Definitions
- the present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for electrical insulation, a sealing material comprising the polyurethane resin composition for electrical insulation, and an electrical component resin-sealed using the sealing material.
- Electrical insulating sealing materials are used for the purpose of protecting such electrical and electronic parts from moisture, dust and other atmospheres, vibrations, shocks, etc., and the materials are generally silicone resins and urethanes. Low hardness and flexible resin such as resin is used.
- silicone resin is excellent in heat resistance, flexibility, and low-temperature characteristics, it does not necessarily have sufficient adhesive strength with the materials that make up electrical components. There is a drawback that cannot be prevented.
- the urethane-based resin has good flexibility, wear resistance, low-temperature curability, electrical characteristics, etc. as its original characteristic properties, and is used as an electrical insulating sealing material. .

- the polyisocyanate having an isocyanurate structure has poor compatibility with the polyol component. For this reason, when the polyurethane resin composition proposed in Patent Document 1 is used, the cured molded product becomes sticky, the adhesive force with the adherend decreases, and the moisture resistance decreases due to this, In addition, there is a problem that the insulating property is lowered.
