- Tg glass transition point
- a film with sufficiently high transparency can be obtained by adjusting the condition of the cylinder temperature to a specific range.
- the cylinder temperature is preferably adjusted to 280 ° C. or higher and 320 ° C. or lower.
- the glass transition point of the cyclic olefin resin is a value measured by a DSC method (method described in JIS K7121) under a temperature increase rate of 10 ° C./min.

(Polyethylene glycol)
- the internal haze value measured in the liquid is 1.0% or less and has high transparency. This high transparency is because the styrene-based elastomer forms a microdomain structure in the matrix of the cyclic olefin resin, and one microdomain is composed of two or more types of styrene-based elastomers.
- the film of the present invention has a difference of 0.3% or less of the total haze value measured for a test piece having a thickness of 100 ⁇ m before and after 1 hour treatment at 150 ° C. in accordance with JIS-K7136. From this, even in an environment where a heat load of 150 ° C. or higher is applied, the surface smoothness and optical characteristics of the molded body do not change, and a heat-resistant transparent film that can withstand use is obtained. The reason for this is that the cyclic olefin as the main component is selected to have a Tg sufficiently high with respect to the heat load.
- the brittleness of the film of the present invention is improved by the addition of the styrene-based elastomer, but the in-plane anisotropy of the microdomain derived from the styrene-based elastomer, that is, the film take-up direction during film formation, the film during film formation. It has the feature that it shows different behavior depending on the direction perpendicular to the take-up direction.
- the dispersed state of the microdomains is a shape in which the microdomains are stretched in the film drawing direction.
- the film take-off direction at the time of film formation that is, the bending resistance when folded so as to be a crease along the longitudinal direction of the microdomain is a crease that becomes a crease that is perpendicular to that direction. It is higher than the flexibility of time.
- the film of the present invention having very high transparency maintains high transparency derived from the cyclic olefin resin, has high heat resistance, and is improved in brittleness such as flex resistance. It is.
- the film of this invention can be preferably used, for example as an optical use, a medical use, a packaging use, an electrical / electronic component use, and an industrial / industrial part use. In particular, it can be preferably used as an optical application in which maintaining transparency is an important requirement in a high temperature environment.
- Cyclic olefin resin COC, manufactured by TOPAS Advanced Polymers, TOPAS 6017S-04, refractive index 1.533, glass transition point (Tg) 178 ° C.
- Styrene elastomer A SIBS, manufactured by Kaneka Corporation, SIBSTAR073T Styrene elastomer B: SIBS, manufactured by Kaneka Corporation, SIBSTAR104T Styrenic elastomer C: SEBS, Kraton Polymer, Kraton A1536 Styrene elastomer D: SEBS, Kraton Polymer, Kraton MD1537 Styrene elastomer E: SEPS, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd., Septon 2007 Styrene elastomer F: SEPS, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd., Septon 2104 Styrene elastomer G: SEEPS, Kuraray Co., Ltd., Hybrar KL7350 Styrene elastomer H: SEEPS,
- the internal haze was measured by a method based on JIS K7136 using a haze meter (trade name: Hazeguard II, manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.). Specifically, in order to cancel scattering of the film surface, the measurement was performed in a state where the test piece was immersed in a quartz cell filled with PEG. The numerical value indicates a value obtained by subtracting the haze value of the quartz cell in a state in which the PEG is filled without filling the PEG in the quartz cell without immersing the test piece from the haze value in the state in which the PEG is filled and the test piece is immersed. It was.
- Total haze difference after heat test After the test piece was treated at a temperature of 150 ° C. for 1 hour, the total haze value was measured and the increase in haze value was calculated.
- MIT fatigue resistance test Using a Toyo Seiki Co., Ltd. MIT Fatigue Fatigue Tester, the number of bending until the film was broken was evaluated by a method based on JIS P8115. For example, 0 indicates that the rupture is caused by the first bending, and 1 indicates that the rupture is not caused by the first bending but is broken by the second bending.
- MD indicates that the film was folded so that a crease is formed in a direction perpendicular to the film take-up direction at the time of film formation (because the folding direction is MD, it is defined as the MD direction in the MIT test of the example). It shows that the film is folded so that a crease is formed in the direction along the film take-up direction at the time of film formation (because the folding direction is TD, it is defined as the TD direction in the MIT test of the example).
- MI Melt index
- the film of the present invention has excellent transparency with an internal haze of 1% or less.
- the transparency is good even after a heat resistance test at 150 ° C.
- the bending resistance test result is good, particularly in the MD direction, and brittleness is improved.

従来公知のスチレン系エラストマー樹脂としては、例えば、SIBS(スチレン-イソブチレン-スチレン共重合体)、SEBS(スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン共重合体)、SEPS(スチレン-プロピレン-スチレン共重合体)、SEEPS(水素添加スチレン-イソプレン・ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体)などが例示できるがこれらに限定されない。
Mav=10exp(logMA×a+logMB×b+logMC×c)
