction in which the panel mounting portion is pressed against the door panel can be made to coincide with each other.
- the line segment connecting the pair of panel mounting portions intersects with the axis of the swing axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Attach the base member to the door panel before and after the swing shaft. By this, floating of the base member at the time of swing operation of the handle portion can be prevented.
- a line segment connecting the pair of lining attachment portions intersects with the axis of the swing axis in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Attach the base member to the lining before and after the swing shaft. That is, the base member is biased toward the lining before and after the swing shaft. This allows the base member to be in close contact with the lining even when the handle portion is operated to swing. Moreover, the accuracy of an attachment position can be raised by attaching with respect to a lining by two lining attachment parts.
- the upper and lower lining attachment portions are attached to the lining via a clip elastically deformed in the vertical direction, and the other is attached to the lining via a clip elastically deformed in the horizontal direction.
- the gap between the stepped bolt and the step portion is circumferentially larger than the insertion direction.
- the assembly can be performed more easily by making the adjustment allowances in the upper and lower and front and back directions larger.

- this elastic force acts in a direction to widen the first lining attachment hole 34a, as indicated by the arrow (2). Also, the remainder of the elastic force acts to bias the base member 30 toward the center of the vehicle width as indicated by the arrow (3).
- a lining 12 is provided on the vehicle width center side of the base member 30. That is, the base member 30 is biased toward the lining 12 by the clip 74.
- the base member 30 is attached to the lining 12 before and after the swing shaft 41. That is, the base member 30 is urged toward the lining 12 before and after the swing shaft 41. As a result, even when the handle portion 42 is operated to swing, the base member 30 can be brought into close contact with the lining 12.
- the vehicle door handle device 20 is attached to the door panel 11. More specifically, the first to third panel mounting portions 31 to 33 are fastened to the bolt mounting clip 74 fixed to the door panel 11 using the stepped bolt 71. The next steps are described in the next figure.
- the lining 12 is attached to the vehicle door handle device 20 attached to the door panel 11. Align the clip 74 attached to the lining 12 with the first to third lining attachment parts 34 to 36 and press the lining 12 so that the clip 74 is inserted into the first to third lining attachment holes 34a to 36a. Make it fit. Thus, the mounting operation of the vehicle door handle device 20 is completed.
- the vehicle door handle device 20 When the vehicle door handle device 20 is attached, first, the first to third panel attachment portions 31 to 33 are attached to the door panel 11. Then, the lining 12 is attached in a state where the vehicle door handle device 20 is fixed. For this reason, it is not necessary to restrain the vehicle door handle device 20, and the lining 12 can be easily attached.
