Abstract
Description
図1及び2は、実施形態1に係るVリブドベルトB(摩擦伝動ベルト)を示す。本実施形態1に係るVリブドベルトBは、例えば、自動車のエンジンルーム内に設けられる補機駆動ベルト伝動装置等に用いられるものである。実施形態1に係るVリブドベルトBは、例えば、ベルト周長700~3000mm、ベルト幅10~36mm、及びベルト厚さ4.0~5.0mmである。
図12及び13は実施形態2に係るVリブドベルトB(摩擦伝動ベルト)を示す。図12は圧縮ゴム層11が単一層で構成された態様、及び図13は圧縮ゴム層11がプーリ接触側表面層11aとその内側の内部ゴム層11bとの二層で構成された態様をそれぞれ示す。なお、実施形態1と同一名称の部分は実施形態1と同一符号で示す。実施形態2に係るVリブドベルトBもまた、例えば、自動車のエンジンルーム内に設けられる補機駆動ベルト伝動装置等に用いられるものである。
上記実施形態1及び2では、外型32の成型面に熱可塑性樹脂粉体16’及び摩擦係数低減粉体17’を吹き付けて粉体層Pを形成したが、特にこれに限定されるものではなく、内型31の外周面の成型面に設けた積層体の外周面に熱可塑性樹脂粉体16’及び/又は摩擦係数低減粉体17’を吹き付けて粉体層Pを形成してもよい。
<実施例1>
EPDM組成物の圧縮ゴム層用、接着ゴム層用、及び背面ゴム層用それぞれの未架橋ゴムシート、並びに心線用の撚り糸を準備した。
外型の内周面にPTFE粉体のみを吹き付けて粉体層を設けたことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方法により製造したVリブドベルトを比較例1-1とした。比較例1-1のVリブドベルトでは、Vリブ表面にPTFE粉体が分散して付着していた。PTFE粉体は、Vリブ表面に露出し且つその一部乃至全部がVリブに埋まって複合化していた。
外型の内周面にPP粉体のみを吹き付けて粉体層を設けたことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方法により製造したVリブドベルトを比較例1-2とした。比較例1-2のVリブドベルトでは、Vリブ表面にPP膜が分散して付着していた。PP膜は、Vリブ表面に露出し且つその一部乃至全部がVリブに埋まって複合化していた。
実施例1と同一の圧縮ゴム層用、接着ゴム層用、及び背面ゴム層用それぞれの未架橋ゴムシート、並びに心線用の撚り糸を準備した。また、Vリブ表面を被覆するための布材を準備した。
外型の内周面への粉体の吹き付けを行わなかったことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法により製造したVリブドベルトを比較例2-1とした。比較例2-1のVリブドベルトでは、Vリブ表面が編物で被覆されていた。
外型の内周面にPE粉体のみを吹き付けて粉体層を設けたことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法により製造したVリブドベルトを比較例2-2とした。比較例2-2のVリブドベルトでは、Vリブ表面が編物で被覆され、その上にPE膜が分散して付着していた。
外型の内周面にPTFE粉体のみを吹き付けて粉体層を設けたことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法により製造したVリブドベルトを比較例2-3とした。比較例2-3のVリブドベルトでは、Vリブ表面が編物で被覆され、その上にPTFE粉体が分散して付着していた。
図18は、ベルト走行時音試験用のベルト試験走行機40のプーリレイアウトを示す。
<実施例1及び比較例1-1~1-2>
音発生走行時間は、実施例1が200時間打ち切り、つまり、異音発生無し、並びに比較例1-1が20時間、及び比較例1-2が1時間であった。
また、音発生走行時間は、実施例2が200時間打ち切り、つまり、異音発生無し、並びに比較例2-1及び比較例2-2が0時間、つまり、走行開始直後に異音発生、及び比較例2-3が150時間であった。

Claims (16)
- ゴム組成物で形成されたベルト本体がプーリに巻き掛けられて動力を伝達する摩擦伝動ベルトであって、
前記ベルト本体におけるプーリ接触側表面には、熱可塑性樹脂膜が付着していると共に、摩擦係数低減粉体が分散して付着している摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記熱可塑性樹脂膜が前記ベルト本体におけるプーリ接触側表面に分散して付着している摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1又は2に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体におけるプーリ接触側表面が布で被覆されており、前記布上に前記熱可塑性樹脂膜及び前記摩擦係数低減粉体が付着している摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項3に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記熱可塑性樹脂膜が前記布に融着している摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項3又は4に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記布が編物である摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記熱可塑性樹脂膜の表面にも摩擦係数低減粉体が付着している摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記熱可塑性樹脂膜の内部に摩擦係数低減粉体が埋設されている摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記熱可塑性樹脂膜がポリオレフィン樹脂で形成されている摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記摩擦係数低減粉体がフッ素樹脂で形成されている摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、
前記ベルト本体がVリブドベルト本体である摩擦伝動ベルト。 - ゴム組成物で形成されたベルト本体がプーリに巻き掛けられて動力を伝達する摩擦伝動ベルトであって、
ベルト成形型におけるプーリ接触側部分を形成するための成型面に、予め熱可塑性樹脂粉体及び摩擦係数低減粉体を吹き付けて粉体層を形成し、そこにベルト形成用の未架橋ゴム組成物を圧接させて前記熱可塑性樹脂粉体が溶融し且つ前記摩擦係数低減粉体が溶融しない成型温度で架橋させることにより製造された摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法であって、
ベルト成形型におけるプーリ接触側部分を形成するための成型面に、予め熱可塑性樹脂粉体及び摩擦係数低減粉体を吹き付けて粉体層を形成し、そこにベルト形成用の未架橋ゴム組成物を圧接させて前記熱可塑性樹脂粉体が溶融し且つ前記摩擦係数低減粉体が溶融しない成型温度で架橋させる摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記ベルト成形型の成型面への熱可塑性樹脂粉体の吹き付け及び摩擦係数低減粉体の吹き付けを同時に行う摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12又は13に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記熱可塑性樹脂粉体の粒径が、前記摩擦係数低減粉体の粒径と同一又は前記摩擦係数低減粉体の粒径よりも小さい摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載された摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記ベルト成形型の成型面への単位面積当たりの前記熱可塑性樹脂粉体の吹付質量よりも前記摩擦係数低減粉体の吹付質量の方が多い摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法。 - 請求項15に記載された摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法において、
前記ベルト成形型の成型面への単位面積当たりの前記熱可塑性樹脂粉体の吹付質量に対する前記摩擦係数低減粉体の吹付質量を100/80~100/5とする摩擦伝動ベルトの製造方法。
